Yesterday, T-Mobile gave us an update on its network as it stands at the end of 2016. Extended Range LTE grew quite a bit in the final months alone, going from 225 million people in October to 250 million people in December. T-Mobile shares end-of-year network update

With 2016 coming to a close, T-Mobile has decided to share an end of year update on its network. T-Mobile CTO Neville Ray revealed today that T-Mo’s LTE network now covers 313 million people. To compare, T-Mobile reported its LTE coverage was at 312 million people back in October and 304 million at the end of 2015. After originally launching back in September, T-Mobile One Plus today underwent a big split. T-Mobile One Plus is now two different add-ons. It’s official: T-Mobile’s next Un-carrier move is coming January 5. T-Mobile today announced a press conference at 11:00 am on January 5, 2017.
