FCC Asks AT&T How T-Mobile Deal Will Add More Jobs

The Federal Communications Commission has formally requested, via letter that AT&T supply the FCC with more information regarding it’s proposed takeover of T-Mobile. T-Mobile To Lose 1.2 Million Postpaid Customers In 2011?

Oh those silly analysts are back in action with a Bloomberg report discussing the possibility that T-Mobile could lose as many as 1.2 million postpaid customer contracts during 2011. That number is  over three times higher than the 390,000 subscribers T-Mobile lost in 2010. Deutsche Telekom Says “Plan B” Available Should AT&T Deal Fall Through

Following Sprint’s and the Department of Justice lead, regional carrier Cellular South has filed an anti-trust lawsuit hoping to block AT&T’s takeover of T-Mobile USA.
