T-Mobile retail undergoing changes this month: New uniforms and mobile POS systems

We’ve received various tips this month regarding T-Mobile’s upcoming changes to its retail stores. Primarily, they revolve around a new uniform for the company’s staff. Deposits dropping once more for lower credit classes for BYOD and SIM-onlt

Just under a month ago, we reported that T-Mobile had changed its deposit pricing based on credit classes. Deposits were dropped to just $50 for credit classes N, H and D, whereas class I was dropped to $50 for the first 3 lines, with a $100 required for lines 4 and 5. Credit Score changes allow up to 5 lines and reduced deposits for lower-scoring customers

One of the biggest challenges for phone retail staff when selling contracts is signing up lower credit class customers.
