Coverage Maps Being Updated

T-Mobile Ranked #1 In Customer Satisfaction By J.D. Power and Associates

Well, it looks like congrats are in order for the big Magenta.  For the second straight year, J.D.  Power and Associates has awarded  T-Mobile USA the highest ranking in wireless retail customer satisfaction among the major U.S. carriers.  T-Mobile edged out Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and AT&T in the study achieving an overall score of 723 compared to Verizon’s score of 722. After T-Mobile introduced its new Even More plans, everyone was wondering why in the world T-Mobile had decided to get rid of their MyFaves plans which many, including myself, loved.
