Qualcomm Announces 84Mbps HSPA+ Chipset, Coming To T-Mobile Sometime Next Year

Today, at Mobile World Congress (MWC), Qualcomm announced a new mobile chipset, the MDM8225. The MDM8225 brings full support for HSPA+ Release 9 aka HSPA+ 84Mbps. T-Mobile Changes Early Termination Policy

Last week, T-Mobile modified its Early Termination Fees (ETF) policy. Customers will no longer be able to cancel service without an ETF when moving out of a T-Mobile coverage area or overseas. This policy went into effect February 8th and will not affect customers who cancelled service (without paying the ETF) before February 8th. Samsung Vibrant 4G In The Wild

Well, well, what do we have here? The Vibrant 4G of course! The folks over at AndroidCentral just received pics of the upcoming Vibrant successor. Surprisingly, the handset is almost exactly the same cosmetically as the original Samsung Vibrant. Samsung Galaxy Tab Price Change Coming January 26th

With the Dell Streak 7 and LG G-Slate already headed Magenta’s way, and the Galaxy Tab 2 already being teased by Samsung, T-Mobile has decided to give the current Galaxy Tab another price cut.  Beginning Wednesday, January 26th, the Galaxy Tab pricing will decrease to $249.99 (with a 2-year agreement) from the current $299.99 contract pricing.
