Poll Of The Day: Will You Buy An iPhone On T-Mobile?

After years of waiting, the iPhone looks to be all but a sure thing for T-Mobile sometime early next year. While T-Mobile nor Apple have confirmed which “Apple Products” will arrive on Magenta store shelves, T-Mobile’s CEO John Legere hinted at the worlds most “iconic device” landing soon. Which leads to our question and today’s poll is…will you buy an iPhone on T-Mobile? Now please, let’s not make this poll a “which … [read full article]

Did T-Mobile’s CEO Accidentally Hint At iPhone Pricing, Marketing Campaign?

T-Mobile’s CEO may have confirmed Apple products were coming to T-Mobile next year, but he never hinted at exactly what products T-Mobile would carry, or did he? During the Investor conference which saw the announcement, T-Mobile CEO John Legere hinted that T-Mobile could heavily finance “the most iconic device in the world” by selling it on a Value … [read full article]

T-Mobile To Receive iPhone 5 Accessories As Unlocked Activations Continue To Climb

While yesterdays rumors have the internet abuzz with the possibility that T-Mobile will finally be the last national carrier to receive the iPhone, retail stores are preparing to receive their first iPhone 5 accessories. Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s any correlation between the analyst rumor from yesterday and the arrival of iPhone 5 accessories. Why do I believe that you ask? Well, for starters … [read full article]

Speaking at the Morgan Stanley 12th Annual Technology, Media & Telecoms Conference in Barcelona, T-Mobile COO Jim Alling admitted the carrier is at a disadvantage without the iPhone. However, Alling adds that T-Mobile USA won’t make sacrifices to bring the iPhone to its portfolio. “Make no mistake about it: We would love to carry the iPhone. Analyst Says “Next Year” For T-Mobile To Finally Offer The iPhone

As a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan, my immediate reaction to Morgan Stanley analyst Nick Delfas claiming that T-Mobile will “announce official iPhone distribution in early 2013″ is to remember how many times we’ve said “wait till next year.” Cub fans the world over will recognize that as the unofficial model of a team which hasn’t won a world series in over 100 years. It’s also the same thing we say in the T-Mobile … [read full article]

T-Mobile has confirmed to the Wall Street Journal the removal of the Apple iPhone name from the company’s “bring your own device” marketing push. T-Mobile says the reason for the change was a “natural progression,” and that the company had planned only to use the iPhone name for the month of September. T-Mobile says it will switch out the iPhone image for “other AT&T smartphone images” in the future and the program, … [read full article]

T-Mobile Stores Begin Receiving NanoSIM Cards For iPhone 5 Activation

A bit of a surprise today as T-Mobile stores begin to receive NanoSIM cards used in conjunction with the iPhone 5. Our original expectations had T-Mobile NanoSIM cards arriving sometime in the middle of October, but we’re not one to complain about anything arriving ahead of schedule in the wireless world. There’s no word on how widespread the NanoSIM rollout is and it seems these shipments only started to arrive this morning. … [read full article]
