T-Mobile And 7-Eleven Partner Up, No Slurpee Included

T-mobile is taking steps to make access to America’s largest 4G network even easier.  How, you may ask.  Easy, parter with 7-Eleven, a chain with over 7,000 locations in the United States.  Starting today, customers can pick up a pre-paid LG GS170 for $29.99 all around the country.  It can even get better.  With the purchase of a 50 minute airtime card you can get the LG GS170 for half off, as long … [read full article]

Blackberry Torch 9860 Passes FCC With AWS On Board

Oh wow, Blackberry news, I feel like it’s been a long time (maybe not that long).  Either way, Blackberry’s newest Torch just passed the FCC, and it is looking like this device may be hitting all of the carriers, which of course includes T-mobile.  If you ask me, this is probably what RIM should have been doing with their devices a long time ago, but that isn’t their greatest problem now … [read full article]

DISH Networks And AT&T Customers Oppose the Merger

This has to be one of the most interesting developments in this merger case, if you ask me at least.  11 AT&T customers have gone to the New York-based law firm of Bursor & Fisher to help file an arbitration demand against AT&T, proposing that the merger will be in violation of the Clayton Antitrust Act.  Attorney Scott Bursor discuses the grounds for this arbitration:  “Government enforcement is an important part of … [read full article]
