Tis the season to be jolly—and reduce your prices so that consumers everywhere will come out en masse with credit cards in hand and dollar signs in their eyes. Ok, it’s been a weird morning so forgive me. We’ve been graced through our inbox with some details on holiday pricing and while we can’t say anything for certain, we do hope there is more to the T-Mobile holiday plans than just this. Not that we are complaining about $50 off on the Blackberry 9700 but we have to ask and wonder what will replace the free airfare offer or will it be replaced at all?
For those of you who might be wondering, our sources say these prices will come off BOTH Even More and Even More Plus as indicated by the NOTE below. Still we’re looking to clarify and will update this post as necessary.
The countdown timer has started ticking! With only 2 days remaining of the much anticipated T-Mobile 3G enabled BlackBerry Bold 9700, there is now a User manual and Start Guide for all to read. C’mon, who couldn’t go for a little user manual action, while we patiently wait for the Monday, November 16th release date. Snapshots from the User Manual and Start Guide after the break! Leave your thoughts in the comments!
Look, this isn’t really going to surprise anyone, but T-Mobile officially posted the Blackberry 9700 for a November 16th release date today. We’ve had suggestions it might have been pushed back two more days to November 18th having already been pushed back an entire week. As it stands, T-Mobile seems to really want to introduce their very first 3G Blackberry November 16th. Unless of course you’re a business customer, than you get it today, lucky! On the fence about this and Android, check out the meta-review we put together!

We’ve been waiting a long time for this 3G ‘Berry and now that its finally only 11 days away (Business customers November 9th), and now its time for the many reviews! These reviews should help individuals that aren’t so sure about the 9700 decide whether or not this will suit their needs. Check out the review links below! And don’t forget to check back as we will be updating this post with new reviews! So without further ado I shall leave you to foam drool.
It looks as if once again T-Mobile BlackBerry business customers are getting the edge. You might remember BlackBerry business users were able to get the Curve 8900 (Curve 2) a week or two before its official launch to the public in January 2009 and now according to the pic above, current T-Mobile BlackBerry users will be able to order a brand spankin’ new Bold 9700 on November 9th through T-Mobile’s Business Sales Channel. But not to worry T-Mobile has promised the rest of its loyal subscribers that the 9700 will land in your hands this Holiday season (cough…November 16th). With only 11 days until this 3G breathing BlackBerry comes to T-Mobile, I think we can all wait the extra 7 days. Hit the jump for a larger image! And don’t forget to leave your thoughts in the comments!

We are already aware of the $199.99 2-year commitment launch price, but we have been hearing T-Mobile will be bumping down the price to $149.99 with a 2-year commitment on Black Friday. Note this is not confirmed and is considered a rumor. Feel free to express your thoughts in the comments!
We’re working to confirm this on our end but BoyGenius is reporting that the Blackberry 9700 has been pushed back by a week. Originally slated rumored for a November 11th launch, BGR is reporting that we are likely looking at a November 16th launch date. Price is still holding steady at the previously discussed $199 and we’ll update this story if we hear anything different on our side.
While we check off the number of days remaining until the expected November 11th release date, the Bold 9700 just passed the FCC! You’ve already seen some high-detail pics of this 3G-enabled bad boy. The clue that gave this baby away was: that fact that it was tested for WCDMA Band IV a.k.a AWS (T-Mobile USA 3G band). So its safe to say this baby is headed to our very own T-Mobile. If you’re like me, who enjoys looking through the various RF test results, head on over to the FCC site and start reading! Feel free to express your thoughts in the comments!
UPDATE: The BlackBerry Bold 9700 Simulator is now available! If your a Developer or just love Simulators check it now! Download it here (Select BlackBerry Device Simulators v5.0.0, then download 9700 software).

If you’re still unsure about whether or not you want this beast of a BlackBerry, maybe some pics will help you decide? All you T-Mobile BlackBerry addicts should get ready for the first 3G-enabled BlackBerry–I know you’ve all been waiting a long time for this. Currently expected for a November 11th release, the Bold 9700 will definitely become a great addition to T-Mobile’s handset lineup. Hit the jump for some snapshots of the new Bold 9700, specs, and a full features list.
With Android all the rage these days it’s easy to forget that RIM isn’t going quietly into that good night. With that in mind, RIM officially introduces the Blackberry Bold 9700 to the world, forgetting its leaked more times than a dormitory faucet. Expected to hit our magenta on November 11th, T-Mobile has said it would be on its network “in time for the holiday season.” Slashgear however, is reporting that the phone will cost $199.99 on a 2-year contract but T-Mobile did not confirm pricing. The specs come in pretty well in line with what’s been known for some time now:
3.2 megapixel camera
624 MHz process, 256 mb flash memory
UMA support with Wi-Fi
GPS
Optical Trackpad
6 hour talk time
Partridge in a pear tree
OS 5.0 (not sure which version of 5.0 is included at this time)
