An investment advisor holding 7.5 million shares of MetroPCS stock has signaled their intent to vote against the company’s proposer merger with T-Mobile USA. P. Deutsche Telekom CEO Rene Obermann Announces He Will Step Down Next Year

In a move that might make most of you yawn and move on, Deutsche Telekom CEO Rene Obermann has announced he will step down from the T-Mobile USA parent company next year. Speaking to reporters following T-Mobile’s Apple agreement announcement, CEO John Legere offered an incredibly lofty goal for 2013. Taking the stage at the UBS Global Media and Communications Conference earlier today, MetroPCS Chairman and CEO Roger Linquist and CFO Braxton Carter discussed the pending deal with T-Mobile.
