Leap Wireless just announced the completion of their spectrum swap with T-Mobile announced earlier this year. The spectrum swap included Leap receiving spectrum in Phoenix, Houston, Galveston, and Bryan College Station. AT&T Talking To Rivals About Asset Sales To Save T-Mobile Deal?

An early morning Bloomberg report indicates that AT&T has already begun approaching its smaller rivals including MetroPCS and Leap to sell both spectrum and customers in an attempt to save its T-Mobile deal.
