You can now pre-order an iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus

iphone6s6splus

It’s time: iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus pre-orders have begun.

You can now pre-order the new iPhone models through Apple’s online store or through T-Mobile. If you decide to pre-order from Apple, you’ll have to pay full retail price, which can range from $649 for the 16GB iPhone 6s to $949 for the 128GB iPhone 6s Plus.

If you’d rather not pony up all that dough at once, you can pre-order through T-Mobile. The big magenta carrier is currently taking orders over the phone at 1-800-937-8997. It looks like online orders won’t begin until 6:00 am PT, so if you want to guarantee your new iPhone will arrive on September 25, you’d best grab a nearby phone and give T-Mo a call.

If you need a refresher on T-Mobile’s pricing for the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, here are all of the details:

tmoiphone6spricing

Some of T-Mobile’s past iPhone launches have been a bit shaky, but I’m seeing several reports of folks successfully placing pre-orders over the phone, so that’s good to hear. If you manage to pre-order an iPhone 6s or 6s Plus, be sure to let us all know which model you got and how the pre-order process went!

i Pre-ordered iPhone 6S Rosegold 64 GB Jump On Demand! She automatically gave me free overnight shipping. I called at 11:50, so there was no wait, we talked for 7 mins and she started filling everything out, and at 12:03 my order was placed. No email or any other confirmation YET, they said they’ll update us on shipping by the 17th

  • Visvism

Called around 2:55AM EST and rep picked up right at 3:00AM EST. Order placed for 4 iPhone 6s’s of varying size all on Jump on Demand. Waiting on email to complete e-signature. Shipping charge was not mentioned. Told that all four would ship separately and that I would get order confirmation details on Sep 17th.

    • Myl35

I was online at 2:55am EST and just kept refreshing. It finally showed up at 2:57am so I had put the order in as quick as possible lol

    • csr specialist

You will recieve a text in the next 24 hrs for order conformation. After that you will reciever your email to complete the installment agreement, after sept. 17 you will recieve shipping info

  • TeflonFong

Called at 2:59am, connected at 3:25am – JUMP on Demand with 1 iPhone 6S 128gb, 1 iPhone 6+ 64gb, and 1 iPhone 6S 64gb. 3 separate orders – did one next day shipping and the other 2 ground…hopefully when the email comes on the 16th/17th they automatically upgrade the other 2 orders to next day/free overnight and I don’t get charged extra for shipping – even ground was $6.99 according to the rep I got on the phone.

  • Myl35

Ordered the 6s 128GB in Space grey but for some reason my order summery showed a iPhone 6, then a iphone 6s silver and now its showing a space grey. Pretty weird But definitely not doing jump. Rather just get it out the way and pay the $905

  • Jason Bryan

You guys had a much easier time then me. When I got them on the phone there system was down so it took them 30 minutes on the phone to process the on demand upgrade. They charged me $24.99 for overnight shipping. Still haven’t received an email or any sort of confirmation.

  • John

So I currently have jump on demand. I read on TMOBILE’S FAQ page that you can indeed still preorder the iPhone 6S by calling the number. I called and the rep stated that the current phone must be inspected before the preorder can be placed. It did not say that in the FAQ. It just said that if you don’t return the current phone when the new one is received then you will be billed for 2 concurrent leases.

    • Jason Bryan

Well they didn’t say anything about that when I was on the phone with them. It did take them like 30 minutes to figure out how to do the upgrade though.

      • John

Decided to call again hoping I would get someone that knew the details and I got through right away. The rep was knowledgeable and the process went very easy. $6.99 for regular shipping. I don’t understand how some people are getting free overnight though. Hmmm

        • ohmyggg

I also had to pay $6.99 for standard shipping. Seems shady that some people are getting free shipping and others are paying.

  • Chris Adams

Hung up on after 37 minutes on hold. So tired and angry right now.

  • Mt T

I called at 2:57AM EST and got the chat after 40mins’ waiting in NY area. As a current customer with non-contract phone, I ordered one iphone 6 Rosegold 64GB with Jump on demand program. No down payment so far ( official site mentions there is $99.99 down for this model though). Paid $6.99 for standard shipping, not getting told when I would receive email for confirmation. Monthly charge would be $20 + tax.

  • utroll

Does anyone know if the T-Mobile iPhone come unlocked?

    • Chris Adams

It does not unless you buy it outright, you need to pay it off to get the unlock code or under JOD you can leave T-Mobile and go t another carrier and they will unlock it but you still need to pay them your lease payments.

  • Bike

If you are not greeted with a name and location of the rep you just got connected to outsourced call center.. if they give you crazy info like extra money down or no job hang up and call back.. I assure you that if a T-Mobile full time rep picks up everything will be super smooth.

  • Nick02

About 3-4 minutes before 12:00am PT, I just wanted to see if I could somehow preorder a 6S by logging in to myT-Mobile and doing an upgrade on my line. I clicked the upgrade button, waited for the list of phones to load and surprisingly all 6S models were listed with a button saying preorder now. Clicked preorder for a Gold 6S 64gb, literally blazed through every menu and finally down to inputting my credit card number for the $99 down payment + tax and finally to the EIP signing. After all that, I got two emails: EIP signed PDF doc, and a Thank you for your order email with an order date. Logged onto myTmo and went to order status. Low and behold, my 6S was there with a status saying Being Processed. Kept refreshing the site for any changes but none. People are saying that orders placed before a certain time are voided, would that mean my order is?

  • Lmrvrgs

just called Tmobile and after being on hold for 40 minutes was told that they were doing maintenence and cannot preorder right now……..why not just put out a message saying that instead of waiting on hold. arrrghhh

    • csr specialist

Please call back and get your Preto order completed

  • PK

No way to do jump on demand online?? Not seeing that as an option.

    • PK

NVM found my answer, looks like that can only be done via Phone or in Store.

  • Steve_NYC

Called at 4:00 AM EST. Hold time was 40 mins. Placed orders for 3 handsets against my family plan. They took the order, but said they would call me back between 9AM and 10AM to process payment. They offered me overnight shipping at $25. I was a little surprised at that and told them to send it UPS ground. They’re probably close to being overwhelmed at the moment. Hoping that this goes through smoothly then they call back.

  • Genecio

Ordered a 6S Plus in Silver….I was gonna get the Rose Gold but after looking at it for a while I realized it just wasn’t for me…a bit too pinkish-looking for my tastes. Signed my EIP electronically and also got free overnight shipping. Processed a defered trade-in also….(yes i know I could’ve gotten a lot more thru other channels but I’m tired of dealing with swappa, e-bay, and craigslist especially when individuals expect ME to pay for shipping and try to undercut the asking price. I didn’t want the hassle this time around so I sold it back to t-mobile. It’ll just go towards my remaining EIP. All in All it went smooth as butter…..I’m very pleased and surprised #Magenta…in a good way.

  • AndyNYC1

So customers without Jump On Demand are not allowed to get the introductory Jump on demand monthly price based on what the rep told me. So I didn’t place my order.

    • csr specialist

You should still reciever the current jump on demand. That would be 20. For 6s and 24 for 6s plus

      • AndyNYC1

They said no I wanted the 64 GB and they said I would pay $30 not $24

        • csr specialist

Did you call back in ? The 64 gig has a 99.99 down payment and the new pricing for this event is $24. For the 6s plus… please call back in we have reps waiting

        • AndyNYC1

I did call they don’t know what’s going on. They also told I have to pay the taxes I thought it was just the $99.99 and $24 every month. The first guy I spoke to took my info and gave a an order ID of two numbers.

        • csr specialist

When completing a JOD with a down payment for the higher level of memory your are charged taxes when the order is processed, the only thing taxed at that time is the down payment. Your monthly payment is 24. Plus taxes on the payment

        • Johnson

Wait so with the lower sixteen gig no taxes?

How do an all new customer get the best deal for 64gig iphojeb6s plus?

        • csr specialist

When doing a jump on demand order for a new handset all customer who are qualified for zero down get the 16 gig with no taxes at purchase.

  • donnybee

It only took a 50 minute (seriously?) phone call and my new 6S 64GB in Space Gray was ordered. Oddly enough, she said it would be $18/month. I was shocked and asked her to confirm and she said it was correct. It comes to $115 for the down payment which will come out when they ship the phone.

Super easy process. I even changed from one Jump program to JoD during the process too! Good luck guys!!

  • Jack

I wait for 40mins. I locked deal $15 JUmp on Demond last month and leasing iPhone 6 16gb. I told rep that I want to upgrade to iPhone 6s plus 16gb and how much should I pay ? The rep said still $15/mo but you have to pay difference after 18 months if you want to keep phone. Even you get iPhone 6s plus 64gb, you would still pay $15/mo and pay difference after 18 months. You know that’s pretty awesome. Therefore I told rep I want to get 6s plus 64gb. No down payment . Charged me card credit for$24.99 for overnight shipping and will be a credit in you bills. So you pay nothing on shipping too. I don’t know if this deal is only for me or only on preorder day. I’d like to share this to you guys if you have already locked $15 jump on Demond last time. Try it.

  • Van Steel

Just placed order for 2 6S Plusses. I didn’t have to wait on hold at all (not sure how that happened). Anyway, the total time it took was about 20 minutes to get both phones ordered. Both 64 gigs, mine is space gray, her’s is rose gold.

Really makes up for the online crapfest from last year.

    • ohmyggg

Same here. I called in nearly 3 hours after preorder opened. Took about 15 minutes to order two new iPhones.

  • Chris Adams

Finally got back through. Upgraded a 16 to 64 6s and 64 to 128 6s with no down payments and free overnight shipping.

    • Johnson

How? Will it work for all new customer?

    • Same here!

  • angeris

I just called. I phone 6s 64 gig. Was confused as rep told me there was no down payment on 64g yet website says $99? I asked and he said with Jump on Demand there was no down payment at all? I said I thought it was 99 down and $20 bucks a month for 18 months and then I can pay off the phone. He said that was right, but no down payment on the lease program? I repeated myself and said I had no intention of getting another phone and wanted to pay it off at 18 months. He said that was fine. I got no information on shipping. He said I would get an email and text confirmation, but haven’t received either of those yet? I am all for less money, but sure want to make sure I am getting what I ask for?

    • csr specialist

Was you already in the jump on demand program

      • angeris

        No

        • csr specialist

The info you seen online is correct. You will be charged the 99.99 + taxes for the JOD order. I apologize about the incorrect information. The cc you provided for the order will be charged when the handset is prepared for shipping

        • angeris

That’s the what bothers me as he said he didn’t need any cc info because I was being charge no down payment? Guess I am going to call back and see what my account says to make sure.

  • VG

There are reports flying around that if you are already on the iPhone JoD promo from pre-Labor Day and you ask for a storage upgrade, the upgrade is free. I upgraded from two different 16GB iPhone 6 phones (that were on JoD in August) to two 64GB iPhone 6S phones tonight, and was told there would be no extra charge (I was expecting to pay $100 upfront for each phone). And I got free expedited shipping as well. I’m not sure what charges I will really need to pay until I receive the email confirmation, but anyone ordering on Saturday and Sunday should definitely ask about the free storage upgrades.

    • Sam_K

It sounds like you called in to upgrade your iPhones. Is that correct? If so, I thought you had to upgrade your JoD iPhones in the store. I also have two 16gb iPhone 6 phone that I want to upgrade to 64gb iPhone 6S, Also, if you’re on JoD then I’m assuming you have to turn in the two iPhone 6 phones. If you were able to order over the phone then, did they tell you how to return the two iPhone 6 phones?

      • csr specialist

JOD can be done over the phone with customer care for the pre-order. You just need to return the handset to the store after you recieve you new handset

        • Sam_K

          Thanks.

      • VG

I said I wanted to Jump from my two 16GB iPhone 6 phones to two 64GB iPhone 6s phones. He read off the IMEI numbers of the two 16GB iPhone 6 phones that are already on my account, so I know he had the right account on his screen. He didn’t say anything about how to return the original phones after receiving the new iPhones, so I’m assuming I have to mail them back or return them to a T-Mobile store.

How can you upgrade your JoD iPhones in the store when the new models aren’t even available yet? There are also reports that people are being told this when calling in tonight, but end up hanging up, calling back and speaking with a different rep who processes the order.

I’m still waiting for the email confirmations that I need to E-sign, but the rep did verbally give me the confirmation numbers for my two orders.

        • Sam_K

Thanks. I know that the new models aren’t available in store yet but I was told that the JoD was only available in stores therefore I assumed that you had to upgrade in the store as well so I was hoping the store would accept pre-orders as well. The free storage upgrade is awesome.

        • Dirty Dan

Since you used 1 of your JoD upgrades, were you still able to get the installment payments for $19/month? Or is that pricing for new JoD customers?

  • kohler

Do I have to put a down payment on a new JOD, if I usually have to put a down payment for EIP?

  • metalspy8

Let me start off by saying this, smoothes pre-order I have ever done. T-mobile did an excellent job this time around because last year was an epic fail. My wife will be upgrading from a space gray iPhone 6/128gb to iPhone 6s plus rose gold. Rep said to expect 3 emails to verify purchase or something like that. ..I was just excited for my wife.

  • Austin Appler

Smooth. Got a human right away. Ordered a 6s 64gb. Used JOD. She swore I didn’t have a 99.99 down payment because I was in preferred pricing. Not sure how that happened.

  • GabeSimpson

DId you guys already have JOD or did you get it while ordering?

    • Dell4320

      Yes had jod prior ordering.

  • Dell4320

I was upgraded from 17gb 6 to 128 6plus for 4 dollars more. Had jod 15 that went up to 19. No downpay, ent

    • Dell4320

      Typo 16 gb to 128

      • Johnson

How did you do that? What about down payment? I am not a Tmobile customer yet.

        • csr specialist

Good afternoon Johnson, the reason he recieve the pricing was due to being on our Jump on Demand prior to prevent order but you as a new customer can still get the great pricing of just $24. for any of the I phone 6s buy starting a new line with JOD

  • besweeet

I went with Apple for a 6s. Only $5 more/mo. (after JOD’s cheaper intro month). Will get it on day 1, has insurance, etc.

  • jerick james

If I’m not currently on JOD, can I sign up for that when I call to preorder the phone?

    • Goat

I think so. It is usually added once you purchase a new phone. Just make sure you tell the representative.

  • Road

Ordered online at 3:09 EST and everything went smooth.

  • KingCobra

Ordered mine through Apple. Get it on Day 1, EIP in store, and phone is factory unlocked right out of the box. 6S Plus 64GB.

    • Michael Cohen

Just curious, what color did you order?

      • KingCobra

        Space Grey.

It’s the color I was going to get anyway but I did notice that Rose Gold was sold out in all capacities for the 6 Plus in both Apple Stores in my city.

        • Michael Cohen

Cool, I ordered the Rose Gold, at least 2 csr said that it’s close to a pink color I hope I’m not the only guy who bought that color! After I was told it was close to a pink color I told the rep I’m secure with my manhood and ordered the Rose Gold!

  • Sean Gorelik

Ordered 2 64GB 6S+ for both lines, online via MyT-Mobile upgrade. Didn’t get the JoD price, I wonder if I give them a call so they can work things out for me to get that price down…

  • angeris

Anyone else got their email or text confirmations? I haven’t gotten anything?

    • Van Steel

I haven’t got my email confirmation yet. I did get the confirmation # on the phone with the representative, though. She did say within the next 24 hours.

      • presley

i ordered by phone and got confirmation # as well. i just went to chat with tmobile and the number doesnt show for them. cause for concern?

        • Van Steel

No idea. It may not be processed yet. I’ll wait to see if i get the email today. If I don’t, I’ll call to check up on the order.

  • Went to local store here in Kissimmee. System issues and I have to wait. Really man. Wtf

  • Upset

Tried to order mine over the phone. I currently have 4 iPhone 6 64gb locked in at 12 dollars a month because of prior promotion. Representative yesterday during the day said that I will be able to keep my monthly rate and no down payment will be required as long as I switch to the same color and size iPhone. When it came to actually ordering, the rep wanted me to pay 99 dollars and then proceeded to tell me that my new rate will be 19+tax.

  • Ryan M.

Using the website, just upgraded two phones to two iPhone 6s 64GB Space Gray and Silver. Also got trade-in preliminary value of $165 for each phone.

  • JLV90

I was able to order three phones on my account. For whatever reason I was able to get all 3 as 64 GB with no down payment at all

  • mingy509

I was able to place my preorder and at times felt like I knew the equipment pricing better than the rep. The rep She did take the time to re-verify what I already knew with a supervisor. Wait time was around 10 minutes at the midnight time. Still quicker than the apple store which was delayed by 20 minutes as revealed in other reports. I did the jump on demand with the 64GB as well. Looking forward to a new toy!

  • ragumaster

Guys new info if you have your order number start with 00 that means you have priority also go into the store ask the rep to look under notes make sure it says order was placed threw remedy and its in your memos also make sure your order starts with 00 this means your order has first priority

    • Johnson

Hi ragumaster, how do an all new customers sign up for the best deal for iPhone 6s plus 64gig. And didn’t get the $15 promo you described previously. And pays no down-payment for the extra memory or even up to 128gig? Thank you.

  • presley

im still having problems trying to upgrade online. have iphone 6 now but when clicking on upgrade it takes me to tablets. how are you guys getting around this?

    • Michael Cohen

      Is your current device EIP?

      • presley

        yea

        • Michael Cohen

Are you still paying off your current device or is it currently paid off

        • presley

          still paying but im eligible

        • Michael Cohen

Ok, there shouldn’t be a problem! I have 5 lines on my account and I have the Jump insurance on all my device but all my devices are paid off so I recently learned that if you have Jump insurance and you pay off your device you’re/I’m wasting $2 just shift to the $8 insurance plan. Also, if your EIP is paid off and you do have the Jump insurance, tmobile.com will not allow you to upgrade your EIP device to a newer phone. When I purchased this Note 5 I had to shift one of my phone to the $8 insurance before the system would allow me to purchase the Note 5.

          Just thought I’d share

    • Kevin

Known issue impacting multiple accounts, ETA 9/14/2015

  • Ashy

I ordered last night took an hour to get to a rep but i did get the 6s 64g rose gold with jod and free next day shipping, I had to ask for it, so for anyone wanting to avoid the $25 just ask for it . I paid $99 down and $62 in taxes haven’t gotten an email yet

    • Michael Cohen

I was told by my phone rep that I was the first guy to buy the Rose Gold thru her!

  • Lmrvrgs

I called customer care again to preorder and again being on the phone with the rep for about 30 minutes and trying to get JUmp on demand pricing i was told a rep will call me back between 2-48 hours to see if i was eligible. I been a loyal tmobile customer for 12+ years. I should be able to get the priority pricing. Why couldnt i complete the preorder with that rep? I know i will not get called back. Been trying to get this preorder in since 3am EST!! Sighhh

  • CS

The first waves of confirmation email and EIP signing were sent around 10:30 AM. If you didn’t receive yours yet, it means you are in the second batch which will arrive in October.

  • Don B.

Called at 1201 this morning for 2 iPhone 6s+, seem to go pretty well no noticeable issue during the order. I called this morning to confirm the order and that is were it went to hell. Upgraded the wrong lines and didn’t use my JOD promo. For me this is the second year tmobile failed me on the launch of the new iPhone.

  • Marc Strzodka

Called – placed order as JOD. Got told $99 down (IPhone 6s 64GB) and $19/moth. Just got eMail to with DocuSign to sign – checked it SAW it shows EIP Plan $99 down and $27.08 / month 24 month – Called – waited 30 min – spoke to a lady she checked and told me that JOD will be adjusted later on and I will receive a monthly credit – Told her papers are not showhing anything like this. She said that’s how it’s been done – I’m new to JOD – is that’s how it’s done – Who else got DocuSign from T Mobile – does anyone show JOD ?

    • Presley

How are people getting email confirmations right away? I’m still waiting since 12:00am

      • Don B.

I am also waiting, placed order between 12-1230am PST.

        • Don B.

Just got the email for one of my iPhones ordered.

      • Marc Strzodka

ordered 5 am received confirmation 10:30 am

      • jayhawker520

At 6:32 AM PDT, I ordered the iPhone 6+ 16 GB Space Gray with JOD for one line on my account and as of 12:43 PM PDT today, I have not received the e-mail confirmation.

At 6:47 AM PDT, I ordered the same exact iPhone 6+ with JOD for another line on my account and instantly received the e-sign doc and order was instantly confirmed.

For the first order that I have not received an e-sign doc, I called back to TMO Customer Care (1 hour hold) at 12:05 PM PDT and they said they could not locate my first order that was submitted at 6:32 AM PDT (even though I have the order confirmation # S00XXXXXXX. Long story short, they couldn’t find the order so they had to make a new one. I instantly received the e-sign document while on the phone with the rep and my order was confirmed. Hopefully I still get mine early or on 9/25!

    • Don B.

Marc, I am a JOD from the first time iPhone promo. That is how it works, I get a credit ever month on my bill to make the iPhone $19 per month.

      • Marc Strzodka

GREAT ! Thanks a lot for that info :-) was just making sure :-) u never know – the lady this morning didn’t even know that the 64GB is $19 :-) since the 16 GB is $20 it should be more right ? NO ! I pay $99 down – NO it’s $0 down .. UGH !!! LOL then she found the right button :-) and YES >>> you are right :-) that’s why I was a bit curious here :-) thanks again !!!

    • All you had to do is read the fine print, and you would see it says you will get a promo credit. Read your JOD contract information before calling, OR ask questions prior to just buying. It helps save you the stress

      • Marc Strzodka

Well – i would have done that but I don’t have any JOD contract information’s where is that at ? on the EIP form ?

        • Are you on JOD? If so, you had to sign the EIP from the email they sent you. After you sign, they send you a copy right away. In that copy…you scroll through…you will see all you need to know about JOD.

        • Marc Strzodka

I called this morning to sign up for JOD. In the EIP is just a short JUMP! chapter then it said “Please see your JUMP! contract for details of these benefits.” I haven’t gotten anything about JOD.

        • Marc Strzodka

Also correction – it only said JUMP! nothing about ON DEMAND at all.

        • ok cool

    • aznhomieboi1689

Hey , so can we sign up as JOD after the fact? And also I haven’t gotten any emails :(

  • Marc Strzodka

I placed my order at 5 am received the confirmation at 10:30 am

  • Presley

Typically tmobile… On hold for 20 minutes just now and call fails.

    • Marc Strzodka

You are CRAZY using your IPhone to call them – I used a landline – JUST IN CASE :-) LOL

  • AJ

I didnt even bother staying up. Called around 6:30 – 7am, ordered it, if I get it on time great, if not, whatever I can wait. Still didn’t get a confirmation email so probably not gonna get it on time anyways.

    • Marc Strzodka

Have to wake up at 4:30 am :-) was convenient today :-)

      • AJ

It’s all good. I have my original iPhone 6 plus. Does what it needs to do. I’m happy. :)

  • For those that got their 128 or 64gb at zero down, look at your installment amount…it won’t say $22 or $23…it’s gonna be a lot higher, because they are allowing you to finance the entire amount.

    • Dell4320

I was on jod with 6s and 15 dollars payment, now i am on 19 dollars payment and 128 6splus 0 downpayment.

      • johnson

Hi how did you do that?

Can an all new customer get such a no down payment deal too?

      • Malina Carr

I was told by rep that wasn’t possible, to upgrade from 16gb 6s+ to 65gb 6s+ would be down pymt of $99. How did you get them to agree to 0 down?

        • Malina Carr

          I meant 16gb 6+

  • Sad Panda Fanda

If you order number starts with 000xxxx it means that your order did not WENT through. You need to call T-mobile ASAP. It seems those orders were on some backup server which did not get processed.

  • PS

does anyone know if you can pay the 18month payments ahead of time as well as pay the $164 to own it? can that all be paid all at once? or do you have to pay monthly ?

    • dtam

Nope, have to pay monthly or else people will buy the phone and cancel service.

  • Presley

So call if 000xxxxx. I’m good then if I have 00xxxxxx?

    • Marc Strzodka

Guess so – I have 00xxxxxx as well and got all confirmed now.

      • elena

i have 00 and i still havent gotten an email from tmobile

  • OZ

    Guys, I got the email but it says: Model MG5C2LL/A – iPhone 6 – Silver – 64GB

    I am calling back

    • Don B.

Having the same problem. What a mess!!

      • OZ

        Called and reordered.

        The previous one got cancelled.

        Item 888462500425: iPhone 6s – Silver – 64GB

        Regards

        — Oscar

    • msohail

I am calling too .. this is messed up.

  • msohail

Ordered last night at 1 .. not email yet

    • angeris

Me too, I called and rep said system had crashed and so some orders will take 24 hours to confirmation. I got a new confirmation to the warehouse which is where mine went due to system crash? But it was in the system and she did have notes from the rep I spoke to earlier in the morning? I will give it the 24 hours I suppose?

      • msohail

Just got the call from them and my order went through but my EIP is messed up.. the lease is now 31 instead of 19.

        • jayhawker520

Your EIP will show $31 every payment, plus tax (mine is $33.75) and does not reflect bill credits in that EIP payment. You’ll be getting a $12 bill credit every month, which brings it down to $19 (plus tax) each month for the device.

        • Don B.

I was on the original iPhone JOD promo and I got the $12, which made it $19 a month. Now my monthly payment shows $38.50. Guess I better hope for a better credit than $12 to make $19 a month. I had the iPhone 6+ 64gb.

        • jayhawker520

Thtat’s odd that it’s $38.50/month. Did you have to pay a $99 down payment? Or maybe there was an EIP setup for an accessory or other product added to your purchase?

        • Don B.

I paid the $99 when I did the Amped iPhone promo for the iPhone 6+ 64gb, I didn’t have to pay it again. I just got a DM tweet from tmobile saying that I will still get the $19 a month. What a confusing mess, but I worry about the bill once the iPhone arrive and I get my first bill.

        • Sam_K

When I got the iPhone 6 in a T-Mobile corporate store I was told that even if you paid the $99.99 down for the 64gb model then you’d have to pay it again if you upgraded to the 64gb iPhone 6S so I opted to get the 16gb iPhone 6 initially. It seemed like a waste of money to spend $99.99 for extra storage to only use for a month until the iPhone 6S was released.

        • Don B.

There was a lot of confusion at the beginning, but you only pay $99 or $199 one time

        • Sam_K

Ok that surprises me. So in a year if you want to get the iPhone 7 mid tier or highest tier storage model are you saying that you won’t have to pay an extra $99 or $199? I guess we’ll see what happens.

        • Don B.

I did have to put any money down because I was on the Amped JOD promo. When I first started the program I did have to put down $99.

  • Presley

I just got a call back. Rep said the confirmation # was showing but it was just a form filled out or something. We ended up re processing and he did say that I would still be in line to get my phone on time. Got new order # and email immediately.

  • Don B.

This is the second year tmobile has failed a iPhone launch. Between 1201-1230 I ordered 2 iPhone 6s+ gray. No issue with the ordering, then I called the morning to confirm. Here were I find out that my order is jacked up! My line appears to updated correctly but my wife line was not. They order the wrong iPhone on the wrong line. I was on the original JOD iPhone promo with $19 a month but that looks there maybe something going on with that. Originally my payment for iPhone was 29.85 per month, now it’s $35.56, I got a credit to make my payment $19, so my I am thinking my payment will not be the same.

    • msohail

Same here .. something not right.. my lease amount has changed so instead of paying $19 with the credit its now $31 with credit .. I am going to call them and find out. I got the 6S plus 128GB

    • So they discontinued the Lumia 640 for the IPhone 6s Plus and they bungle that. Quelle surprise.

  • Arbi

I called twice! the first rep messed up big time, I told him 3 times I need 6s Plus 64 gb, but at the end he said payment is going to be $19. I felt something is wrong and I doublechecked the website, it should be $23. I called back but they said that they couldn’t check it, so I decided to place another order and sign for the right phone. I received an email for the first order 2 hours ago, and it shows the rep messed up by placing order of 6s one. I haven’t received any email regarding the second order yet! but since at the begining I was looking for buying an unlocked one, I’ve got probabely the last one from Apple’s new program one for $40.75 per month and reseived the confirmation email from Apple to pick it up on Sep 25. My point is, it is not cool that still some reps does not know the difference between 6s and 6s Plus.or maybe they’re tired, as I spoke with the 2nd rep, she said that they were dealing with high volume of calls and they are tired and cause making mistakes.

    • msohail

Same thing here .. this is seriously messed up. They placed my order for 6Plus not the 6S plus. Now i have to wait 48 hours to re do the order.

      • Arbi

that’s not cool at all! it shows that their reps are not well-trained and do not know the models! what a shame!

  • kclb

Don’t understand why they mess up like this so bad. smh.

  • AJ

anyone get a confirmation email yet?

    • Brenda

No, I haven’t and I ordered around 4 am EST

      • Brenda

T-Mobile just called telling me that my credit info was incorrect, but it was quickly fixed. She also gave a confirmation # starting with S00. I would wait 48 hours the most to see any confirmation emails. I got fee 1 day shipping and should receive the phone on the 25th. I checked online and my activity only shows that I accepted JUMP so I’m sure they’re just updating the system slowly since it’s a lot of customers pre-ordering. I’m also only paying $25 a month according to her and I did just the standard JUMP not JoD. I hope everyone ordering today gets their phones on time.

    • Arbi

Yes, but I’ve got it on a wrong order! I’ve got for 6s 64gb istead of 6s Plus lol

    • Genecio

I got my confirmation email. Also saw it listed on MY ACCOUNT T-Mobile website.

  • Richard Roma

One thing to keep in mind about the above pricing is that it’s going to be a credit to your account, versus an actual discount. Therefore, if you cancel within the first month, you will still pay MSRP, for the remainder of the payments.

    • OZ

Correct. Discount for 18 months. So to really take advantage, pay it off at month 19 and keep the device. At least, that’s what I am planning on doing.

  • Aurizen

I’m jealous of you guys who are getting an iphone hahah I’ll upgrade my iphone 5 soon enough… You know being a broke college student haha. I accept donations heheh >.<

    • OZ

      You’ll get there. No rush.

  • aznhomieboi1689

I called and I missed out on getting it with JOD….:( now I’ll pay regular EIP $31/mo. Oh well. She says some orders are still on queue to being processed so once it is processed I will get the email. Was told I was the 4000th person to call in (called at 12:00am PT) so here is hoping to getting the phones I want on launch day

  • Cam Fas

Only ordered the phone because of band 12 other then that Im not in a rush since there is no band 12 in las vegas but the three places I travel being Cali Washington and Denver all have band 12 so maybe after I get my phone I will take a trip too all three other then that since I already have a 6 128gig and can get ios9 next week even if my phone comes on launch day or after doesn’t really bother me since they are almost the same phones. No one really has LTE advanced in the usa so the 300mbs theoretical max does nothing for me at the current moment. The camera is a nice upgrade. 3D touch is well I can’t say for sure until I use it. The battery life is the only thing I actually am concerned about seeing that the batteries are smaller. If the A9 and feedback sensor only sip power and give me at least the same battery life I will be ok. I can’t wait for all the battery tests comparing the 6 and 6plus to the 6s and 6plus S

  • Rupesh

Placed two pre-orders (64GB Rosegold 6S both) on JoD and the rep confirmed that it will be JoD. I just got an email for the first order and the nightmare – the first order is not on lease but on EIP which means I have to fork out $ 27 / month for 24 months instead of the $19 / month for 18 months (which is the lease). Gosh!!!

    • Don B.

Welcome to my hell, but I’ll file the complain now and have it fixed once the phones arrive.

      • Rupesh

Yes – this is effed up (apologies for the profanity). I am on line with their customer service and the lady mentions that she’s worried that it says EIP and not lease. She’s, also, checking to confirm if the credit would be provided to bring the amount down to $19..

        • Don B.

You would think that Tmobile would have learned from the last iPhone launch. What complete mess!!

    • aznhomieboi1689

This happened to me too…I wanted JOD for my 6s+ 128gb and it would have been $22/mo after down payment but the rep didn’t understand I guess so now I have EIP $31.25/mo! So much money could’ve been saved. Now I don’t want to mess with it bc another rep told me if I want JOD, I would have to make a new order….that’ll put me down the line…sigh anyway to change to lease later?

      • Rupesh

Yes – I cancelled the two orders and this rep confirmed that I will not loose my place in the line. The orders that are placed today and tomorrow are the first ones to be delivered. So I am just going with the new orders but this is bad. Because EIP is different from lease.

        • aznhomieboi1689

So should I cancel my orders then? The rep told me I will lose my current place in the queue…so confusing…

        • Rupesh

According to this rep, I would not loose the spot. But I am not sure since your rep says otherwise. Since it’s just day1 I say take your chances but it’s your call

        • MusicCityChad

No, don’t cancel! Just call loyalty and make sure they have you on the correct plan. If they try to cancel and reorder, just wait and have loyalty fix your plan once you receive the phone!

        • aznhomieboi1689

Yeah, I’m getting someone to fix it for me. It’s no big deal if I have to pay more initially…but whatevs.

  • Myphone007

Interesting information I learned… It seems when you called this AM at launch time, the agents manually wrote down the order and gave a 001 order number. They then send this to data entry who then enters into the system and you get the S00 order number. I can see this causing so many issues of orders not going in at the same time and you missing your que line and not getting your phone before others who somehow get data entry before you.

  • Pluto

I called they said there was no free memory upgrade so Ima call back later I don’t know if you guys are still getting that and did some people got please reply

    • Roc

As long as you are already on JOD you are eligible for the memory upgrade. The down payment for the extra storage is still due upfront, but you get the money back as a bill credit.

      • I didn’t have to pay anything, and I have a 16GB Plus right now. I went up to a 128GB 6s Plus, and what I’ve found out is not everyone is getting it.

  • jayhawker520

At 6:32 AM PDT, I ordered the iPhone 6+ 16 GB Space Gray with JOD for one line on my account and as of 12:43 PM PDT today, I have not received the e-mail confirmation.

During the same call and same rep, at 6:47 AM PDT, I ordered the same exact iPhone 6+ with JOD for another line on my account and instantly received the e-sign doc and order was instantly confirmed.

Orders are hit or miss it seems. Hopefully I still get mine early or on 9/25!

  • Tmo_guy

I’ve had the iPhone 6 Plus from last year and realize the overall experience throughout the year was more important than having a bigger screen. I mostly texted/web chat/email and for the most part sure I can do two hands to type however there are many times when I have to use one hand on the Plus and I feel like I have to do a dance/balance act on my 1 hand to ensure the phone doesn’t tip over and drop. It gets tiring after awhile for a year.

For video, I mostly using my ipad or mb as my primary video device. The only real thing I miss from the 6 Plus that the 6S does not have is OIS. Hopefully the 7 has it for both sizes.

I’m going with the 6S Space Grey this time around as I had the white/gold, and even white/silver colors the past years last time and getting tired of those colors so trying black/grey this time around.

For folks switching to 6S Plus, I imagine it was because you had a 6 last year and wanted to go bigger. That’s how I felt last year moving from 5s to 6 Plus. I hope the experience goes well for you this year, just letting you know what experience I had.

  • GoPats12

Was anyone else told that phones are shipping out on Monday? When I called this morning and place my order my rep told me I should have the phone by Tuesday with free over night shipping.

    • CSR2

you were given misinformation, they probably have been taking iphone calls all day and forgot it was a pre-order, if it was released then overnight you would have it tuesday!

      • GoPats12

That’s what I was thinking. Thanks

        • CSR2

          No problem!

    • Roc

On their end it says 2 days shipping, so it was just a mistake.

    • Arbi

just make sure they placed the order on right phone, I mean “iPhone 6s”! They messed up mine, I had to call back and fix it! and I’ve read they ordered iPhone 6 instead of 6s for someone else here.

  • MusicCityChad

The JoD marketing says no upgrade costs. However, the rep on the phone is reading from her sales material and it says you will be responsible for the remainder balance when you jump. this makes no sense at all. The whole point of JoD is to throw monthly payments at you ONLY. It shouldn’t cost you anything in 8 months when you want to get the iphone 7. Can anyone confirm how this new JoD with i6s will work?

    • Roc

You pay monthly on the device, if you decide to upgrade in a couple months. You trade in the JOD device for new JOD device and start your payments over.

      • MusicCityChad

I know that is how it is marketed. But they are telling me that if you have a balance on the device you must pay that as well. I know they are wrong, because that wasn’t the point of the program. But that is what they are saying. They say that if you had the device for 6 months and jump, then you have paid 20/mo or a total of $120. If the device cost 650, then you would owe the 530 remaining balance minus whatever the trade in value is at that time. BUT, the marketing flat out says, no upfront cost, no upgrade cost, etc.

    • Larry Griffin

She must be reading from the jump 2.0 scripting which requires you pay off half your device before jumping

  • Roc

Big tip to anyone pre ordering, go to your local store. This way you don’t run into issues that happen over the phone.

    • Larry Griffin

I went to the store first thing this morning placed my order and was on the way in about 20 min … No hassle … I called a rep before 3a EST and he told me the system would be down lol if I get on the 25 I get it ., if I don’t I know the order was placed so I’m good either way

    • Tjc99

I went to the store. She screwed it up. I went home to sign the eip and she ordered me an iPhone 6 not a 6s. I had to call customer care and cancel the order and place a new order. Customer care was great but I can easily see people getting the wrong phone.

  • Nick Ramacciato

So many people screaming “first world problems”.. smh. If you have the money, and they placed your device on EIP, who cares? In the end, you get to keep the phone no matter what.

  • Finally got it done. 16gb rose gold for the wife and 64gb gold for me.

  • Dark enV

Process was not that bad this time around for me. Last year so much went wrong that it made it so I couldn’t get my 6 Plus until 2 months after it had launched but everything this time around went really smooth. Even got to preorder some 6S and 6S Plus phones for 5 of my lines who had signed up for the $15 iPhone promotion and they all got an upgrade in storage at no additional cost so that was pretty incredible for them. All in all from my experience I’d say great job T-Mobile

    • brybry

How did you manage the free storage upgrade ?

      • Dark enV

I had heard from someone on here that T-Mobile was offering free storage upgrade if you asked about it, so I called later after I had already preordered my 6S Plus just to see if there was any truth to it and I asked the rep I got if I would be able to get a free upgrade in storage for my phones and she told me yes and that what I had heard was true so I got everyone that had signed up for the Jump on Demand $15 promo a free storage upgrade, those who had 16GB models all got 64GB at no extra charge and the two who had gotten 64GB got 128GB. Told my friend who I had just gotten to sign up with T-Mobile last week on the $15 promo about it and he called in and ordered 5 for his plan and they all are getting 64GB at no extra charge.

        • brybry

I spoke with retention and they weren’t able to do it for me.. if you get your credit would you mind sharing your info so i can get that applied on my account?

        • Dark enV

I can try to for sure. I’m not entirely sure how they’re going to be crediting me with this. I still haven’t gotten my email yet so it’s not even showing up on account yet on how it’s being worked on. I’m curious to see how they’re doing it though. I’ll let you know what happens

        • Adam

Did you have updated storage on your old 6? I think the storage size transfers when you go from 6 to 6S.

        • Dark enV

5 people on my plan went to the $15 a month iPhone 6 Jump on Demand and 3 of them got 16GB, the other 2 got 64GB, now all the ones that were 16GB are getting 64GB and the ones who had 64GB will get 128GB.

        • brybry

Thanks lets stay in touch incase you or I don’t get this. my twitter is @usererror

        • CSR2

I don’t think he’ll be getting that offer if the department that adds lines had access to it, retention would have as well. If you get it great , I would just take anyone on here saying they got that with a grain of salt.

        • Dark enV

I certainly understand why you’d take what I’m saying with a grain of salt, it certainly seems to good to be true. I thought so as well last night when I heard about it, but I went ahead and called in cause I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask about it, I was in complete shock when the rep told me it was true. Saved people on my plan some money and they all get a great new phone and all they pay is $15 a month for their phones, well all but one, he got the 6S Plus so he’ll be paying $19 a month but even still that’s a crazy good deal.

        • Mike Palomba

The agent I spoke to wasn’t aware of the promo. I asked her if she could double check with someone else and thats how I got the storage upgrade

  • Cam Fas

700mhz on the 5×5 slivers are about to be congested almost as soon as these new phones jump on in two to four weeks

    • taron19119

700mHZ is not for speed its for coverage

      • Cam Fas

No way I never wouldn’t have guessed….. Of course it’s just for coverage my issue is what happens when 150 people are on a tower with 700mhz does it mean everyone has full bars while no one can call or text due too the channel size ? What good is coverage if it becomes too congested too use

        • taron19119

T-mobile has calls and texts on high priority so u will be able to make calls and text

    • In some areas, Atlanta being among them, Band 12 is already congested. The Lumia 640, LG G4, Samsung Galaxy Note IV and S6 are the main reasons why.

  • AJ

is there anyone who still hasn’t received their confirmation email?

    • ashy

I havent gotten mine i called and the rep told me not to worry everything looks good and i should get it between 24-48 hours after i ordered the phone (1am) after 48 hours if i still dont have an email then call them back

      • angeris

I haven’t gotten mine yet, called 2am pacific. Called this morning and said system crashed and mine had to go to the warehouse? Tweeted out to @tmobile about my issues and was ask to direct message them which I did and I am still waiting on a response.

    • Gseltj

I called at 8 this morning (East Coast time) and have not gotten any e-mails. I called 611 and they told me that they did thousands of preorders offline this morning and will be entering all orders in the regular system between today and tomorrow so I should get an e-mail in 24-48 hours. This is my first time preordering a phone and the ambiguity with T-mobile’s process makes me want to do it thru Apple the next time.

      • AJ

        Agreed

  • Brenda

Just got my order confirmation and I signed the EIP agreement. Hopefully everyone else’s orders go through!

    • Rupesh

Were you looking for the JoD offer? or the EIP agreement?

  • Jason Barnes

I have not received mine either, called at 7 this morning!

    • maximus1901

Oh no! You may not get your phone on 25th; get over it.

  • Fanji Kanaj

All order numbers that start with 0 are NOT PROCESSED ORDERS. I just spoke to a rep who said that they are manually processing orders that start with 0.

    • Brenda

Mine starts with S00… Is it processed?

      • Nicki Minaj

Yes yours is processed. Any order starts start with, for example, 210xxxxx or Sxxxxxxx are orders that are fine. The ones that start with 0 are manual orders that needs to be processed MANUALLY. It’s more of like a ticket order.

        • Brenda

          OK, thanks!

      • Rupesh

S signifies pre-order – that’s what the rep told me when I did my pre-orders.

  • walt

Debating on what i should do….Should I purchase the iphone 6s outright
for $650 and run it on metro’s $60 unlimited data plan or try out
Sprint and their iphone 6s lease for $15 a month and $60 month unlimited
    plan? Any suggestions???

I currently have an iphone 6 running on
Cricket with 5GB of high speed data and LOVE the ATT coverage. I just
need unlimited data because my job is very boring and i need something
to entertain me while i’m at work.

I live in Akron/Canton Ohio if that helps and yes there is band 12 in my area :D

    • Mike Palomba

If there is band 12 in your area then I’d stick with T-Mobile or Metro PCS. I am not sure if Metro PCS customers get band 12 coverage so you’ll have to check that. Sprint’s deal probably has a lot of fine print and their coverage most likely won’t be great.

      • Walt

Why wouldnt metro get band 12? They sell many capable band 12 phones including the S6…

        • Mike Palomba

It’s very possible that they do. I’m just not 100% sure and don’t want to give the OP false info

      • maximus1901

Sprint has nationwide lowband spectrum. TMO doesn’t and they refuse to buy out the remaining squatters.

        • Mike Palomba

Maybe they have it but that doesn’t mean they’re using it. I went to a sprint store the other day to test their service and not only did T–Mobile have better reception in THE SPRINT STORE, they also has higher seeds for both upload and download. (This was done on a spark compatible phone.) also, t-mobile has 700mhz where I live but I don’t have a compatible phone, so even w/o band 12 their coverage beats sprints

        • maximus1901

I agree that’s true today. But take a look at rootmetrics Denver report. Sprint is tied with vzw for #1. Legere mocks root for being “months out of touch” but this test done 8/27 so of course Legere just ignores it.

        • Mike Palomba

I agree, that when Sprint actually puts their spectrum to use nationwide, they will have great service. But Sprint has a track record of taking long to do anything so who knows how long that will take

        • maximus1901

We’ll sprint is tied #1 with verizon in Denver.
          Think about that.
          Sprint TIED #1 VERIZON!!!

Who would’ve thought that’d EVER happen let alone this year?!?

Meanwhile check out TMO’s 3 recent Denver rootmetrics speeds: they’re plummeting.

        • Actually, Verizon is tied with AT&T for second in Denver, Colo. Sprint won outright, from what I saw on Twitter. Too bad Sprint doesn’t have any phones I want.

        • maximus1901

Look at the results yourself on rootmetrics. What phones doesn’t sprint have?

        • I looked at the results myself. Marcelo Claure, the chairman of Sprint, posted the results on Twitter. Sprint is the outright #1 in Denver, Colo. As in, not tied with Verizon or any other carrier.

As far as phones not on Sprint goes, Ativ SE, Lumia 735 and M8 for Windows, all of which have CDMA radios, would be a start of what Sprint doesn’t have.

        • Walt

I pulled down 78 mbps at a sprint store with a s6 edge. I was shocked!

  • Arbi

I have just received this text massage from Tmobile: “Thanks for your iPhone order – your place in line is secure! It’s taking longer than expected to send the order confirmation. Don’t worry – it won’t impact when you’ll receive your new iPhone. We’ll send a confirmation in the next 24 hrs”

  • BillSmitty

Did anyone get their JOD lease agreement yet? I got mine and it doesn’t mention anything about the $7/mo credit (or cap cost reduction) for the 18 mos. The rep clearly stated I would get the credit, but a little afraid to sign the lease deal paperwork with nothing stated. I’m going for the 6s 16gb on JOD for the better half and will keep, so there is a balloon payment in month 19 for $163.99, which is fine, but without the $7/mo credit I’m a little concerned. Can anyone confirm what their JOD lease agreement says? Thanks.

    • ss

its not written on the contract had the same issue talked to the rep who said it would be deducted monthly on my bill – also if u want to confirm this you can call and they will tell you how it works

      • jeffy

It actually is written in the contract, do a ctrl + F or command + F and type a keyword like credit, and you’ll see it

        • BillSmitty

Thanks everyone, I’ll just go with it and if any problems will call. I’ve been with TMO for 14 years so they are usually very good to me.

jeffy-did what u said and only credit it mentions was for an iPhone 6 promo.

        • jeffy

Oh yeah! sorry i mis read your post, but TBH T-mobile wont BLATANTLY lie about its price, yknow? Specially if John Legere mentioned it. You can always follow @Art_lucero he’s like the head of John Legere(ceo of t-mobile)’s executive response team, tweet him and he will forsure clarify, just to make you feel a lil better, i DM’d him since my JOD EIP said payment=$34.50, and i tweeted him, and he said they’ll adjust it accordingly so its $`15 even. so im sure they’ll adjust it for you too. T-mobile wont lie.

      • Marc Strzodka

        same here

    • brybry

It’s not listed in the docs. You’ll just get credit on your account. After you get your phone give it like a week or two. It should post. Then you’ll be billed for the full amount of 27 bucks so the credit off sets the full amount

    • Marc Strzodka

I called too – after i got the EIP but I ask for JOD and got told the same they will credit $7 every month – i got earlier from someone here the info that’s the way they do it.

  • aznhomieboi1689

    Just got this text message:

“Thanks for your iPhone order – your place in line is secure! It’s taking longer than expected to send the order confirmation. Don’t worry – it won’t impact when you’ll receive your new iPhone. We’ll send a confirmation in the next 24 hrs.”

  • Michael Cohen

    Just signed EIP!

  • Mike

I just got the agreement for my order and of course it’s wrong. They sent me a regular EIP instead of JOD.
    Order placed 12:20am pacific time.

    • Charlie Truong

I think mine is the same.. JOD don’t pay taxes up front as John Legere posted. “0” $24+tax monthly

      • Rupesh

They charged tax on the upfront downpayment – in my case it was $99.99 since it’s 64GB and the tax is whatever the state charges. But I was able to get them to reverse it since John Legere clearly mentioned no sales tax..

    • Marc Strzodka

Same here – I called and got told it’s correct – they will credit me every month $7 :-) I will confirm this again on Monday in a T Mobile store myself.

  • Charlie Truong

I just received the order.. for iPhone 6s Space Gray 64gb. I have to pay $144.99 upfront. We have to pay Tax up Front? I thought we pay Tax on monthly payment

    • Hector Arteaga

If you got it on regular EIP, then yes.

      • Charlie Truong

I thought them it is for JOD.. I messed up my order already. TMOBILE is a mess

        • Rupesh

Yes – It’s a mess. Call them or reach out them on Twitter. They messed up my two pre-orders. But now they rectified it.

    • Kyle Love

I would call T Mobile, same thing happened to me and the idiot rep that completed my preorder did it under the regular jump program despite my continuous reminders that I was on JOD and shouldn’t be paying taxes. I am currently on the line with them fighting to keep my preorder and spot to get this resolved

  • Mike Palomba

I am quite annoyed that JOD customers get the storage upgrades for free meanwhile if I want a 128GB I have to put $200 down. Two lines on my plan are on JOB with 16GB iPhone 6’s and now they’re both getting 128GB 6s’s for the same price as before but I have to stick with the 64GB because Im not looking to spend close to 1,000 on a phone. Its really unfair if you ask me.

    • Charlie Truong

I agreed. I was hoping Free memory upgrade across the broad then I would buy it the full price on it.

    • msohail

No one gets the upgrade for free… i seems that way because the $$ for storage upgrade gets charged when the phone ships.

  • Ohh

Got email to sign EIP, the rep got the orders wrong. I ordered 6s 128gb Space Grey and 6s plus 128gb rose gold, EIP said 6s 128gb rose gold and 6s plus 128gb space grey. Call them and they cancelled my orders, but promised me that I won’t lose my place in pre-order and the supervisor will call me sometime on Sunday before 5:00 to straight everything out. I was up until 4 in the morning just to do the pre-order, hoped they will be able to fix it.

    • livinlife78

As a former employee, I’m telling you will loose your place in line. Whether it will make a difference or not all depends on the inventory. Unless the system has changed, a supervisor or manager will have to place the order, but they don’t have the power to control what place in line you are in, no call center employee has that power. I would expect a call back, because they don’t want you calling back which would negatively affect that rep/team stats. I hope they get it straightened out, if I were in your shoes, I’d be annoyed. Good luck!

    • Michael Cohen

I don’t think you’ll lose your place either! We’ll you may but you won’t know it! I think both Apple and T-Mobile are so well prepared for this event that if you pre-order anywhere between Sat and Mon you’ll receive your device at the same time!

    • state

I would call them back, the same thing happen to me yesterday. I pre-order my iphone 6s plus 64gb rose gold at 3:30am, I got and email about my order saying I order a iphone 6s 64gb rose gold. I called T-mobile and they fix the issue over the phone and then ten mins later I got the right EIP to sign.

  • AJ

Jeez, I STILL didn’t get anything email or anything!

    • Kyle Love

While you initially feel relieved to receive an email, make sure you check it carefully before you sign, its been a huge mess and I have never been so frustrated and disappointed. T Mobile wasn’t ready for this, and its evident because of the lack of training and preparation for their reps. Many incorrect orders, and chances are you’ll lose your spot in preorders if you happen to be one of the unfortunate “victims”. Hoping you aren’t, but I am at the point of exasperation and feel like just trying my luck in store on release day at this point :(

  • Sam_K

I got my EIP docs for my two 64gb iPhone 6S models I ordered this morning and the EIP docs says the monthly cost is $34.37 with no down payment. Why would I sign those docs when I locked in $15/month last month when I bought two 16gb iPhone 6 models? I called T-Mobile and the supervisor told me that not only am I going to pay the $99.99 down payment for each 64gb iPhone 6S, she also told me that my price would increase to $19/month. How does that make any sense? If I’m paying the $99.99 price difference between the 16gb and 64gb models then my monthly lease payment should stay at $15/month. On top of that, if I sign the EIP docs that say $34.37/month then how can I dispute the amounts on my bill if I don’t get enough credits? By doing the e-sign on the documents, I’ll be legally agreeing to the price monthly lease amount on there.

    • Jack

Hi Sam, It seems as we had the same situation. Free upgrade to iphone 6s plus and I locked in $15 but now EIP docs says the monthly cost is $38.41. I want to know credit on that?

      • jeffy

At the end of the EIP document it clearly states that if you’re on iPhone 6 promo, you will get either 12 dollar credit or the credit will be adjusted to make it even $15 or $19

      • Sam_K

Jack, jeffy is correct. The language is buried in the lease agreement. It says “If you exercise your JUMP! ON DEMAND
upgrade option and lease a qualifying iPhone from us, we may adjust the amount of your monthly bill credit such that your monthly lease
payment for a standard-model device is $15.00 and your monthly lease payment for a Plus-model device is $19.00, in each case plus any
        applicable taxes.”.

    • Rupesh

Hi Sam – I would suggest you don’t sign the document. You should not have received the EIP documents. You should have received JoD docs.

      • Sam_K

Hi Rupesh, the subject of the email was EIP documents but they were “Jump On Demand Lease Agreement” documents. Sorry I should have been more specific.

        • Rupesh

Hi Sam – Ok. then it makes sense. When I first placed the pre-orders @ 3:30 am Eastern yesterday, the rep confirmed it was JoD multiple times though I got the EIP document for the first order only. Later I found out that the second order did not go through. Either ways, t-mo’s resolution team cancelled the order and placed two pre-orders with JoD @ 4 pm, Eastern and then I got the emails for both @ 5 pm, eastern. The guy called me back @ 5:30 to make sure I received and then he, also, credited the tax back to my account.

  • Wadeiator

There is no free memory upgrade.. If you have JOD and go with a larger memory size you do not have to pay the difference up front. You will have to pay the difference over the 18 months. And yes the emails are showing a higher amount because it does not include the amount of your discount/monthly bill credit.

    • Bobby Bassett

You pay the difference but tmobile gives you a higher credit to make up for it. So it’s basically a free memory upgrade. I went from 2x 16 to 2x 128. T force and John have both confirmed you just get a greater credit to make up for it.

      • CSR2

Stop confusing people please it’s a higher credit on a phone you don’t own like normal jump or eip customers . You still pay the same out of pocket????

        • Bobby Bassett

No tmobile is giving you a higher credit and it’s the same to buy out after the lease is up

          $22*18 + $228 buyout = $624 for a $950 phone.

    • Dark enV

Not from what all the reps told me, they told me it’s nothing extra upfront or on the bill, the rep I talked to today said that it’s a credit on the bill that they add to make it a “free” storage upgrade.

  • Wadeiator

If you do a JOD lease and have not had one before and have to pay money down, then you will also be paying the sales tax on that down payment amount up front. You will be billed tax monthly for the rest.

    • Charlie Truong

That would be double taxation. Why would you want to pay 2x taxes??

      • Don B.

You should only have to pay taxes on the $99 or $199. When I started JOD during the amped iPhone promo I was only charged taxes on the $99 and now I pay taxes on the monthly payment.

        • Rupesh

Actually, you shouldn’t pay taxes. They did charge me tax on $99.99 but I showed them what John Legere said “Of course, with JUMP! On Demand, you don’t pay a penny out of pocket upfront with qualifying credit – not even sales tax ” So I got them to reverse the tax and instead they put the credit on my account which I am ok.

        • Don B.

I would have to disagree, you have to pay taxes somewhere. When John Legere said “Of course, with JUMP! On Demand, you don’t pay a penny out of pocket upfront with qualifying credit – not even sales tax”. This was for if you when in and got the iPhone 6 16gb for $15 a month or iPhone 6+ for $19 per month. You will be charged taxes on the monthly payments and if you go with a higher memory iPhone you pay the $99 or $199 towards the value of the iPhone which is taxed.

        • Rupesh

Sure – I know I am paying taxes on the monthly payment. But not on the downpayment of $99.99. The CS reps understood and gave me a credit.

  • Rupesh

Got further clarification – Down payment is $99.99 for the 64GB 6s option and there should be no tax on this. They first charged the local tax on this amount but then they reversed it. Next is the monthly device payment which should be $19 but it will be $26 / month and a credit of $7 will be provided bringing the amount down to $19/ month pretax which means you are likely gonna pay around $21/month depending on where you are. Finally, the buy out option at the end of 18 months – for 64GB the amount is $182 instead of $164 which was announced by John Legere but that’s apparently only for the 16 GB option. So this has been a gigantic mess – they first screwed up my orders and put me on EIP instead of JoD and then the above. Surprising that with all their focus on removing customer painpoints, it still is a mess. Anyways I did have to cancel my EIP orders so they put in a new JoD orders.

    • Charlie Truong

I just called. The 2 orders they sent were wrong. They told me that there no taxes on JOD and free shipping. So I told them to write a note on the account if I do get charged for Taxes and Shipping I would get my credits back. Now I have to wait for a JOD email and the good order #

      • Rupesh

Yes – There’s no tax. They reversed the tax so it’s provided as a credit on my account and I can see that already. They did notate my account so they can ensure the monthly device credit also goes through. Regarding shipping, yes. The first they screwed up my order I had to pay $15 for expedited shipping but the second time they put the correct order it was free and overnight too.. I did receive my JoD emails yesterday evening @ 5 pm Eastern with in an hour of the second orders. I did take the order numbers too just in case..

Placed orders for 2 6s Plusses as soon as they opened up. Yesterday I received an email confirmation for only one of them… Not sure why they’re taking so long to do the second order since they were made at the exact same time.

  • Brenda

Just got this text from T-Mobile:

“Thanks for your iPhone order – your place in line is secure! It’s taking longer than expected to send the order confirmation. Don’t worry – it won’t impact when you’ll receive your new iPhone. We’ll send confirmation in the next 24 hrs.”

    Anyone got the same thing?

    • Michael Cohen

      I received it at 1109am!

    • Michael Cohen

From this point on it’s a waiting game! I just upgraded so I signed the regular EIP, the only clue I’ll get that my phone has shipped before I get the tracking number is seeing the monies deducted from my bank account. T-Mobile only deducts the monies from your account once your product has shipped!

I read a comment on here that one should receive there’s on Tues so as long as the monies is deducted from there account by 9pm (EST) on Mon they will receive there phone on Tues!

I’m hoping this is true! From this point on there’s no need to call T-Mobile either wait for the monies to be deducted from your account or the tracking number.

      I hope this helps!

    • Gseltj

Yes, I got the same text an hour ago. I guess we will be getting an e-mail later on with documents to sign from the pre-order.

    • AJ

Ya I got the same thing about an hour or so ago.

    • RW

I got this text message and I found out that my preorder was cancelled. So i had to go in the store today and place a new preorder. I initially ordered via customer service on 9/12 at 3am CST. I used my jump upgrade but apparently customer service can’t take orders if you are paying more on the phone than the down payment. Therefore, it was cancelled and I had to reorder.

    • CarlosDanger

I got the same text message as well. In my case T-mobile actually called me to tell me there was an issue with my order that I placed yesterday morning. I had to resubmit my order and I immediately received my email with the eip statement.

  • jerick james

Man I’ve spoken to two different CSR and they both said that you have to pay $99 + tax on the down payment with the JOD. Is that right for someone like me who is newly signing up for JOD?

    • Will

No, I am also new JOD. My says 109. Tax is on monthly.

      • Will

I mean yes. It is correct. 99+tax on 99. Then monthly+tax on monthly-$7 credit.

        • Rupesh

Actually, I know most believe that there will be tax on 99.99 but I got T-mo to reverse the tax as credit. So I paid only 99.99 / device for the two devices. Talk to them – may be they won’t do it but no harm. I had their “Solutions / Resolution team” to do this.

  • Will

Ordered 12:30am 9/12. Was told by CR system was down. Took my info and will input them after 4 hours. I waited till 9am. No email. Call back at 611. Told by CR there was no order in the system. So order second time. Got an email and sign the digital signature. Got an order confirmation and order number within 5 minutes. Then at 8pm, got an text for the first order saying it is taking longer. It seem those that ordered early when the system was down is getting text saying order is taking longer.

  • Sam_K

I got some clarification from T-Mobile’s twitter account @TMobileHelp. For those who got the iPhone 6 for $15/month with Jump On Demand and want to upgrade to the 64gb iPhone 6S you will have to pay $99.99 up front and then you’ll still pay $15 per month for the lease. You will get charged a higher monthly amount on your bill and then you’ll get credits on every month to bring your monthly lease cost down to $15.

I was hesitant to sign the new JoD lease agreement because it had a much higher price but it clearly says that “If you exercise your JUMP! ON DEMAND
upgrade option and lease a qualifying iPhone from us, we may adjust the amount of your monthly bill credit such that your monthly lease
payment for a standard model device is $15.00 and your monthly lease payment for a Plus-model device is $19.00, in each case plus any
    applicable taxes.”

    • CSR2

Thank you for saying this, so this free memory upgrade nonsense can stop !!!!!

      • Mike Palomba

I was told by my rep that monthly payments would be the same and I wasn’t charged $99. Both were upgraded from 16GB to 128GB with no issues as of now.

        • CSR2

Wait till you get your bill unless your lease agreement shows the normal monthly payment you are paying more if You went for higher storage whether it made you pay down anything or not

        • Mike Palomba

Well according to the representative I spoke to Gary he pay well according to the representative I spoke to I won’t be paying any extra. If I am then there will be an issue

        • CSR2

          cool!

  • Zachary Teicher

I’ve been trying all weekend to Jump On Demand. The reps in store and over the phone keep getting the same system error “Error updating the shipping method.” Apparently they have engineers trying to address it, but its pretty clear this pre-order process is not working for some.

  • Superstar

Just wanted to help some people clarify this “free storage upgrade”. My first order at 4am est 9/12 was for 2 64gb pluses. Some customer service reps are asking for your credit card to pay the 99.99 etc. down. My customer service rep at the time required the down payment. When I called that afternoon there was a problem with the order and I had to complete it again. After reading about free storage upgrades through these comments, I pleaded with the 2nd rep I now had on the phone. They had no clue what I was talking about. However, when it came time to confirm the order, I did not have to put a down payment. However, it was noted in my higher amount monthly on the jump on demand lease paperwork. So I’m paying it but not up front. I received the e sign documents and confirmation emails. Hope this helps SOME people. It’s a shame you get different service between the different reps.

    • Dark enV

I asked about that today once I got my email and saw the lease agreement and they told me that we’d be receiving an additional credit on the bill covering the cost of the storage upgrade so it technically is free, because I asked the rep who I preordered with about 4 times making sure that I don’t pay anything right now and my bill won’t go up, it’s still the promotional $15 a month and she assured each and every time that I pay nothing for the free storage upgrade and the bill will remain the same at $15

  • Toots

Pre ordered yesterday through phone call at about 11am eastern time and still have not received confirmation from t-mobile….should i be worried?

    • AJ

I didn’t get mine either. Ordered 7 am eastern. I don’t know if you should worry or not

      • Toots

So i just called and spoke to them, and the 1st order was stuck and wasn’t going anywhere. She claims to not know what happened. She put in a new order and now I received confirmation. She said i didn’t lose my place in line. That i will be getting it on the 25th.

        • AJ

Did you by any chance get a text from them? “Thanks for your iPhone order – your place in line is secure! It’s taking longer than expected to send the order confirmation. Don’t worry – it won’t impact when you’ll receive your new iPhone. We’ll send a confirmation in the next 24 hrs.”

        • Toots

I did get a text. But not that one. Mine was “Free T-Mobile Msg: Order #S00XXXXXXX is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number once it ships. Visit http://t-mo.co/tmo_check_order for details”

        • Toots

I didn’t get that text message. The one i got was “Free T-Mobile Msg: Order #S00XXXXXXX is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number once it ships. Visit http://t-mo.co/tmo_check_order for details”.

      • angeris

I ordered Saturday at 2am. I have called and been in contact with @tmobilehelp. They say I am good, yet I have still not gotten a email or text confirmation??? Said I should have it by the end of the night and it is 8:23????

  • John

I had ordered early Saturday morning and had to pay $6.99 with credit card for standard shipping. After reading comments online about how people are getting free overnight shipping, I called back today. I asked about the shipping and the rep said that I already had free overnight shipping and would not be charged the $6.99. It’s crazy how the reps do not all have the same information. Makes it much more of an issue than need be. But I’m grateful for the free shipping :)

    • guest

they are doing free regardless over night shipping to make sure your order goes out asap since they had a back haul issue with submitting the orders

  • AJ

So I just talked to someone on tmobile chat, turns out my order didn’t go through

  • James Barnes

I went to T-Mobile Saturday at about noon, ordered 2 iPhone 6s Pluses and they threw in 2 Mophie charger/cases for an extra $2 a month. That’s 75% the normal price. I walked out pretty happy. Come to find out they ordered me the iPhone 6s’s instead. Called T-Molbile, they said I would have to wait until the phones arrived and then send them back to get the right ones. 5 times of calling in and finally found someone who said they would fix it and get me the correct phones on time (that has yet to be fixed completely). 6 plus hours on the phone, another trip to the store and they have cancelled the first order and fixed one of the two orders. Now my wife will get her new phone, not sure if I will have mine for a while. I ordered online and apparently you can’t do that with the Jump! On Demand program, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, you must order in the store. Well 2 trips to T-Mobile and waiting around for 3 hours total and that didn’t work. I have gotten attitude for customer service reps, many hours on the phone, and in the store, and 1 of the 2 iPhone 6s Pluses I wanted. Is it worth the cheaper service, well it is for me, but you should think about it if you don’t have the time and hassle to spend on it. It’s been frustrating. They told me they could not cancel an order once it was placed, then they did cancel it so they apparently could do just that all along. then my credit limit hasn’t restored and so the order wouldn’t go through. It’s been a lot of time spent and frustrating. Just make sure you continue to tell them what you want to make sure they get it right the first time.

    • Joe

I think you need to check they got the right one right like 5x before you place an order with them.

  • It’s funny to see T-Mobile going thru the BS they always go thru in regards to iphone orders. LoL. Serves them right. All this money they are making upgrading their network and they can’t add a few extra servers to the load and make sure ALL of their call centers are giving out the correct info And that every agent is on the same page? GOOD FOR YOU TMOBILE! What goes around COMES AROUND!

  • IR

Hey guys, I was finally able to get my order through for three iPhone 6s’. I was able to secure the storage upgrade from 16GB to 64GB. For those of you that did Jump on Demand and have gotten the storage upgrade, you will get a credit to offset the storage upgrade down to the respective cost that you originally had for the iPhone 6. For example for the iPhone 6s it would be $15.00 if you had the 6 before or $19.00 for the iPhone 6s Plus.

T-Mobile had all channels focusing on getting customers orders on, we can bash the process all we want but it is reassuring to know that we subscribe to a company that cares enough about its employees to make sure that our orders get through the system. Also please remember JOD customers and Jump customers who ordered within the first 48 hours receive priority and could receive their orders as early as 2 days before the release date. T-Mobile is doing everything they can to make this happen, although I was frustrated about having to call back a few times their ambitions and goals were clear to satisfy customers.

I hope this helps you understand the process and how much T-Mobile wants us to get our iPhones as valued customers. Existing customers will have priority over new customers that is unprecedented in the wireless industry. No other company does that, or lets their customers get the iPhone before the launch date.

They cancelled my early morning pre-order on 9/12. I was on the phone to fix the JOD rather EIP issue and one wrong iPhone order instead of 6s plus, they decided to give me 6s. They reordered my order and now my iPhone 6s plus rose gold might not come on the release’s day. My gift to my auntie and my wife have to wait. :( pissed and mad at all this confusion that T-Mobile seemed to be clueless. FML

    • Joe

T-mobile can never get a phone launch right can they. They have had 1 year to get this right and still can’t do it right.

      • Prode

I ordered my 6s Plus Space Gray at 930am cst in a store and had no problems at all. I got my EIP email within mins of making the order and it was for the right size/color. This time around everything went great. I did not want to call in or use the website because I knew that would be the problem. I used the store and everything went great.

      • Actually, they had five years to get it right.

    • IR

If you are FML over a first world problem such as an iPhone order, I can imagine why you state that they mess up all the pre-orders. This pre-launch went smoother than the last one for sure. They were proactive in calling customer’s back for wrong orders and upgrading people to overnight shipping. Hell what CEO offers existing customers priority delivery? Although I was upset to have to call back in several times, every representative was kind and helpful, eager to make the issue right even if it required calling me back. I am confident every launch will get easier and better. The credit will come automatically by the way. I hope your iPhone comes on time and restores your faith and rebuilds the relationship between you and T-Mobile.

      • Charlie Truong

IR, I’m not trying to be an AH. I was on the first badge of ordering the I iPhone and now I’m on the 2nd badge or not sure of when. It made me feel like I have to get back of the line from hundred thousands people. I don’t mind of reordering it but at least put me in the line where I was before. Now I just hope they will send it on time. I have been T-Mobile since ’98 before they become T-Mobile.

I wasted at least 12hrs with them to reminded them of JOD and the iPhone plus not regular. I don’t want us all be like I did. I am trying to help us out and make ordering easier.

        • IR

I hear ya there, I am still confident you will have priority. I had to do the same thing with one order.

  • jmt

Called last night. Did the call me back when it is my turn. They called back when they said they would. Ordered the 6s and the 6s+. A few hours later got the EIP contract via email. Signed the contract. All Set. Simply Perfect. Thanks big T.

  • Gabe Simpson

Did it in-store and they messed up my order so i called in to cancel, they called me back in 24 hours ordered my two Rose Gold 6s Plus’ and got free overnight shipping and got the email to sign EIP immediately so it’s all good now.

  • Ps

Did any one else get a call from T-Mobile iPhone service confirming the order ?

    • IR

I got several calls, after they found out that one of my original orders was messed up and it was a gift for my wife. I treated them with respect and they did the same, within 12 hours I received a call back from an energetic representative with the good news.

      • Brenda

Yeah, that happened to me too. They got my Credit Card information wrong and order the wrong device. However, I kind of happy that I got the smaller iPhone 6s because I felt the the 6+ was too big sometimes. However, I’m sure others won’t react the same way and it’s inexcusable to screw up someone’s order especially after I asked about 3 times that it was for the 6s Plus. T-Mobile really needs to tighten their pants or something because I have a feeling that I would prefer going to Verizon, AT&T or Sprint and order from Apple’s Website than going through this again.

        • IR

AT&T and Verizon had worse issues last year, I am not sure about this year. Last year they lost over 15,000 orders each. They basically told there customers too bad. T-Mobile paid customer’s cellphone bills until the phones were delivered, they also covered the EIP payment.

        • Brenda

Yeah, I agree, but think I would prefer buying it off contract straight from Apple and not go through carriers.

        • Myke

I usually buy directly from Apple and get it on launch day. first time ordering from a carrier, so I am hoping everyone is correct and it will arrive on launch date

  • Darius Leyland

Called at 4am Pre Order Morning, went through the entire process of getting two new phones on two lines using the Jump On Demand promotion of 15 a month. Get a call today stating that the PreOrders didn’t go through. So the representative completely botched the entire preorder process and I was told I would have to reorder everything and id be backordered.. The most dissatisfying thing about this entire experience is the fact that for every Preorder I’ve done for the iPhone they some how seem to mess it up. Its as if a year of planning isn’t enough for this company. Verizon’s new logo looks more tempting now.

    • IR

When did you receive the call? The rule of thumb is that you will still get it on launch day as it was within the first 48 hours and it was with Jump, that is if you had Jump before. Did you have Jump before?

    • Mike Palomba

I understand that they have no excuse for not being able to handle pre orders but perhaps next time you could try ordering through apple directly.

      • blakedunc235

you can’t do the sum on demand through apple as that is a special tmobiel lease program. You usually have to go in store to get it done.

    • blakedunc235

you should’ve just strolled into the tmobile store the next day. Jump on demand gets put in the front of the list for the orders and when my wife and I went in there right at 10 we were the first ones in, of only 3 people, and it only took 10 minutes tops. I was told that if you already had Jump on demand that you could only preorder from inside the store. I actually called tmobile the day before to verify that and even they said it was true that way i didn’t have to wake up at 3 to preorder. The best part is when I went into tmobile saturday morning to preorder the 6s and the 6s+ the reps told me that they were running a promotion for this weekend to where we could get any storage size for the same price!!!! we both got 128gb for our iPhones and we will only be paying the price that we locked in at. I was skeptical at first until I talked to one of my friends who preordered and got the 64GB but had to pay $99 down whereas I walked out of the store only paying for the shipping. I think you had to go into the stores in order to get that discount. Ive always been fine with 16gb but now i have no clue what I’m going to do with all of that storage.

  • Arbi

they messed up mine too (the rep did iPhone 6s intead of iPhone 6s Plus), and today I called them they said someone is gonna call me back to fix the order. Do you guys think am I still be able to received the 6s Plus on Sep. 25 after the fix? My question is for the people who received the call today from Tmobile for a fix? By the way, I placed my order Saturday morning around 2 AM.

    • Charlie Truong

They can’t fix it. The only way is to callm to cancel and then reorder it. Hope it will work out for you

  • Mike Palomba

For anyone who doesn’t like the ads on this website you have 2 options

    1. Get adblocker. It’ll block most ads if not all.

If you don’t want to use ad blocker then try method 2

Get a VPN and set it to a country other then the US. I tried it set to the UK and I have no seen a single ad on this site.

  • Guest1071

Can I ask a general question? Has anyone here ever emailed John Legere and received a response? I’ve seen people on his twitter feed stating that they have actually received personal email responses from him and others stating that he doesn’t respond to their emails at all.

Just wondering what your experiences have been and if anyone here works for T-Mobile can shed some light on how he decides who he will respond to or not.

    • Presley

Not personal responses but have received phenomenal help from the executive care team

    • Evelyn Rosado

I’ve emailed him on a couple of issues and received immediate responses from the people who work directly with him. They even followed up with me a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was as it should be.

    • 21stNow

I emailed him probably about two years ago and got a response from him. He did copy the executive care team and they did most of the helping, but Mr. Legere did respond initially.

  • aznhomieboi1689

So got an email saying something was missing on my order. Then was told my orders were NEVER entered. OMG. I talked to at least 5 different reps who assured me that they were processed and that the emails were taking a while to go through! One rep even told me “not to worry and to enjoy my rest of the day and not to call us anymore as we will get it straightened out!” Seriously. Luckily this lady on the phone today was very apologetic and talked to her supervisor and even got JUMP on demand for me! Also, everything was done instantly. And she assured me I won’t lose my place in line even though the orders weren’t put in. Hope so…..but she did say something weird. She said that I WILL receive shipment confirmation on 9/21 and phones should be DELIVERED by 9/23, TWO Days AHEAD of launch – these were her exact words….time will tell.

    • Larry Griffin

JOD is leasing program for 18 mos and if u want to keep our phone will have to pay a large lump sum. if you have the grandfathered jump thats actually a better deal than JOD because your already working toward owning the device and u can switch when ever u want

      • blakedunc235

it is a good deal if you’re going to ever keep your device. I had jump 1 and was grandfathered into it. It was great being able to jump every 6 months but then after about 3 times i realized that I don’t keep my phone anyways. So when they debuted this JOD it was perfect for my wife and I because as soon as a new phone comes out and we really want it then we go out and get it. With Jump 1 we had to wait 6 months or pay half of the phone off in order to trade up. Then I also had to pay taxes each time I traded up as well. Now I literally walk into the store hand them my old phone and say I want a new one, they get it out, tells me the prices and explains the lease each time and then Im off. No payment needed what-so-ever. I have never kept a phone longer than 18 months in the 11 years that Ive had phones and I only kept 1 phone longer than a year if that gives you any type of background to how often I switch phones. Now how ever I signed up for the JOD on the 1st of september that way I could lock in $19 a month for a 16gb iPhone 6 plus that would allow me to get the 6S plus for the same $19! same with my wife for the 16gb iPhone 6 for $15 a month. The best part is when I went into tmobile saturday morning to preorder the 6s and the 6s+ the reps told me that they were running a promotion for this weekend to where we could get any storage size for the same price!!!! we both got 128gb for our iPhones and we will only be paying the price that we locked in at. I was skeptical at first until I talked to one of my friends in a different city who preordered and got the 64GB but had to pay $99 down where as I walked out of the store only paying for the shipping. since I paying the same price as I would have been for the 16GB I’m contemplating on buying these out when the time comes because i will have some pretty good equity in it when the 6 months, year or 18 months is up whenever I decide to get a new phone. If I keep it for the full 18 months and decide to keep it id only be paying about $700 for my phone.

        • Presley

With jump 1 you can upgrade twice a year anytime you want. You do not need to wait 6 months or pay half. Jump 2 is the one that requires you wait 6 months or pay off half of the balance on the phone.

        • blakedunc235

no jump 2 you have to wait 1 year or pay half the phone

        • blakedunc235

          http://www.theverge.com/2014/2/14/5412072/t-mobile-changes-jump-terms-to-remove-upgrade-limits

I actually had Jump 1 since it came out. As soon as I would upgrade my JUMP eligibility would go away for 6 months on the website. I got the nexus 6 last year and was not able to get the S6 until april.

    • Keep in mind that T-Mobile is know to release new phones to customers earlier than the actual launch date. When T-Mobile was shipping out the new Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge, customers started receiving their orders 2 days before the launch date. So the T-Mobile rep may have been correct. Just don’t be upset if you don’t get your new iPhone 6S delivered by 9/23 as many factors can come into play. Shipping company can be delayed, etc. If you don’t your phone by 9/25, then I would take action and call in. Or track your order, once you get a tracking number.

  • AJ

Finally got my order confirmation order last evening. Order looks good. Hopefully it will ship first batch.

  • Evelyn Rosado

Pre-ordered at 3:30 Saturday morning. Was on hold for about 20 minutes, placed my order and was told to expect my contract by the 17th. I have JoD. Got a confirmation at about 4:30 PM Saturday didn’t check my spam until early Sunday. Thats where I found my EIP paperwork that needed signing. Got my text and email saying everything is good to go. Ordered the Rose Gold 64gb.

    • Michael Cohen

      6s or 6s plus?

  • Jose Campos

So I pre-ordered my phone Saturday morning around 8am my
time. Everything went smooth. Representative told me that I would be receiving
my EIP by emails in 24 hours. Check Sunday and nothing. Check today and nothing
as well. I called TMO and they told me….. Oh your order was never fully
complete you need to place it again. Mind you I got a text Saturday that my
place in line was going to ok, thanks for the order and blah blah blah. Come
short I placed the order this morning again and got the EIP within 2 mins of
hanging up with TMO, signed and confirmed. Iphone 6S Plus, Space Grey 64GB.

    • angeris

yes this happened to me too!

      • Jose Campos

SO frustrating to wake up early so that you dont want long lines at the store, online hangups and still me an idiot waiting for the EIP. Thankfully I am very persistent and called to get answers. I just called again now to reassure myself based on the other comments just made not to long ago. Literally need to be on top of this if not it get way too out of control.

  • Sam Samuel

I pre-ordered with T-Force over the phone on Sunday afternoon, didn’t even bother calling the regular call center guys. I got my EIP instantly, signed the contract and received my order confirmation instantly through email. Then received an order confirmation via text today. iPhone 6S Plus, Gold 64 GB.

  • Enjoy New Device…

Just my opinion (only), I really think these devices are over priced. For example, for my iphone 5 trade…Tmobile offered 50.00 maybe a little more. Anyway, enjoy your new device..

    • Peter Truong From Riverside CA

Smartphones are over priced no question. We can buy a very nice laptop or 2 big screen TV for the price.

    • bryck

Agreed. I switched from a Galaxy Note 4 to a Motorola x pure. The stock Android alone is worth the switching. For what the price is and what the specs are It’s s a no brainer.

    • john bones

This is why I am not trading in my phone. I can get so much more on eBay.

      • Angela

iPhones have excellent resale value, especially the unlocked ones like our T-Mobile ones. I skip the JUMP program, buy from apple and get AppleCare then if I decide to upgrade early I can advertise my phone as still being “under full AppleCare warranty” and I sell for a much higher amount.

        • zp

I dont’ think T-mos are unlocked. I had to have mine unlocked by them.

    • CSR2

t-mobile sells your devices to assurant , that’s who set the estimated trade values, its just like selling your phone to gazelle, you will always get more selling it yourself!

  • Arbi

I received my 3rd contact through email today and it was still iphone 6s istead of iphone 6s Plus, and also received an automated phone call from Tmobile that if I don’t sign the contract, it will be voided lol I called yesterday and the rep told me someone’s gonna call beck to fix the order but they haven’t done it so far. should I cry? lol

    • john bones

You need to speak with a supervisor. The regular customer service reps don’t know squat

      • ZW

I can vouch for this I tweeted at TMOheop and John and had someone on the phone to me in 30 min. Fixing my order.

  • Poppa Doc

I was able to order my gold iPhone 6S+ 128GB with no problem Saturday morning. Signed EIP, got order confirmation & guarantee that I’ll get it on the 25th

    • Myke

I got a confirmation, but don’t see where it is guaranteed deliver on the 25th. this is what delivery says on my order email: DeliverySHIPPING
METHODOvernight Overnight – Up to 2 business days (Free)

      • CSR2

they didn’t get any confirmation that it will be there on the 25th unless it was verbal, the only notification people are receiving are ones that had order issues and the message was that their place in line is secure!

  • Arbi

I called tmobile and finally they fixed my order iPhone 6s Plus 64gb space gray, and received and signed the contract in a minute. the rep told me that I haven’t loose my place and tmobile will ship the phone on 23rd overnight, and I will receive it by 25th.

  • Glenn

I’m not optimistic the upgrades are free for those who locked in the promo lease JUMP price. If anything, I expect only to receive $12 statement credit for 18 month and for the net result to come out a wash.

I personally upgraded from 16GB 6 Plus to 64GB 6S Plus. Originally the monthly payment was $31+tax. Now, my new lease JUMP contracts says $38.41 per month including tax. I personally think the $99.99 price difference is built into the monthly payment. $38.41 per month with tax is $35.56 per month before 8% sales tax. Multiply it by 18 to get $640.17. Add the residual purchase price of $210 and the total is $850.xx, or retail price of the 64GB 6S Plus. Again, I expect $12 statement credit for 18 months. Now, if T-Mobile wants to bring my monthly net payment before tax down to $19 then it would be even better, but I have a feeling that will not be the case.

  • SkyPira

can someone help explain what the difference between Introductory JUMP On Demand and normal JUMP on Demand is? I’m so confused by that chart.

    • Arbi

jump on demand has lower payment and you can switch your phone 3 times per year. jump is $10 which includes insurance, but Jump on demand does not come with insurance and just need to buy it separately if you want to.

  • AJ

    Has anyone been charged yet?

    • Rupesh

The card will be charged on the day the device ships (around the actual launch date). You might see a small hold on your credit card but that’s just for authorization.

    • ZW

Yes my card has a $1 hold fee I assume.

      • AJ

Hmmm mine doesn’t have a charge on it.

  • Genecio

So T-Mobile is offering the iPhone 6s/6s+ at a lower price but only if you get JoD? So those with Original JUMP and JUMP 2.0 get nothing?

    • CSR2

theres nothing to get, you have to trade a smartphone in on the originial jod iphone offer from the 6 and 6 plus 15 an 19 after credit , and they get the set credit, but jod customers dont own their phone, if they don’t pay the purchase option at the end of 18 months they have to turn the phone in and don’t get anything back. dont compare jod to traditional financing it’ll make it a lot easier

  • Jeremy

I wouldn’t hold your breath just because you signed an EIP your order is done. I got a call at 8:04 am told me I need to do a new order. I had like 7 EIP and orders all wrong. I was assured last night everything was correct and etc after talking to a manager for over an hour.

    • Rupesh

Wow.. that’s terrible. I hope that does not happen to my pre-orders. I am going to reach out to them to confirm. Were you specifically interested in EIP or JoD which is a lease?

      • Jeremy

        JoD

        • Rupesh

Hmm… JoD lease and EIP are two different things. You might want to re-check the document you signed.

        • Jeremy

I know Tmobile can’t get this right.

        • Rupesh

They did the same to me so I had to cancel the pre-orders that I put in at 3:30 AM on Saturday. Then they did the pre-orders correct the second time on JoD

      • Jeremy

I even had text for my order and everything too.

  • angeris

I just found out my order was never completed!!!!! I was up at 2am PT and ordered a phone on JOD for $20 a month and 0 down! @tmobilehelp, kept telling me I was good and it was coming. Today I was told by a CR level 1 (?) that my order was never completed because the rep didn’t take my credit card info. I ask him about that during the original order and he said he didn’t need it because it was no money down! She also said I had to trade in my current paid off iphone 5s to get on JOD? Is that how that is suppose to work. 13 year customer and I am very disappointed in the service I have received during this pre order!

  • Jeremy

Tmobile should stop taking orders for the new iphone.. I get home and now I got two e-mails from research dept. I am about to cancel with Tmobile. From customer service to managers have no idea what to do or going on. CEO can’t even keep up with all request for help.

    • john bones

This is nothing! Last year with the 6 and 6 plus was ten times worse!

      • Jeremy

I never had an issue till this year. I had iPhone before the release on Tmobile too. Just read a few of people on this forum. I even dealt with Executive Resolutions to get my issue fixed. T-mobile issue is not having the right system so everyone can order online. this is almost 2016.

  • Tom

Ok, here’s my order horror story. I called in at 12:01 on 9/12 and waited on hold about 15 minutes. An agent came on and took my order for two (2) iPhone 6S Plus with 64 GB in Space Grey. All seemed well. About 4 hours later, I received a Finance Agreement to sign – I had requested JOD at the introductory price. Later in the day, I received a call from T-Mobile stating that they did not have the correct credit card information for the first phone ordered. I immediately called back (1 hour wait) to give them the info. Instead I was told that the order needed to be cancelled and reordered. I spoke with a supervisor who told me that the order needed to be corrected manually, and that he would call me back. He never called back. I called back and was told that the order was now corrected and to expect a financing agreement. Never got it. So I called yesterday. Got an agent who saw the problem. Reordered the phone, except it was for the wrong phone, an iPhone 6 (not S) that I already own. So I call back (another hour wait). This time I get an agent who says we need to cancel the order just made and tells me he is placing the new order. 1.5 hours later, he tells me I’m good. No such luck. No agreement in the main, no order number. So I call back today. I’m told by a supervisor that their tools are inadequate and that he cannot even see orders placed. They see an order has been made (the incorrect one) and they want me to sign an EIP to clear out their system. NO! I resorted to twitter to tell this tale. T-Mobile calls me with some sunny dispositioned person to tell me that they can ship that iPhone 6 (not S) right out. No! I call again and get a manager. She sees the problem and offers to order the new phone. But not at the JOD introductory price, but at $30/month (she tells me the promotional period has expired). She then says that the only way to do this is to order the phones at the wrong price, then she would make an adjustment to the account (probably as good as her word, nothing in writing, and subject to everyone denying it). I have been lied to, deceived, delayed, promised, and failed. I’m about ready to dump this service.

I had a similar experience. Question for you. When you tweeted, was it to John Legere? I had a horror story worse than yours(trust me lol) with the regular 6 plus, the ONLY person/people who helped me were from John Legere’s corporate team(I forgot the name of their department). NO ONE ELSE. Not Tmobile Customer Service, not their Supervisor’s. You need to tweet to Legere and speak to his team.

      • Tom

I contacted both teams, Customer Service, and tweeted to John’s team directly. I finally got the phones ordered, but there is no reason it should take 3 days of calling to get an order right. And I still doubt if it is right. I’m tired of hearing T-Mobile complain that their tools or their servers are obsolete. And the complaint that so many people called in. What did they expect on order day? Especially after the CEO goes out and undercuts Apple’s pricing!

I had to go through the same sh*T … called in at 12.05 AM and ordered a iPhone 6S plus .. guess what i got a call in the morning about my credit card info missing .. gave them my card and all seems ok .. then i get the confirmation email and wow its for a iPhone 6 Plus not the iPhone 6S plus .. called and got transferred and then was told to call back in 48 hours !! .. i dropped the phone and went in to a tmobile store.. the guys at the store were kind enough to cancel my order and pre order the correct 6S plus for me. My EIP email says $43 a month for 18 months .. the guy at the store mentioned that once i turn in my old phone it should be adjusted and with the $12 discount it will come out to $19 a month.

  • AS118

No dual front facing speakers on these it seems, so I guess my next phone’ll be an Xperia Z5, an HTC One, or a Motorola phone.

When I hold my phone with both hands to play a game, one of my hands covers the speakers on the bottom of my LG G2, and I’ve had similar problems with speakers on the back of a phone, so dual front-facing speakers (like on my Lenovo tablet) is my next required feature.

It also makes movies and TV more immersive.

  • JGial

So my experience was kind of odd as well.

I was on the T-Mobile website at 11 pm in Chrome on Sept 11 and kept moving around so it wouldn’t kick me out. The time comes and obviously due to the sheer number of other users logged in I had a crap time. Nothing would load suddenly etc. I would click the jump button but when I did so it would just keep loading. So for the heck of it I open Internet Explorer (which took a moment because I don’t use it) I log in to the site. I get to the jump option and it loads. I could see the 6s & 6s Plus. So I select the one I want and the site just crapped out on me. So then I call and talk to a guy who was really nice etc. He takes my card number, says to expect the email for the finance agreement to sign etc. I go to bed thinking I will sign the agreement when I wake up. So its 4 pm the next day and nothing. So I call and I get some guy who did not have the best English vocabulary, and he tells me. That he is sorry and that he is “worried” because he has no record of my preorder from the previous call. So I get a bit warm you could say, (not mean or rude, lol I actually manage a BPO call center so knowing what the other end is like I hold my tongue). I ask for a manager. He puts me on hold and comes back and says that his manager is not available at this time but that I hold for a few minutes and then he would be available. So I hold and the representative gets back on the line and says that he spoke with his manager and that they saw my order even though he couldn’t. So he gives me the order number. I ask when I will get the email to sign and he sounds like he has no idea what I am even talking about. He puts me back on hold and then says yes I will get an email he will resend it etc. So I hang up. HOURS later I get the email. I sign the doc etc, then get the confirmation doc has been signed and accepted.

I don’t know my fingers are crossed the rest goes smoothly as last year when I ordered the 6 Plus, I had no issues and got mine early.

However according to the T-Mobile site it shows shipping delays for the model I selected (64GB Silver iPhone 6s Plus)

Love TMO but placing my orders were a poor customer experience as others have mentioned.

Saturday 1AM – After being on hold for an hour, a rep takes my call stating she is in the Philippines, which is fine by me. She proceeds to take my JOD order info for my first line. After taking the info for the first line, she gives me a 3 digit confirmation number. I have been with TMO long enough to know that it didn’t sound right. She proceeds to take the info for my second JOD order. Again, she gives me a 3 digit confirmation number. She concludes the call and hasn’t taken my address or any credit card info. When I question that, she says she has everything that is needed.

Saturday 8AM – I check my voicemail and have a message from the TMO rep that took my call stating she had a problem with my order but that I don’t have to worry about it. Since I had not received the EIP agreements, I decided to call in and check on the orders given the contradicting message. I speak with a rep who initially can’t find my order. After searching, I mention I was given the 3 digit confirmation code. She then states that everything is in order and and that I should receive the EIP agreements within 24 hours.

Sunday 2PM – I still haven’t received the EIP agreements and given that 24 hours have passed, I decide to call into customer service. Once again, the rep can’t find my orders but after consulting with her manager, I am told that the order is all set and that nothing else is needed. I ask her about the EIP agreements and am told the I will receive them shortly.

Sunday 8PM – Still no EIP agreements so I again call in and am told my order had to be input into a manual system. I am transferred and the rep in the manual system department looks up my information. I tell him I haven’t received the EIP agreements. He tells me he can resend my receipt. When I question what he means by receipt and that I haven’t received the EIP, he tells me that the EIP is already signed. I ask him how that is possible since I never received them. He says he doesn’t know but that they are signed and he would email me a copy of the receipt.

Monday 2PM – Still no receipt (or EIP) so I decide a different tactic. I decide to go to the retail store near me to see what they can tell me. The store rep tells me there is no record of any orders on my account and recommends that I call into customer service.

Monday 2:30PM – I call 611, and initially told no orders exist but when I mention my 3 digit confirmation number, I am transferred to the department handling the manual orders. The rep in that department looks up my info and tells me that my orders were never processed because they were missing the credit card info. She tells me she can take care of it and says I won’t lose my place in line. She agrees to honor the weekend upgrade memory deal (I order one 64GB 6s and one 128GB 6s Plus with no upfront cost and free overnight shipping). After taking all my info, she will push through the EIPs immediately. She asks to call me back in 5 minutes to confirm everything comes through – awesome customer service! Within minutes, the EIPs arrive, but I notice that the second order is for a 6 Plus and not the 6s Plus. She must have realized her error as immediately, I receive a cancellation of the EIP for the order. She then calls me and apologizes for the mistake and quickly takes my info again for the 6s Plus and tells me it is all set.

Monday 6PM – The EIP for the 6s Plus still hasn’t arrived. I decide to call into customer service. The rep initially tells me that there are no orders on my account. I tell her I have a signed EIP for one phone and that I never received the second EIP. She puts me on hold and then comes back online telling me that she has found my order for the 6s but that there is no order for the 6s Plus. Once again, I have to place the order answering all the same questions again (damage, E911, turning in old phone, etc. – almost have them memorized by now). She, fortunately, also places the order with no money down for the memory upgrade and free overnight shipping. Before I am off the phone with her, the EIP arrives and it correct. Finally, the two orders are placed (hopefully).

To contrast this, I manage about 125 lines with AT&T and 10 lines with Verizon for work. I ordered a 6s on each system on Saturday for a couple of our managers. Each order took about 10 minutes via their online process to complete and were pretty painless.

I don’t think I will endure such an ordering experience in the future. A lot of opportunity all around for TMO.

  • Jeremy

Forget twitter or tweeting the CEO. This will get the job done.

  • GoPats12

So my order for the 6s plus rose gold 16gb just went from “order being processed” to “Partially SAP BackOrder”. I made my preorder on Saturday at 3 am est only waited 5 mins or less on hold before the rep took my order. I was hoping my order was part of the first shipments sent out but its not looking good now.

    • Cdawg

It only says backorder because T-Mobile hasn’t received a physical shipment of the phones yet. Everyone’s order is basically backordered, until they receive inventory. Relax.

    • Michael Cohen

You will be one of the first to receive your phone! You’re at hardest part; the wait! No one knows when they’re going to ship! The only clue is when your card is charged once your card is charged guaranteed your phone is on its way! Some one on here says we’ll receive them on the 23rd but we’ll see! Keep an eye on your card

    • AJ

You’re lucky…mine just says order processing. Looks like you’re getting your phone soon.

    • StaceyMJ86

Mine said Being Processed earlier this morning, then switched to PartiallySAPBackOrder. I just checked again and now it’s saying Being Processed again. I hope I’m in the 1st batch.

  • the good person test

You guys have convinced me to never order an iPhone over the phone through this horrendous order system. I say this as a 9 year Tmobile family user. I will wait and buy in store only when I can get the new phone in my hands and hand them my used iPhone.
Even then here is my complaint. Turning a phone in on JUMP to get another phone results in me seeing the turned in an signed for phone still being on my account for two months! And they bill me two months even though they have the phone and I have the signed receipt! I love the service and I have tremendous respect for the staff. Really. I have had Tmobile reps handle things and fix things over the phone many times without fail. But this off shore iPhone ordering fiasco every year is nuts….

    • Larry Griffin

I’ve been with T-Mobile around the same length of time as you have and I learned my lesson with preorders a long time ago. I went to the store first that Saturday morning and it went through with out a hitch. I had EIP papers in my email waiting for me when I got home. Everything is listed correctly on my account on my T-Mobile as well

      • the good person test

My jump date is Oct 4. Will walk in and order just like you did. Best way for me. But this time I back up my phone and my text messages. They seem to mess the up when they transfer from my trade-in.

    • CSR2

there was no off shore ordering? they had us there from 3 am in the morning to help with pre-orders and thats never been the case before!

  • AJ

Does anyone have the wrong order date, than when they actually pre-ordered the phone, on their order status page?

  • Pres

Just checked my order status and there is something off. I used an Amex to preorder and I see the hold charge of $1 on my card but the order status page says I used a visa. Is this something I should be concerned about?

    • Rupesh

Did you ever use this visa card to make payments to your account in the past? Or did you save this visa card as the mode of payment in the past? This could be the only logical solution considering they goofed up and processed it using the mode of payment instead of the AMEX. I could be wrong though. Just confirm with them.. Reach out to t-Mobile through a DM on Twitter and they respond quick

      • AJ

I dont even see any charges on my card. Should I be worried I don’t seen a hold charge on mine?

        • Rupesh

Can’t really tell – I see three hold transactions of $1 on my credit card through they are supposed to be two so not sure what’s happening here.. This is a mess

    • GoPats12

I used my MasterCard and it shows Visa as well. The last 4 digits are right and no $1 hold yet.

  • Martin Reynoso

Just got off the phone with customer service rep told me that Saturday and sunday orders will be ship on 21 and should see the phone by 22 or 23 but for sure on the 25th and people who sign up on monday are getting theres couple of days later

    • Brenda

      Thanks for the update!

      • Martin Reynoso

Anytime i think its going to happen what they did with samsung get a couple of days before

    • Da Trooff

No one is getting a phone before the 25th

      • Martin Reynoso

Trust me i think everyone going to get it couple of days before comes down to the warehouse

  • AJ

Just curious….who has hold’s on their account and who doesn’t?

    • Arbi

you mean credit card? they usually charge a $1 for verification. I see +$1 and -$1 on my credit card from tmobile and Apple (I reserved one from Apple too).

      • AJ

Ya, that’s what I mean….I don’t have a $1 charge…I dunno if it’s just my card or if I should be worried or not.

        • Arbi

I think you should speak to them. even though they messed up my orders each time, I see those frequent $1 charges on my credit card history on different days. I recommend you to call your credit card as the tmobile rep might not know about this procedure.

        • Brenda

I don’t have a charge either. My other says “Being Processed”. I ordered Saturday almost an hour after preorders started

        • AJ

          Same here.

        • Brenda

Last time they didn’t charge me right away. I think I waited a week or 2 before I got my phone but I had order the 6 Plus which was on high demand with small productivity. I got the 6s this time but in Rose Gold so I’m hoping they’ll ship it out within the first or second batch.

        • Rupesh

Just spoke with Tmo on Twitter and here’s their response: “Definitely! You can expect an update for your orders once Apple processes the shipment. Until then your new phones will be delivered on the 25th for sure. “

        • Brenda

I hope their giving us accurate information and not bs

    • Martin Reynoso

The $1 hold means they have you on file so ones they ship your phone out you will get a text message or email saying your item have been ship and you will she the charge on your card just give it couple of more days and you will see it come up

  • GROWN PEOPLE crying like babies…Oh it’s iPhone time again! Where are the bottles and pacifiers?

  • Joen

I have to jump on demand. I upgraded to the iPhone 6+ S and I was told that I will get no text message. I only received Order summary with order number. Is that normal or do I still have to get text message to be confirmed.

    • Rupesh

Did you get an email with a document for e-sign? You should receive the email soon and you are supposed to be e-signing with in 48 hours failing which the order is cancelled.

      • Joen

I was told I’m not supposed to get any email my plan and confirmation number should be enough because i am on JOD. Should I called back and talk to a different customer representative?

        • Rupesh

Yes – try reaching out to tmo. You could just reach out to Tmobile on Twitter and their force team is very responsive.

  • CS

i just spoke to a rep the best rep so far who explained the jump on demand and its not worth it unless u prefer to make payments, but in the end u DO NOT save money as the phone is financed after 18months and you pay the difference to keep it which comes out to $750 for the 6s 64g. the rep went thru each and every jod, epi and every other program tmobile offers. in the end your not saving money i decided to pay mine out right, I wish all tmobile employees were this honest. for those of you who wana know, i did order my phone on jod on sep 12 at midnight, but had not gotten my jod document, therefore decided to call tmobile and got this info.

    • jeffy

Whats funny is that Jump On Demand! does in the end save you money, the CS rep obviously isnt well aware of the program. I got an IPhone 6s 64GB on JOD, i will make 18 payments of $15, and after the 18th month, I will owe t-mobile 182. 15*18+182=$452 and then i can add another 100 maybe for the $64 GB. So thats $552 or maybe $452 depending on whether or not they charge me the $100 downpayment, the point is out right cost of that iPhone is 749, and i will be saving more regardless, so yeah you got some wrong info buddy but good luck

      • Rupesh

How were you able to get 6S for $15 / month? Were you on the iPhone6 $15/ month promotion? But everything else you mention is correct. JoD does in fact save you money. I am, also, assuming you did not pay anything upfront?

        • jeffy

Yes I am on jump on demand, I tweeted to john legend (CEO) of the company, and then I was contacted by the office of the president, and they work directly under John legere, and they promised me that my price WILL STAY $15 since I already had an iPhone 6. And no I haven’t paid anything upfront either.

      • cs

Actually what people dont know is the phone is financed i was thinking the same thing as u for the price, you were your right $15 x18=$270plus $99 down plus $182 pay out but dont forget the finance charge or ( the residual purchase price) of $134 plus tax $66=746 this where alot people dont understand there is a finance/residual purchase price charge
dont be shocked after 18 months when u end up paying more. i also confirmed this with 3 different reps. Im just trying to help everyone out

  • Jose Campos

I still don’t see anything on my TMO account page. I signed the EIP and called to verify my order is fine. Is anyone expericing this?

    • Rupesh

My two pre-orders are still in processing – they had been like this since Saturday when I placed the pre-orders. It says with in 48 hours we should more info on this order but obviously it’s more than 48 hours. I did check with t-mo many times through twitter and they confirmed that they can see my two pre-orders and I will get them on 9/25. The orders will be updated once Apple ships the devices (Not sure why they said Apple since I thought T-mo will ship)..

      • Jose Campos

I called last night to verify, cause you need to be persistent with things like this, especially with so many flaws going around and hearing other customers horror stories. I spoke to nice gentlemen last night and he had an internal email that phones will start shipping 9/17/15. Now I can’t for sure go by this but this is the second time I hear this from a TMO Rep.

        • Rupesh

Very cool – let’s hope this is true but it sounds too good to be true. In either case, I expected the phones to be delivered around 23 based on last year’s experience.

        • Jose Campos

Yes indeed! This is will be my second iphone since leaving the Iphone 4 yearsback. I have always had android with numerous devices. Thinking of giving it another chance :)

    • AJ

Mine comes and goes. One time it will appear on the page, and one time it won’t. But if you put your order number in the order status page, it will come up.

      • Jose Campos

Mine does not come up at all. I got a text this morning to check my account for updates and I get the same message ” check within 48hrs….” however if I go to…. https://manage.my.t-mobile.com/OrderStatus.aspx I enter my order and zip I get the status with the wrong phone even though my EIP is correct and the TMO rep states the same as the EIP.

        • AJ

I really don’t know, if the rep has all the correct info, then I wouldn’t worry. It just might not be updated in the system yet.

  • Mike

I don’t see my orders in myTmo website but when I call the automated system it says my orders are processing. Hopefully by tomorrow we see a change.

    • Larry Griffin

i had a hard time finding it on myTmo today too but i did find it eventually. At the top of the page hit shop. When that page loads scroll down and to the bottom right of the page click order status and its right there.

    • Anthony

Whats the number for the automated system?

      • Mike

Dial 611 and say order status. The automated system will look for any orders.

  • Rupesh

I checked the t-mobile order status page using the pre-order number and the shipping zipcode and I see that the order is confirmed and T-mobile will be sending the shipping estimate soon. This is the same for my second pre-order as well.

    • AJ

      ya same here.

  • Larry Griffin

My order status changed from “Being Processed” to “PartiallySAPBackordered” what does that mean

    • Brenda

Yeah mine is like that too. I hope this means theyll ship soon.

      • Michael Cohen

Remember this is the part that sucks, keep an eye on your card!

    • Jose Campos

At the very least you have something, I dont have nothing yet on my account page.

      • Larry Griffin

When you log into myTmo click Shop and go to order status at the bottom of the page … Sometimes orders hide there

        • Jose Campos

the link is to the bottom right, I click it and always get the same message.
wait 48hrs blah blah, but yet it has been over 48 hours.

        • Pres

I sometimes see my order and other times I see the 48 hr message when checking order status. But I hit refresh s couple times and the order always pops back up

    • Brenda

Mine went back to being processed

So, just got off the tmobile chat…if I were you guys, I would take everything they say with a grain of salt. Apparently according to her, mine already shipped and is going to be delivered on the 18th.

    • Brenda

Lol if only it were true

    • Anthony

If urs shipped did you get a tracking number? If not then it didnt ship yet

    • Jose Campos

Let just hope its the truth and they didn’t brush you off like they most of the time.

      • AJ

No, I highly doubt it, and I doubt I’ll be seeing my phone for another month.

        • Rupesh

Wow.. you are lucky if that’s true. Let me know if that happens. My pre-order is being sent to another address where I am not going to be till the 22nd..

        • AJ

Haha, I’ll let you know, but again, I highly doubt it.

  • AJ

so my status just changed to “PartiallySAPBackOrder”

  • Brenda

My order went from “Being Processed” to “PartiallySAPBackOrder” then back again to “Being Processed”. Ugh, anyone else had the same thing happen?

    • Brenda

Now it’s at “PartiallySAPBackOrder”. T-Mobile needs to fix this. It gets their customers confused.

      • AJ

Ya mine is doing that too. It’s currently at “being processed ” right now.

      • Jose Campos

You have no clue how confused I am. I think even the employees are messed up as well.

  • Arbi

This is weird that no official or unofficial news is coming out regarding this issue. Has anyone heard anything anywhere besides this forum regarding this pre-ordeing subject?

  • Adam

I was thinking the band 30 iPhone version will have a better resale value. If I walk into an Apple store with a wod of Benjamin
Franklins, can I buy the band 30 version? Or is the T-Mobile version the only one that Apple will allow some to buy without proving they have cell phone service.

  • Martin Reynoso

Just got info about the pre-order about the iphones over the weekend we should know when we will be getting them threw email or text ones you get that information by tomorrow but dont know what time if you get your tracking number ones your iphone gets ship out to you sounds like everyone going to get it before or on the 2th want update message on iphone….let me know and i will call to ask and see what will say for you

  • Angel

I checked my order status and it says…
Item: Apple iPhone 6s Plus – Space Gray 128GB
Status: Waiting for delivery confirmation from Apple on this device. We expect to have a shipping estimate for your order by 9/20

    • AJ

      same here…just checked it now.

      • Rupesh

Same here.. Mine is 2 iPhone 6S 64GB Rose gold

  • Dom214

Checked status: Expected to ship on 9/24. 6S, 64gb, gold. A friend with At&t says her phone’s preparing for shipment.

  • ricky ferrer

I manage a Tmobile store anybody want me to check their order on the back end I’ll be happy to help pls
remember to sign eip emails very very important

    • Diva Yasmin

Hi Ricky, what does partially sap back order mean? That is what my status is saying? Thanks

      • ricky ferrer

It means out of stock you will get second shipment as far as when that is I don’t know I pre-ordered mine 1 day after pre-orders opened and mines says the same 16gb plus rose gold I was told shipping begins as of yesterday

  • Brenda

I just tried to check my order status but T-Mobile’s website seems to be down or having issues because no matter how many times I try to refresh it gives me this message: “If you have placed a recent order, it’s making its way through our systems now. Please come back and check again later.”

    • jakob

      Same here :(

    • Rupesh

I have the same update too but I spoke with the CS reps.. I suggest you call 611 and ask for a representative.

      • Brenda

        What did the CSR say?

        • Rupesh

CSR mentioned that my pre-orders are intact. I should be receiving a sms / email from UPS on 23 (probably) or 24 with Shipping information and a delivery very likely to happen by the 25th if not on 24th.

        • Brenda

Ah OK. I’ll call today to see what happened because I still can’t see my order number. Thanks and I hope you get your phone soon.

  • Jose Campos

So I finally got some light, however it is just as everyone else.

“Waiting for delivery confirmation from Apple on this device. We expect to have a shipping estimate for your order by 9/20”

Lets see what this really means, LOL!

    • Rupesh

Yeah – this is what it says for me too. Not sure what that means.

      • Jose Campos

I have never been so impatient for a device. I guess hearing all the hype and actually switching to another OS makes it interesting.

        • Rupesh

Hehehe.. Is this the first time you are going to be on iPhone? BTW, I just spoke with T-mobile CS Reps. He mentioned that my pre-orders are intact. I should be receiving a sms / email from UPS on 23 (probably) or 24 with Shipping information and a delivery very likely to happen by the 25th if not on 24th. So that’s that..

        • Jose Campos

Honestly no, this is not my first iphone, it will be actually my second one. I was with TMO before I switched to ATT. When I did I got the Iphone 4, which was when the 4S came out. So I got he 4 for free. I did not like it at first because of the small screen. After time passed it enjoyed it and sold it and cancelled my agreement with ATT cause of the high cost and went back to TMO. Now with the 6 out, it is larger and faster to replacing my NOTE 4 will be much easier in comparison with size. As well I dont use nearly half of the software bloated with the note line. I just want a simple phone so the IPhone was a premier device to get.

    • Mike

Where did you guys see that ?
I tried to check my order on myTMO but it keeps saying 48 hours.

      • Jose Campos

I still dont see anything on my TMO account, however when entering my order number and zip I get a response.

        https://explore.t-mobile.com/order-status

        • Mike

          Thank you

        • Brenda

Thanks so much. I’ve been having issues all day. T-Mobile is probably having issues. I got the same message too. I hope it’s accurate.

  • Thatguy

    People just need to R-E-L-A-X
Just relax, the phone will ship when it ready to ship. And Yes I didnt pre-order a Iphone.
    I use andriod…

    • Anthony

People just want to make sure their orders are ok
Nice I use both android and iPhone

    • Major_Tom

A buddy of mine preordered the 6+ last year and pay everything on the spot and didn’t get it till December. People have reasons to worry.

  • David J Delgado

My order says it will ship by 9/23/2015. So now it’s just a matter of counting down the days, and hunting down the UPS guy next Friday…

    • Arbi

      6s or 6s plus?

      • David J Delgado

        6s, 64GB.

    • Anthony

      Tmobile?

      • Anthony

        You ordered from tmobile

        • David J Delgado

Yea, over the phone on Tuesday afternoon.

        • Rupesh

Wow.. Over the phone on Tuesday afternoon and you already have the shipment date. I placed the pre-orders saturday AM and still no shipping date.

        • David J Delgado

Did you sign the EIP Agreement? I did it as soon as I received it (which was no more than 5 minutes after I got off the phone) and promptly e-signed it and that completed my order.

        • Rupesh

Yes – I did sign the agreement. And mine was JoD (Not EIP).

        • David J Delgado

JOD is still considered an EIP agreement since it’s still an installment plan and you’re still paying towards the cost of the phone. Source: I worked for T-Mobile (and I also did JOD on my preorder) ;) Good luck with your preorder!

        • Rupesh

          Cool.. thanks for the clarification.

        • Anthony

Tuesday? That late how did you get a shipping date already
          Did you order plus?

        • David J Delgado

Nope, regular 6s, 64GB. Shipping date was available within 24-hours of ordering the device. I ordered it Tuesday afternoon, within ~10 mins of that signed my EIP agreement and next day I checked the status and it was there. Also contacted T-Mobile on Twitter to verify delivery on 9/25 and they said yes.

  • Joe

My order now says Partially SAP Backordered

    Jump (original) upgrade

Glad I waited up and ordered at 3:05AM via phone

  • Rupesh

My two pre-orders are both expected to ship by 9/24 – Phew. This was a roller coaster ride :D

    • Jose Campos

same here, hopefully it is sooner! Fingers crossed :)

    • AJ

      same!

  • Brenda

Just got an email from T-Mobile confirming that my iPhone will ship by 9/24. I had already seen it on the order status website, but it’s nice to reaffirm it.

  • mrpickem

My 64GB Grey 6S to ship on 9/24…just got email update

  • Jeremy

Status: Expected to ship by 9/24/2015 Apple iPhone 6s Plus

  • john bones

Anyone order the Rose Gold PLUS and get a delivery update? Mines still at the default 9/20

    • Jose Campos

I had that message yesterday. Today it updated to ship on 9/24. Just keep a lookout my friend.

  • Tony Bueno

I ordered iPhone 6s Plus 128GB Rose Gold at 3:00 EST on 12th didn’t get an email called the 13th they re did the order and now I am getting “Waiting for delivery confirmation on this device. We expect to have a shipping estimate for your order by 9/20”. Is anyone else in the same boat?

    • Major_Tom

Yup. A lot of people have gotten that message so far. try this https://explore.t-mobile.com/order-status

If you ordered over the phone make sure you signed the eip/jod documents.

    • StaceyMJ86

I called at 2:59am EST and preordered as well. I received the same messages as you when I checked this morning. I also see PartiallySAPBackOrder whatever that means.

    • Major_Tom

you can try checking status here

      https://explore.t-mobile.com/order-status

  • Jose Campos

    Has anyone been charged yet?

    • AJ

nope, not yet….they say you don’t get charged until it ships.

      • Jose Campos

well it can be an indication of early shipment, you never know if they repeat from last year. Would be nice.

        • AJ

          wait you got charged already?

    • Major_Tom

Some people have reported $1 holds on their cards.

    • David J Delgado

      Nope, just a $1 hold.

    • Brenda

Nope not even the $1 hold. I don’t know why some have that charge and I don’t. My status says expected ship date 9/24

      • AJ

Ya, same here. I never got that $1 hold, but I do have the same expected ship date.

      • CSR2

different banks handle authorization holds in different ways, that’s why we always advise the hold may be placed, but usually with major banks you don’t see it, you’ll know its coming when the downpayment is charged

  • StaceyMJ86

This is what I received from a rep regrading the PartiallySAPBackOrder:

Thanks for doing that! When the order status says “PartiallySAPBackorder” it’s just a long way of saying pre-order. Because the devices have not “officially” released yet all of them will show in our system that way. I have checked the status of your order (Apple iPhone 6s Plus – Rose Gold – 64GB), as of right now we are waiting for delivery confirmation on this device. We expect to have a shipping estimate for your order by 9/20. You can check your status here: http://t-mo.co/1yWxPpM I hope this helps!

  • Lorenzo Emerson

I got an email saying they expect to ship my order by 9/24. Looking good so far. No charge to my card btw

  • Pat

I ordered mine on Tuesday 15th a space gray 6s plus 16gigs thru old school jump in store and got e mail and text message saying we will ship out your order by 9/24/15 looked in my T-Mobile account and says order processing. I go to t mobile explorer link. Type my order number and zip and get same as the text message and e mail. Should expect shipping by 9/24 not been charged yet though but from past experiences with the iPhone 6 Plus. They didn’t charge until a day before it shipped. But I’m not too excited about it being true. Like I said been there before. I’m happy with my 6 plus right now so no rush. Good luck.

    • Darlene Ruiz

I got the 16 gig too. I transfer all my pics to Google and one drive. Most of my music I use pandora

  • james

Just got charged the full amount for the Jump upgrade. One minute order says being processed and the next Backordered.

    • Jerick james

Same here. Got charged $108 for my 64gb 6s but I still have no email saying when it’s gonna get shipped and it still says my order is being processed on their website.

    • StaceyMJ86

I have a pending charge of $0 on my credit card but keep getting the Being Processed and the PartiallySAPBackOrder. I googled check t-Mobile order status and got a message saying order will be shipped 9/24.

    • James

It was for a silver 64GB 6s plus

  • Lorenzo Emerson

Just got charged too. 99.99 + tax

  • AJ

Anyone still have the expected shipping date of 9/24?

  • Joshua

Just got charged. $199+tax for the iPhone 6s 128gb rose gold

  • Neal

Item: Apple iPhone 6s Plus – Rose Gold – 64GB
Status: Expected to ship by early November :(

Item: Apple iPhone 6s Plus – Space Gray – 64GB
Status: Expected to ship by 9/24/2015 (Already charged CC)

Ordered from T-Mobile on the phone. 9/12 12am PST

  • Gabe

    I pre-ordered 2 Apple iPhone 6s Plus – Rose Gold – 64GB
and the status just updated to Expected to ship by 9/24/2015 yay, hopefully it does not change.

  • Brenda

Still got no charge on my credit card. My order still says expected to ship 9/24

    • AJ

ya same here…. i think it will go through fine.

  • khuram

Iphone 6s 64gb silver – I got a conformation email yesterday that my order is scheduled to be shipped by the 24th then today I got a text with a tracking number and hold on my credit card seems like it should be coming before :D !

    • Khuram

Got a email just now saying your order is on it way !

      • khuram

        It’s *

    • Jose Campos

WOW, that is awesome. Hopefully some of us waiting get that message.

      • khuram

Pretty excited I got a notification from Ups my choice that it’s being delivered Monday 5 days before launch !!!!

        • Darlene Ruiz

          Lucky

    • David J Delgado

I haven’t been charged yet, but the hold is still there and I received a text message yesterday letting me know my order would ship by 9/23. So I expect them to charge me between now and Monday.

  • Gary

I pre-ordered the iPhone 6s Plus at midnight day of launch. I got an email at noon that same day and they ordered the wrong phone for me. I called that same day and they told me that I could not cancel my order until my Jump upgrade expired within 48 hrs. I called Monday of that week and I ordered the right phone, however, my order is now on backorder. T-Mobile’s customer service is terrible. Really disappointed because I thought I was doing good with this company.

    • Gary

Just checked my order status and it says that my iPhone 6s Plus Space Gray 64GB I ordered on 9/14 will ship on 9/24? Is this realistic?? Since I had to re-order my iPhone 6s Plus?? I need some advise.

      • Pat

I ordered same day. And not a re do but have same info. Best way to tell is if the 24th comes around and you don’t get charged then your back ordered. Just saying since I’ve been in this position back then with the 6 plus. But hey! We might just get lucky. As long as your getting messages and e mails it’s all good. I’ve been getting some almost every day.

        • Gary

Let’s hope that we get it by launch day or some days after.

        • Pat

I think we will getting any type of answer at all is a good thing.

  • AJ

    Now mine says “PartiallySAPBackOrder”

    • Brenda

Yeah mine goes back and forth with partiallysapbackorder to being processed

      • AJ

Yep there it goes….back to being processed lol

        • nicole

mine also says PartiallySAPBackOrder but I was just charged today, and a Tmobile Rep told me that my 128 rose gold 6s+ would be shipped the 24th and I would have it the 25th

    • Darlene Ruiz

      Mine says the same thing

  • Clay

I got charged the full amount for 64gb silver 6s plus. I have not received any emails from T-Mobile since I ordered the phone last Saturday. My order keeps going between back order and being processed.

  • Jonathan Moreno

Iphone 6s Gold just shipped, got tracking number from T-Mobile. Got charged last night. Ordered at 3:03 am on first pre-order day. Now just have the 6s Plus 64gb left!

  • Michael Cohen

Seems like the Rose Gold isn’t shipping yet!

    • Brenda

Yeah, sucks because I got the Rose Gold iPhone 6s at 3am ET and I still have no charge on my card

      • Michael Cohen

Same here but ordered the 6s+! I’m still hopeful because I know I was one of the first to order the Rose Gold.

        • Presley

How’d any of you get tracking #s? I see the charge on my card but checking status still shows processing. I’m not worried just would like to know where to look. Thanks

  • Tommy

What’s the difference between intro n regular JOD? Price difference is $7

    • Major_Tom

there’s a promotion going on where you keep the intro jod price for the whole leasing time.

  • Myphone007

Anyone just find out your cc charged and tracking number provided???

  • Lorenzo Emerson

Got a tracking and it’s on it’s way! Maybe we get these beasts on Tuesday!(j/k wanted to act noobish)

  • Chester

    I got both today

  • Pete

I got both the tracking number and charged today. Tracking # not showing up in UPS database yet

  • Darlene Ruiz

I ordered mine yesterday. I can’t believe I traded my 6 plus to Galaxy Edge 6. Stupid me. I am anxious to be an iphone member again. Hope to get it by the 25th

    • Brenda

On the same boat. I got the Samsung S6 and gave up my 6+. Never making that mistake again. Now I’m patiently (not really) waiting for my 6s in rose gold.

  • Neal

My iPhone 6s Plus 64GB – Rose Gold still hasn’t shipped. Showing early Nov. Space Grey 6s Plus 64GB has shipped. Anyone else shipped 6s Plus 64GB Rose Gold or showing 9/24?

    • Brenda

Yeah I saw that if you order today it won’t get here until early November. I hope that’s only for people who ordered today because it wouldn’t be fair to the rest that ordered on the same day preorders started.

      • Neal

I pre-ordered it on the 12th so hopefully it is just a glitch and will still ship by 24th. Brenda did you preorder a 6s+ Rose Gold as well?

        • Brenda

I preordered the regular 6s in rose gold

        • Michael Cohen

I’m in the same boat as you! I ordered the 6s+ Rose Gold 64gb on the same day as you. I’m still believing it’s coming earlier than Nov or like my status says in Oct!

I’m sure T-Mobile had a couple hundreds of thousands of the Rose Gold just for pre-orders and I know I ordered mine 5 mins after orders started on the 12th also I signed my EIP as soon as I received it! So, I’m hoping and praying that that’s just a generic email that’s going out to all 6s+ Rose Gold purchasers!

I believe I read somewhere that Apple was going to be well prepared this time around and don’t quote me but I think they state they’d be ready with 20 million pre-orders this time around! But, we’ll see

        • StaceyMJ86

I preordered the 64gb 6s+ Rose Gold at 2:59am EST on 9/12. T-Mobile.com say shipping on 9/24 and I have a pending charge of $0. I haven’t received any texts or emails since preorder day. I don’t know why I’m not getting them?

        • StaceyMJ86

          I preordered a 64gb 6s+ Rose Gold and have a shipping date of 9/24 but a $0 pending charge. I preordered at 2:59am EST on 9/12.

    • john bones

I preordered the same phone Neal, 9/12 around 9:00am EST. My estimated delivery is between 10/2-10/16

  • Brenda

Just got charged! I got the iPhone 6s in Rose Gold. Still no confirmation on shipment, but I’m happy it’s getting somewhere. I’m sure the rest will start getting charged soon too and will get your phones before the 25th. So happy!

    • Michael Cohen

You’ll receive it Tues the latest!

      • Brenda

OMG I hope you’re right! I don’t like my current phone lol.

        • Michael Cohen

You said they charged your card already? Which phone do you currently own?

        • Brenda

Yes, they charged my card. I have the Samsung S6 now. I regret jumping from my 6+ to the S6.

        • Michael Cohen

I take that back you’ll receive your phone at time of launch on Fri

        • Brenda

Darn, not surprised seeing I don’t see any updates, but as long as I get it this week I’m OK with that. Thanks!

    • Michael Cohen

I take that back you’ll receive it on Fri, FedEx and UPS we’re given instructions not to deliver phones until launch day!

  • AJ

Looks like they’re shipping the gold and rose gold 6s fast.

  • Dom214

Got charged though still processing and no tracking number yet. 6S 64gb Gold.

    • Gseltj

I got a tracking number but did not get charged yet. I pre-ordered on Saturday morning but it never went thru so I called back on Sunday afternoon and that’s when I got my email with documents to sign

  • Anthony Feliz

anyone that placed an order on saturday that had to get it replaced by a specialist got charged yet

    • Brenda

I got charged and I ordered over the phone

      • Anthony Feliz

i ordered on saturday around 4am est never went thru i called sunday in the morning and that one didnt go thru spoke with a rep on monday and she finally placed the order and told me i wasnt gonna lose my place in line and promised my phone wuld be here yesterday. still nothingas of now.
        iPhone 6s plus space grey

        • Brenda

Yeah, order over the phone were a mess. I had actually ordered the 6 Plus and it wasn’t until later that realized it was the regular 6s. I’m OK with that because I actually want a smaller phone now, but it’s still inexcusable. Next time I’m ordering online or in store or buy straight from Apple. I don’t know why T-Mobile customer service has so structure or reliability. They need to fix their system. I hope you get your phone soon!

    • AJ

      Not yet

    • Gseltj

I placed an order on Saturday but had to do it again on Sunday since the original order was never put in. I have not gotten charged yet. I ordered four 6s( 2 space grey a gold and a rose gold) I got tracking info for 3 but not for the rose gold.

  • Jon Walker

Track by reference on ups. Got my shipping number from it.

    • Brenda

With your phone number right? With or without dashes?

      • David

Got charged today as well. Trying to track it. Any help?

        • Brenda

I don’t see anything. And I also get updates from UPS if there’s anything shipping to my house.

        • presley

should i call and bug tmobile? ive been charged and i have no tracking number. they did say i would not be charged till it ships..hmmmmm

        • Brenda

I would. I still can’t track my phone even by using my phone number as the reference.

  • Yahoo!

I just got charged!! It’s happening!!
    6s plus space gray!

    • Darlene Ruiz

When did you place the order?

  • Dom214

Update! Tracked by reference on UPS via phone number (area code + number no spaces/dashes) and delivery is estimated on Tuesday 9/22!

  • AJ

Anyone still didn’t get charged yet?

  • Lorenzo Emerson

Thanks to ups my choice. Mine is coming tomorrow!!

  • mrpickem

My grey 64GB 6s to be delivered tomorrow. Ordered mid morning Saturday JoD

  • Brenda

My phone says shipped on my tmobile. I don’t see anything but it usually takes a couple of hours for me to see an update on UPS. I hope to get it by Tuesday, Wednesday the latest. Agh so happy!!

    • AJ

nice, did you use JOD or normal JUMP?

      • Brenda

I used normal JUMP. I hope you get your phone soon!

  • David

Received tracking numbers for both phones ordered on the night of 9/12.

iPhone 6s Plus Space Grey 64GB

    iPhone 6s Rose Gold 64GB

  • Michael Cohen

I still don’t see any 6s+ 64gb Rose Gold being shipped at this time, WOW!

  • Jack

Mine is being delivered tomorrow. No jump or jump on demand ordered online

    • Eyesmell Bullshit

      Bullshit

  • Jackie

I ordered my on 9/12 but it just says “Being Processed” no charge on anything. How am supposed to know when it is expected to ship?

    • AJ

Go to https://explore.t-mobile.com/order-status and you can see when it’s expected to ship. I am in the same boat as you, no charge and it’s still being processed, but it’s expected to ship on 9/24.

    • AJ

go to explore.t-mobile.com/order-status and put your order info.

  • Jose Campos

I’m so jealous at the moment. Mine still says expected to ship on the 24th.

    • msohail

Same here.. says expected to ship by 24th.

    • AJ

same here, no charge or anything either

  • Gseltj

I just got an email with “updated JOD modification agreement” that states the monthly charge will be $33.54 instead of the $27.08 that I signed up for. Did anybody else get this? I originally did JOD where I traded in a smartphone and locked in the $15 price so my bill was $27.08 with a $12 monthly credit bringing the amount to $15. This is confusing :(

    • noparkang

Did you get a 64gb version. They spread out the 100 dollar downpayment over 18 months plus tax. They will give you a bigger credit each month so your payment will stay at 15 dollars. This was a hidden deal for those who preordered in the first 48 hours

  • Yahoo!

Just got my shipping text message. So happy. Regular EIP upgrade. iPhone 6s Plus 16GB

  • disqus_ejN0oVmwnc

iPhone 6S Plus, Silver 64 GB was shipped yesterday. Got my UPS tracking number. Regular JUMP 1.0 upgrade. So happy.

  • Pat

If you got ship by 9/24 then expect shipping info by 24th. Sucks but it’s better than those who have the November e mail. So we should be getting our phone by release day or day after.

    6s plus 16gig space gray.
Ordered on 9/14 with jump 1.0 @ store.

    • Pat

Also. Spoke with 2 reps and my buddy that works at a store. They said the best way to know how soon you’ll get your phone is to check your form of payment once that gets charged for the amount you signed for expect shipping info within 24hours things will start moving. So that’s what I’ll be doing checking my bank card for full charges. Not partial or the 1$ hold. Hope it helps. IPHONE!!!! 6s plus!!

    • state

If people are seeing ship by 9/24 they still will get there phone on 9/25, Because of overnight shipping.

      • Pat

True. I see what your saying.

  • Chereese

I order my Rose Gold 6S on Sept. 12 at around 11 am eastern time inside of a retail store. I did start my order on the phone with a customer service rep. at 12 am e.t. and was informed I could finish it later that day. I recently found out my phone has been shipped by checking my order status through my t mobile. Initially I was getting a SAPBACKORDERED status and when I talk to a rep was told my phone would be shipped out with the second wave. Just so you know if you are in the second wave you will be receiving your phone 2-3 weeks after the day you ordered it not the launch date. Hope this helps someone!

  • Haha

Ok hopefully i dont regret this decision but i never had in iphone before and i really like android im not a fanboy of any company i just go for what i really like at the moment, so i wanna try something new and ordered the 6s+ silver 64gb i ordered at the store on 9/12 my credit card just got charge a few minutes ago but still says being processed and no shipping info yet

  • Rupesh

I am expected to receive my pre-orders tomorrow – this is what UPS gives when I track. Lets see if it’s true!

    • Major_Tom

      keep us updated.

      • Rupesh

No deliveries yet – UPS tracking says it will be delivered today but the tracking hasn’t been updated yet. I think it will most likely be the launch date.

  • Jenny

order says expected to ship 9/24 but mytmobile now says partiallySAPbackordered anyone have any idea what this means?

    • Haha

pretty much means that is on back order, but its gonna keep changing between being processed to partiallySAPbackordered and vice-versa

    • Jose Campos

I have the same, however I have never see an update on my account. I physically always need to call in or chat with someone.

  • Brenda

My UPS status just changed and it says that it will arrive Tuesday. Not sure about that because it looks like Apple is making UPS, Fedex, etc., wait until the launch day. Ugh I wish on a 1% chance that it isn’t true and that it does come on Tuesday. I think last year people were receiving it before.

  • Pat

Like I said earlier check for your card to be charged. And mine just did!!! So I have a 6s plus space gray 16gig to my name!!! Funny thing is I pre ordered on the 14th and thought I would be getting it later since estimated shipping was for 2-3 weeks. But now I know I’ll be getting it on release day. ! So don’t check my T-Mobile it keeps switching from back order witch really just means the phone has not debuted yet. And some times it says processing. If you got a text or e mail saying we expect to ship your device by 9/24 then no worries your getting your phone by realease day. My friend got shipping by 10/9 but he didn’t have jump. So jump customers seem to be first runners. Well good luck and I’ll post when shipping info comes in!!

    • talha shakeel

i had a iphone 6 plus 16gig but i upgraded to 6s plus 64 gig no point of 16 gig really there is only like 11 gigs free

  • mrpickem

Mine was charged…zero! :) I never asked for the free memory upgrade and didn’t call back after I found out about it but apparently T-Mobile gave it to me anyways. I had 16GB 6 & went to a 64GB 6s on JoD. Was told I would be charged $99 when it shipped, but the order said zero charge and UPS has already confirmed delivery for today.

  • Jose Campos

This is what I have as of now.

    Order status

    as of 9/19/2015

Item: Apple iPhone 6s Plus – Space Gray – 64GB
Status: Expected to ship by 9/24/2015

  • Major_Tom

I have yet to be charged but my order has already shipped.
    Anybody else?

  • Jose Campos

So check this out. While, it still says the same online. Order status,as of 9/19/2015, Item: Apple iPhone 6s Plus – Space Gray – 64GB Status: Expected to ship by 9/24/2015.

I go ahead and check UPS using the reference number to check if by any chance if I can see the light.

There is a shipping label created for the phone, so if all goes good and this one does slip through the cracks, I can possibly see the phone tomorrow if all good. If not soon enough.

    • state

Hello which number did you use to check the order on UPS

    • Major_Tom

Last I heard the carriers have the devices but are on hold till the 24th for 9/25 delivery.

      • Jose Campos

I heard this as well. However was not from the carriers, more from the parcel delivery such as UPS and FEDEX. I know that it can happen however you think that such will happen. It will destroy their shipping for that single day. I hardly doubt it would happen. If it does then it would like holiday season having the drivers deliver later than proposes set hours.

        • Major_Tom

I think they may purposely ship some out early to even out the workload a bit. idk having to deliver iphones doesn’t seem that fun.

        • thepanttherlady

It could be fun. Just imagine the number of people actually excited to see you! LOL

        • Major_Tom

lol true but it seems like a lot of priority shipping for the drivers
the last person to receive it in the day might not be so happy lol

  • Pat

About or close to 24 hours later. After my card was charged. T-Mobile sends me an e mail. Your device is on its way. And tracking info! Legitness ordered 9/15 (correction from last post of 9/14) 6s plus 16 gig space gray.

  • David J Delgado

I was charged last night, and searching UPS by reference number (my phone number) it shows as having a tracking number and ready to ship. So, it’s looking good!

  • Cicikam

Just find out I’m charged today, but no sign of shipping info yet, still saying expected to ship by 9/24. I made the order of rose gold iPhone 6s plus 128gb. I have a feeling that it will get delayed due to the pope visit.

  • Jasmine Patel

oh man I am so glad to see a charge from mobile on my account. No tracking yet but still I am happy

  • Jose Campos

    Has anyone received their phone?

    • David J Delgado

Nah, nobody will until at least Thursday.

      • Jose Campos

Most likely, I brought it up from the members that had tracking numbers yesterday.

  • Moe

The phones are still not picked up by UPS, therefore no delivery until the 25th.

    • Jose Campos

Yea same here. I guess they were really strict about it this year. Kinda Suck!

  • Bruce

From a TMobile Rep, if you have a tracking #/card charged, you will get the phone on the 25th. If you got overnight shipping, the phone will ship on the 24th (receive on the 25th). If you got 2 day shipping, your phone will ship on the 23rd (receive on the 25th).

    • Glori

I still haven’t gotten charged or have a tracking number but my order status says Expected to ship by 09/24/2015

      • Jose Campos

Check UPS and in the reference box use your phone number. I know I did and I got a tacking number before I was charged.

  • danielle

Got a call today phone wont come till November highly upset ordered on 9/15

    • Jose Campos

Sorry to hear. Hopefully it will get there in no time. Good Luck!

  • Jose Campos

If you follow the other blog post (page 1) where it is at. This was posted yesterday from a guy that works at TMO in Washington that goes by name name CHADWICK on TMONEWS

“T-Mo Washington employee here. There is unfortunately no chance that any of T-Mo’s customers will actually get their phones before Friday. Every box (as you’ll see Friday) has big, explicit directions to not deliver/ release until Friday. T-Mo retail stores are not receiving their demos and inventory until Thursday. Those boxes are marked for that date. The SAP system actually shows that the demo phones and store inventory have already arrived to the local UPS hubs but are not allowed to be picked up/ delivered until Thursday to the individual store locations. John Legere was actually not allowed to receive his own iPhone 6S+ any earlier than Thursday. T-Mo screwed up royally with the iPhone 6 and Galaxy S6 releases and were warned by Apple to not let it happen again. They actually offered to withdraw our pre-order eligibility. Long story short, all of you will get your phones Friday or later.”

  • Gabe

Got charged today! two iPhone 6s Plus Rose Gold 64GB.

  • Pat

Tomorrow is the day we all who have shipping numbers. Check our ups and see the mass movement of the phones prepping for delivery on Friday. It’s like Christmas in September!

  • Pat

And here we go just checked UPS and its in transit expected delivery Friday 25th by 3pm woooo

  • Jose Campos

Just checked UPS and was just got updated to “IN TRANSIT” WOOOOHOOOO!

Transitioning from Android to Apple. Lets see how this goes.

  • Bobby Keith

Mine still says label created. It’s said that since the 19th

  • DW

Here we go AGAIN with T-mobile preorder! Ordered the rose gold – 128 – 6s+ at midnight on the 12th with jump. Had a status that it would ship by today (9/24) and now today it says my order isn’t complete and to contact customer service. I call them and they said I can expect it to ship in 2-4 weeks but maybe sooner because it just depends on when I placed my order. Considering I placed it within the hour of the pre sale starting seems to me it should be on its way now. No shipping info, charge is still pending, not happy.

  • Alex

YEEEEEHAAAA JUST RECIEVED CONFIRMATION IPHONE6s plus will be delivered tommorrow at 3:00pm. But my wifes rose gold plus says its still processing. Ordered both jump upgrades on 9/13

  • Pat

My phone is in my city and confirmed thru e mail and text. Will be delivered on launch day tomorrow! Ordered on the 15th in store witch I recommend doing from now on. And to wait atleast two days from initial pre order dates. Been in that position too many times pre order on the night of pre orderes and end up getting screwed. And this time I took a chance ordered in store 3 days later. And BINGO BANGO! Getting it on launch day! Se excited! And good luck to you all will miss posting on here lol.

  • gstill4

Well my phone was shipped last night and won’t get here till Monday because of a glitch in the system shipped it by ground instead of overnight. It would be fine and all but I’m going to be out of the country starting Sunday for a week. So I called Tmobile and let them know and they’re giving me a $100 credit for the error.

  • Charlie Truong
