T-Mobile Partners With Google, Android Updates For 18 Months

T-Mobile has partnered with Google in order to work toward a world where Android devices will receive platform updates for 18 months after a device launches. The only “catch” is that the hardware has to allow the update. I hope this doesn’t mean a phone can receive a 12 months update since it falls within that 18 month windows.
