T-Mobile sues Huawei for stealing phone-testing robot technology

In a Seattle federal court on September 2nd, T-Mobile filed a lawsuit claiming that Huawei sent employees in to its Bellevue lab to photograph its phone-testing robot and to smuggle components back to its own HQ in order to improve its own robot technology. Apple Won’t Block Galaxy S III Launch, Will Still Go To Trial

AT&T, C Spire And Sprint Spar Again In Court

In a one-two story regarding the AT&T/T-Mobile takeover today, the first big happening was the Judge in the AT&T, Department of Justice lawsuit ruling that both Sprint and C Spire Wireless can continue to pursue their antitrust lawsuit against AT&T’s proposed takeover of T-Mobile.
