T-Mobile responds to Verizon Unlimited Plan by including HD video and 10GB of high-speed hotspot data on ONE plan

As you might have heard, Verizon launched their Verizon Unlimited plan today, which offers unlimited data*, talk, and text. (Data may be throttled after 22GB in usage per month). T-Mobile’s customer service has been named the best in the wireless industry. Nielsen Mobile Insights gave T-Mobile the top spot in Customer Service Satisfaction at the end of 2016, with Verizon, AT&T, and then Sprint following.
