Systems issue causes 64GB Nexus 6 orders to be fulfilled out of sequence

Nexus 6

Over the past few days we’ve been emailed a number of times by T-Mobile customers who stayed up/woke up especially to order T-Mobile’s 64GB Nexus 6 when the orders went live last month. Many have pointed me in the direction of a number of growing threads. First and second threads on Reddit, plus this thread on XDA. The crux: Some customers who ordered on/after 10am on the first day are being sent shipments before those who ordered much earlier.

This, I’m sure you’ll agree, makes for a pretty poor customer experience. When you add it to the issues T-Mobile faced during iPhone launch, the delayed Nexus 6 release and postponed Nexus 9 launch, it paints a picture of a company perhaps ill-equipped to deal with the massive handset launches. A company which has seen its aggressive Uncarrier moves bring in so many customers at big launches, that its backend systems struggle. And that would appear to be the issue here.

It’s fair to say that a relatively small number of people are complaining on the threads. At least when you compare it to the orders received.

We’ve spoken to people behind the scenes and they had a few things to say. Firstly, there was a systems issue which caused some of the orders to be queued out of sequence. Which would explain why the later orders are seeing them fulfilled, while other, earlier orders are not. Secondly, only a very small number of orders have actually been affected. And T-Mobile is working hard to rectify the situation. They’re working behind the scenes to try and get those early orders fulfilled as soon as possible. And not only that, working on ways to fix these system issues so that they don’t happen going forwards.

I’m still waiting to hear back officially from T-Mobile. Hopefully, we’ll have a statement from the carrier soon-ish. But for now, if your order has been affected know that T-Mo knows about it. And is working on it.

    Lots of issues this week…

I’m a t mobile employee and ordered the 64gb before it officially went live at 957 PST on the 18th. Unfortunately on the 24th I got an email stating the order got cancelled. When I called customer care they said they couldn’t figure out why but would reorder for me and also could not waive any shipping fees because I am an employee. Kind of sucks I got pushed back 2x. Just so you know being an employee gives me 0% discount on the price of the phone

    • Jeffrey Wang

Shame on T-Mobile, you should at least get 10%. Thanks for your service.

    • Tony

Until a few days ago, employees were not eligible to order high demand devices (iPhone 6, Nexus 6, etc.) . Very little internal communication about it but I had my iPhone 6 order cancelled in similar fashion.

    • Halfican

Did you have the phone now?

      • Anon

No phone yet. Still showing backordered

    • Philly Jim

      I appreciate your honesty…….

  • phekno

You know, it would’t be that big of a deal if they had come out a couple weeks ago and said, “Yeah, there was an issue with our system, we’ll fix it.” But, they’ve been tight lipped and down-right lying to our faces this entire time!

    • Brad

I was guaranteed mine going on 3 weeks ago… Should be here today, though.

      • D. Sharer

Damn, lucky you, I really wish mine was on its way.

        • Brad

Yeah… shipped yesterday. Wasn’t at my house during my lunch break today, but customer service (notorious liars) said it’ll be here today.

        • D. Sharer

Has your order information on My T-Mobile been updated?

        • eastnystunna

I think even that’s a lie mine has being going back and fort with back ordered and shipped

        • Brad

the thing that said “backordered” since day one says “shipped” but the actual status still says backordered 11/25 etc

        • Philly Jim

I wanted the 64Gb also but with T MO’S reputation I settled for the 32 Gb first one at the store and use a 64GB USB-OTG , I really sincerly hope you get your phone soon like tomorrow, I was going to say it’s worth the wait but I don’t think any phone is worht that much aggrivation .

    • Cam Bunton

I agree, that an explanation sooner would have been better. All the not-knowing has frustrated the customers who haven’t heard anything. Sucks. A lot. Still waiting on an official statement, or apology or something. This is all I have to go on at the moment.

      • phekno

Well, thanks for what you’ve found out so far. At least someone has been able to figure it out.

  • phekno

FYI, over on XDA, we’ve been trying to keep track of what orders haven’t been shipped yet:

    https://drive.google.com/open?id=14rKRMAntHkEjXj5Lo1ndtLmQ-IUcznlk3vG7Cb6WFf8&authuser=0

  • doug

ok, Cam it seems to me that without qualifying your statement that only a small number of people have been affected with some official data you are basically perpetuating the culture of dishonesty.

    • Cam Bunton

So, what you’re saying is, I shouldn’t have posted anything and left everyone in the dark? At least we know now that there was a system error. Also, even without official data, it’s safe to assume must customers who ordered a Nexus 6 didn’t stay up until stupid-o-clock in the morning to do it.

There are clearly many people affected. But compared to those who successfully got their orders, or confirmation, it’s a small number.

      • Alix8821

Then it SHOULD be an easy fix no? I’m in they “snall” group. Absolutely ridiculous i. Was SO happy when I made the switch from VZW in September… Now look at me. Ugh

Don’t get me wrong, before this I’ve LOVED T-Mobile, but my god. This is ridiculous.

Exact WRONG way to handle a mistake with the customers. People can tolerate mistakes. The phones is in high demand, that’s Moto’s problem. I’d just be a little frustrated that I had all my cases & new TYLT Charger, but no phone… But the lies/cover ups/lack of transparency whatever one might label it, it’s horrendous…

I unfortunately stayed up way late to order (love in NJ, do the math)…. For NOTHING

  • Brad

Well I was definitely one of the “small number”… what are they doing to rectify it for me?

  • phekno

They’re not doing anything to rectify the situation. All we get are lies and misinformation.

  • D. Sharer

I am one of those affected, 64GB 4:40AM on 11/19 watching people who ordered almsot a full day AFTER receive 64GB devices as early as last week. This whole ordeal has been frustrating to say the least. The wait itself wasn’t the issue for me, as I knwo deman is high, but when people who ordered hours and hours and HOURS after me and others have devices in hand, it’s just prett ridiculous. All the while you can’t get a straight answer out of anyone, even when bringing the evidence to their attention.

Crediting me for Overnight shipping and retroactively applying the Cyber Monday deal is nice, but the hours and hours I’ve spent dealing with customer service that comes off as completely clueless and unable to do absolutely anything about it, I feel I’ve earned at least that much. Not to mention I would gladly have forgone those credits, preferring to get my phone shipped in the actual order my purchase was initially placed.

I really hope they do get this sorted out, it would also be nice if they actually admitted they screwed up instead of just brushing us off.

    • eastnystunna

My brother in law ordered it cyber monday and received it today.

      • D. Sharer

        A 64GB?

        • eastnystunna

          Yup a 64gb

        • D. Sharer

Did he go in to the store or order it online?

        • mr. Ensalada

He said Cyber Monday choade. Do you not get what that means? Duh, it means online dude.

        • D. Sharer

I got the credit applied IN THE STORE, so I assumed others could have pulled that same thing off too. Grow up.

        • mr. Ensalada

Sorry. But the dude said ordered cyber Monday. I need to be less presumptive. My bad Mr. Sharer.

        • Philly Jim

I too got a couple credits applied but took hours and hours of phone call’s over several day’s it really does depend on who you speak to and as I mentioned above , I really don’t think you’ll really get anywhere with just a customere service rep they don’t have the authority to wipe there azz let alone deal with a real issue.

        • eastnystunna

Well I was told when I went to the store they don’t sell the 64gb model. He ordered it online at 730 am on ccyber Monday

        • D. Sharer

They don’t carry them at the store, but you can order them from there for direct shipping. Although I have heard some stores just compltely denying the ability to do that, while others have strolled in to a store and received theirs within a few days. It’s so hit or miss with all of this who really knows.

        • eastnystunna

I’m starting to really dislike tmobile nobody wants to say anything if they do? It’s just to get you off the phone. I wonder if cooperate can answer any questions. Or get any type of info? This I just plain stupid. I heard 6 to 8 weeks for shipment to be received not sure how true the is? But waiting 2 months for a phone? Yea ok

        • Philly Jim

          Look ^^^^^^^ up lol

        • Philly Jim

I don’t believe it’s hit or miss ithink it’s a matter of doing there job or not giving a chit , I have caught employees and csr’s completely lying period , idont even bother customer service if you want anything done you have to go straight to retention and even when there you may have to ask for there supervisor , I could go on and on but I’ll leave it there I feel my blood pressure rising lol, and to the people that say then just leave well to be fair you get what you pay for and I’m grandfathered in on unlimted Data , but if the competition between the carriers keeps going he way it is , I’ll be on verizon or AT&T by the end of 2015 .

    • mr. Ensalada

Seems like they did right by you thru hooking you up with credits and discounts. You’re still going to get the damn phone? What more do you want, for the CEO to let you toss his salad? Dude, something with thier systems went wrong. This was an accident, get over it.

      • D. Sharer

Seems like you misinterpreted my post, but yes, I would like them NOT to lie to us about what happened. Is that really too much to ask?

They also didn’t just offer the credits to me, it took hours on the phone getting bounced around, hung up on/disconnected, told to call this numbe that number, told to go into a physical store and told there they couldnt do anything about anything.

The wait was never the issue, I’m not complaining about having to wait. The lies, misinformation, and the entire ordeal has just been frustrating, but I’m sure yo would completely fine being spoonfed BS everyday by customer service? Right.

Anyways, wanting a company to not lie and misinform their customers and admit to screwing up isn’t a huge ask, it would have also saved them and many of us a lot of time, because if they screwed up OK, can’t do anything but wait for them to fix it. That is not what happened, is happening, or probably will happen though, unfortunately.

        • mr. Ensalada

I’m not sure the call center reps are even aware of the system issue. We are all assuming it’s was a well known issue internally. I don’t think they tried to misrepresent your issue, but yeah, for future reference don’t even bother going into the store for anything. Those guys are even less in the know, so if they mislead you it was only bc they were misinformed. Have some perspective and be prepared to wait when ordering phones at launch. My buddy ordered the iPhone 6 + from T-Mobile and he displayed a healthy dose of patience during the wait and even after being notified his order was delayed once do to supply / demand issues. He waited 7 weeks and he was cool with that.

Sometimes things don’t go smoothly. It wasn’t a rep issue my friend it was a system glitch. That happens…

        • D. Sharer

Oh yeah, I was more than prepared to wait (history of Nexus launches is a good indicator of what to expect). Many other people I’ve talked to were also patient, not even calling in or thinking about it after the first 1 1/2 weeks. It wasn’t until we started seeeing them ship to orders placed 4-20+ hours after our early morning orders that it became apparent something more than just supply issues was up.

Again, I am in it for the long haul, I have no plans of canceling. A tiny bit of transparancy is all I would have liked, along with maybe a public apology (or even over email directed just towards those of us affected). Again, maybe this will happen, only thing I can really do is wait and see…and at least be somewhat vocal about it. I’d personally like to know about what’s going on with customers from X company if I am a prospective buyer myself.

        • Jon

I apologize…. Customer care rep here

        • Philly Jim

I Completely Concur as I have had this happen when trying to orde the Note Edge , Nexus 6, and as early as cyber monday trying to get my daughter a new iphone , so I guess there was a problem with there system’s on all three seperate occasion’s…

Back Ordered 11/20/2014 at 02:56 AM
Order Placed 11/19/2014 at 05:55 AM

Thank you for sharing this. I was able to call and get a $50 credit. Trying to keep this whole thing in prospective. My current S4 works and isn’t a bad phone.

They also started some kind of technical cases to look into why they couldn’t pull up my order information. They said it takes 3 business days to process. Not holding my breath.

Anyone else hear the same thing?

      • Trenton Gold

Help us put pressure on @Tmobilehelp and @askdes on Twitter. The more of us that complain, they will have to answer for their screw-up eventually.

    • s10shane

I’m in the same position as you. I ordered my 64gb one and I just got charged on 12/2 and still no tracking number and my order still shows backordered. At least they credited you the 50 bucks for cyber money, which they did not do for me. Also they did not credit me for the 3 day shipping I paid for. So I’m pretty pissed at T-mobile right now. I’ve been with them for 5 years now. Worst experience buying a phone ever.
Back Ordered 11/20/2014 at 02:57:49 AM
Order Placed 11/19/2014 at 10:55:30 AM

  • eastnystunna

I’m giving 10 days for them to process it and if not? I’m cancelling my service because they are a bunch of liars I was told for the inconvenience ththey have the 64gb in stores lie 1 then when I get there the guy says I can’t upgrade lie 2 I call back tmobile phone will be shipped and should be received by December ending or January mid. Lmmfao I died on the phone of laughter and hung up because it was just lies after lies after lies.

    • steveb944

It’s a phone… If you would patently wait you wouldn’t have to switch to some other crappy carrier. As far as I know, no one has stock. If you really wanted the phone you would have been ‘F5ing’ the Play Store and you would have probably been able to get it sooner.
      1. Do your research, T-Mobile never carries the large capacity Nexus in store
      2. Customer reps suck, and are not reputable from my own experiences (hence why I buy online)

      • Trenton Gold

That’s not the point @steveb944. I don’t mind waiting. It’s Tmobile’s dishonesty, lack of transparency, and willingness to admit they have a problem or HOW or WHEN they will right those they wronged. We feel helpless when TMobile won’t even acknowledge there is a problem. Will they fix it, or will my order continued to be skipped over by people that ordered a week after me? They are trying to say it’s all in our heads…. really crappy customer service

      • TechHog

Did you even read the article?

        • steveb944

Did you? It’s an issue affecting a small amount of people according to Cam.

I personally don’t order a phone and then scour the interwebs to see if other people received their order before me. If I would find that out, I’d simply contact the seller and inquire, once and done.

We all know T-Mobile sucks with large scale flagship releases. iPhone and Note 4 also come to mind. Granted this was a glitch, but even without it there have been issues.

        • TechHog

There are people who ordered on Monday and got their phone yesterday. Stock isn’t the main issue. There’s a possibility that, if the issue were ignored, we’d be waiting until February to get it. By then newer phones would be known and it would no longer be worth buying. As for the “small number”, companies lie. CSRs has been lying through their teeth throughout this entire ordeal, and the fact that NOT A SINGLE PERSON has come forward and said that theirs has shipped in the projected timeframe is suspicious, even considering the small sample size. This also isn’t “large scale”. The Nexus 6 is the most niche flagship phone since the original Galaxy Note.

As for your comment about Google Play, Most people ordering from T-Mobile are doing it for EIP, don’t you think? You’re basically saying that, if somethiung seems wrong, it should be ignored. That’s how you ensure that problems never get fixed.

        • steveb944

I’ve read on here some people saying they won’t get their order fulfilled until January, so there’s conflicting information. This site is my only source as I’m not thoroughly researching something that doesn’t affect me, so the reporting on here is lacking.

N6 will still be a worthy purchase through Spring 2015.

Good to know you interviewed everyone and found “NOT A SINGLE PERSON”.

No, some people rather go through the carrier since Google Play has no stock. Also, Google has bombed Nexus releases before so hence why they would prefer carrier. Also support, I’m sure T-Mobile prefers helping you on a device they sold themselves. And, insurance, something Google doesn’t have.

What I’m saying is if it bothers you so much and you don’t see any solution cancel your order.

  • Bust

I just looked at the website to see if it is still backordered, saying between 6-8 weeks on the 64gb!!! But the 32gb is available now and in stock, starting to think after almost 2 weeks, double the space is not worth it anymore, especially if im gonna have to wait another month or month and a half…

    • steveb944

I think if you have a decent device currently you should wait out for the 64 GB. It’ll maintain better value for resale, and you can put double whatever you want in it.

      • Philly Jim

Or you can use an OTG-USB , like the Meenova just as an example there are at last count over 25 item’s like the Meenova which holds up to 128Gb sd card , I use one on my N7 formerly N5 and now N6 there as small as a dime and extremely fast dependent upon your card , I personally have a few sandisk Extreme Pro Plus , and downloading, backing up , or using is just as fast and in most cases faster then the internal memory, I brought 3 similar products for 6 $ on ebay and have worked flawlessly for over a year and a half now .

        • Bust

My S2 is getting old and tired… about rdy to throw it long and far… We will see wut holds out longer, my old phone from me breaking it or delivery on this 64gb…

    • eastnystunna

After that two months something new might come out lol

  • tomarone

So I ask the question: Given T-Mo has serious glitches like this, is the money saved in the long run by you, the customer, worth it? I’ve basically been happy for over 10 years, but my phone purchases have been pretty simple. So?

    • 2true4schoOl

they never used to have problems like this because they weren’t as popular! this is called growing pains. I have been with T-mobile for around a decade.

Plus you can only blame tmobile on the out of sequence order fulfilling. You can’t blame them that motorola screwed up the manufacturing of these devices. Some rumors i have been hearing state it isn’t even motorola’s fault. It is because companies like apple paid chinese factories a ton of money to focus on producing their products and other companies don’t get priority on their products.

      So who knows.

  • tomarone

They started up some new system, changed some vendor, did something, and it screwed up.

  • Chilehead

If only Motorola was producing sufficient quantities…

  • BIlbo

I ordered on the phone on Sunday, and I can’t even check my order number online. Just gives me an error. Guess how nervous I am about this whole deal… sigh…

    • Trenton Gold

You need to help us put pressure on @Tmobilehelp and @askdes on Twitter. The more of us that complain, they will have to answer for their screw-up eventually.

      • BIlbo

They’ll just give you the runaround and tell you to call the support line.

        • Trenton Gold

Maybe, but people in our position are hitting the the @TmobileHelp handle requesting assistance with NO idea what is going on. The more attention we draw to the issue, T-Mobile will want the bad PR to go away.

  • Trenton Gold

“It’s fair to say that a relatively small number of people are complaining on the threads. At least when you compare it to the orders received.” – WRONG!!!! This is affecting a large number of customers. Particularly those that ordered online between 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM. Begin your research here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6/general/t-mobile-receiving-limited-stock-t2934242

  • s10shane

I ordered my Nexus 6 64gb on 11/19/2014 at 10:55:30 AM. I just got my card charged on 12/2/2014. Still no tracking number and it still shows my order is backordered. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with ordering a new phone. Then it pisses me off that some people ordered the phone much later and got their nexus 6 64gb already. That’s just bs. I am also one of the people in that xda forum bitching. lol

    • Trenton Gold

I ordered 10 Hours before you and still nothing. 10!! The depth of Tmobile’s incompetence is frustrating.

      • s10shane

Yeah this sucks. Have they charged your card at least?

        • Trenton Gold

They charged by card on 11/19 and refunded on 11/21. Now just backordered indefinitely…..Complete ClusterF@ck

        • Jay Holm

It seems like Nexus phones are always back ordered, each model.

        • Trenton Gold

Agreed. But I’ve stayed up late and scored a Nexus 4 and 5 the last two years from the Google Play Store. Once ordered, Google reliably shipped. T-Mobile however obviously had a glitch in the order system that skipped shipping for approximately 8 hours of early orders. My card was charged on 11/19 and then refunded on 11/21. Now just indefinitely backordered with no information updates. If they would admit to the problem I would feel comfortable they would make this right. However. they continue to deny it’s anything more than short supply. Why are they shipping orders place hours later? So weird….

  • KijBeta

They need to get someone to oversee the device ordering system. That way they can fix the issue instead of multiple departments trying to figure it out.

    • Jay Holm

I soooo much hate dealing with multiple departments!!!

  • NJFella

I ordered my 64gb on 11/19 @ 11 AM and back ordered on 11/20 @ 2 AM. Waited and waited, called Customer Service 2 days ago and l told them I wanted to cancel the 64gb order so I could get the 32gb. Guy told me it would take 2-3 days to process and then I could order the 32gb, looked at my bank account today and I was charged the tax on the 64gb. So does this mean my phone is coming? Website still says backordered. I am confused and frustrated.

    • leslie cruz

my card was charged three days ago and no change on status yet.

    • 2true4schoOl

the official line is if they charge your card then the delivery should be coming soon. but at the end of the day, who knows lol.

  • Chris

STILL WAITING T-MOBILE!!!!! Ordered 11/19/2014 at 3am EST and still nothing on my 64GB model. This freaking SUCKS!!!!

    • Jay Holm

      You sure are patient!

  • JLamar

Just reading through the thread. Giving my Note 4 to my son and ordered the N6 two nights ago. Looks like I should have done more research. Just found out it ships with no WiFi calling ability which I require. Gonna go to the site tomorrow to try to resolve this nightmare.

    • JE_25

Yeah. The update with WiFi calling won’t come out until “early” next year.

      • Durandal_1707

Hey, maybe the update will be out by the time it ships. :-P

      • custemmade

Hey Wifi Calling is available on the Nexus 6 right now

    • Custemmade

Actually I was in the same spot as you, but it does have wifi calling. It baked into the OS, when you get the phone Download hangouts and hangouts dailer, Go into the setting and enable the Google voice options and its that simple. I have used this substitute since in-store launch, its good enough until the OTA comes in January. Let me know if you have question.

      • 2true4schoOl

yea custemmade is correct. you get really good quality wifi calling with the hangout’s application. t-mobile wi-fi calling will be implemented probably in jan/feb with an OTA.

  • Limeybastard

The phone will be obsolete by the time folks receive it.

  • OriginalM

There is word that Motorola is going to make a better version of this for their own line of phones. This phone is already out dated. Sadly, the poor camera quality keeps me away from this device.

    • Jay Holm

Do Nexus phones always have poor cameras? Seems that way, I’m always reading comments about people knocking on Nexus smartphones cameras.

      • Don’t believe everything you read online, check for yourself.

      • 2true4schoOl

my gf has a nexus 5. she is perfectly happy with the camera. Her friends with iphone 5s and 6s prefer she takes pictures when they go out because they look better.

the problem is everyone thinks they are professional photojournalists with their mobile phone point and shoot cameras L O L.

    • TechHog

      The camera isn’t poor…

  • ramon

I ordered on 11/18/14 at 10:30pm pacific time. No update and tmobile has no clue when they are getting more according to csr

  • mistakes happen…

    • Trenton Gold

Yes they do @ J. Williams, and as adults we admit to them rather than deny the problem and refuse to acknowledge our orders continue to be skipped for shipping. If they acknowledged the problem I would be happy and relax, because I would trust they knew how to make it right. How will T-Mobile fix a problem they refuse to acknowledge exists????

  • Doooshty

So many fucking babies on this site. It’s a phone. They aren’t making you wait longer than expected for food, or medicine. It sucks but it’s really not the end of the world. People are going into Hulk rage over this. Be upset. Be vocal. You don’t need to act like a child though. I’m sure you currently have a phone that works perfectly well, just keep using that. I’m sure there is no valid reason that you NEED that phone now. If there is, then you should have purchased an in stock phone. There are human beings that don’t have fresh food, water or a place to sleep. If your biggest problem is your place in line for a luxury phone was botched, I’d say you’re pretty lucky.

    • Trenton Gold

@Doooshty Yes, so many problems in the world that need solving yet you are trolling here. Go solve the world’s problems Mother Teresa

      • Doooshty

No trolling. That was actually the first thing I have ever posted. I’m just saying, it’s not that big of deal. Have a great evening though.

    • ramon

When i purchased it was in stock with no backorder ever mentioned.

      • Doooshty

I’m not saying you don’t have a just cause to be upset, but some people are acting like it’s the end of the world. Mistakes happen. It sucks. Cancel your order or wait. AT&T screwed up their Nexus. T-Mobile had an error with delivery order. There are always going to be problems with new technology launches. My post was more directed at the people crying like little children, not the majority of people.

    • TechHog

I really hate the “first world problems” argument. It’s dumb because it basically says that, if you’re not suffering, your life is perfect.

      • John Johnson

No; It’s saying to temper one’s emotional outbursts with a healthy amount of perspective. It’s just really hard to do sometimes.

No-one’s life is perfect. Everyone has problems, crisis, and tragedy. This issue above is a problem; It is not a tragedy. The difference between the two is great.

The Nexus, the alleged lies from T-Mobile…none of this is worth even elevated blood-pressure in the larger scheme of things.

That said, I know personally how hard it is to maintain that calm perspective. I have a Nexus 7 2013 LTE and it *still* doesn’t have so much as a 5.0 factory image. Frustration: I know thee well.

    • jacky

you should see people that order iphones 6 plus ++ lol.its worse

  • tomnewtn

I canceled my order as I won’t be here to receive it by the time it gets shipped out. I did order a Moto X during their black friday special for the same price I paid for my Nexus 5. Then I sold my Nexus 5 on Ebay in one day for …..the price I paid for it. Motorola has given me updates and delivery date as well. I’ve been impressed with the whole process and their communication.

  • Brandon J

I went through this Bullshit with my 6+. No none knew anything, Card was charged before any notifications were sent to me . They just kept throwing bill credits at the problem because no one knew shit. After 9 years with TMO I almost left all because no one will tell you straight out. “I don’t know” it was lie, after lie, after lie.

  • custemmade

Hey everyone Wifi calling is available on the Nexus 6 right now! I bought mine in store and have used it since. Just use the hangout dailer until the OTA, I have not had a problem sending or receiving messages via Wifi either.

  • Nathan S.

I have had this kind of thing happen with other products. Not trying to bail Tmobile out or anything, just saying.

The idea is that they can ship the product in the order in which people ordered it or they can put the folks in a backordered state in a special group and the new folks just ordering in a special group. They then ship to each group in the order in which the order was received. What this does is to allow for at least a few customers to have a good experience rather than all having a bad experience with waiting.

It sucks and I don’t know if this is the case or not but I too am in the waiting category but I only ordered mine a few days ago. When I ordered it claimed I would have it in about 10 days. We’ll see.

I have a note 2 right now and it is still awesome so I can wait, even though it is just now showing signs of battery degradation it still handles most everything I throw at it.

  • SEBA

I have a bigger problem, why do I have to smell that cinnamon every place I walk in before Christmas.

    • thepanttherlady

      I LOVE that smell!!!

      • leslie cruz

Did you get your 32gb today??? i was going to tell you to wait cause i just got my 64gb shipped today, but it was too late. read your comment where you said you cancelled already

        • thepanttherlady

Yes, I got it last night.

        • tomnewtn

Cinnamon is the bomb. So what do you think of the build? too much plastic? Display? It took me awhile to figure out how to silence everything but my alarm clock.

        • thepanttherlady

          I agree.

Put a case on it immediately after it was taken out of the box so I really didn’t pay much attention to the build. Truth be told, I wanted to get out of the store as quickly as possible because I was ticked.

First I get told that the overseas rep I spoke with to cancel my 64GB order changed my plan (no plan was ever discussed in the conversation). Store rep got that fixed with internal notes that no one is to change my plan. Ever.

Second, store rep tried to get sneaky and add Jump! via the paper they fill out when you’re there. I crossed through everything she marked and hand wrote none of those items were to be added. She started off by saying she couldn’t sell the phone without it. I told her she had no choice, it isn’t required. Then she said she’d never sold one without it. I told her I didn’t care, it isn’t required and she couldn’t make me accept it. Then she said I had to at least have insurance on an EIP to which I told her we were going to start having problems if she insisted on continuing with the bs. Guess what? She figured out real fast how to do not only the sale but the EIP without the added items. SMH

        • tomnewtn

          Truly a pain.

  • Tinder

Ordered mine 8am the first day and its still backordered.

  • Wylan

Ordered mine at 7:30 pacific on the 19th. Still no phone, no updates, customer service can never give me a ship date, they just tell me it was backordered on the 25th. Frustrating, send me my phone already.

  • Xealo

Wow, now I know why some, myself included, got our iphone 6 plus, after those who ordered way after us.

  • Philip

I wonder if it happen when Note 4 was released? I did get it on time.

    • Nick

Samsung has always been good to have plenty of smartphones in stock at the time of launch. Actually note 4 was released before the launch date and I was able to grab mine at the store.

    • skittle

I had an iPhone 6 ordered and it kept being pushed back. Went into the local Tmobile and got a Note 4 on the official sale day.

  • Jay Holm

I’m starting to wonder if Christmas is going to pass before there’s any news on the AWS-3 auction, sheez!

    • Bori

      Yep, same here.

  • thepanttherlady

Canceling my order today and just going to get the 32GB. I’m too impatient to keep waiting! :/

    • skittle

Nice that you can cancel your order. I had an iPhone 6 on order through T-Mobile and tried to cancel. They said it was impossible even though it I tried 5 weeks before it actually shipped. I had to reject the FedEx delivery at my door.

      • thepanttherlady

Wow, not a good experience at all! Sorry you had to go through that. Your much more patient than I am that’s for sure.

      • rlwjr

        That’s the same situation I’m in now…they
just replaced the order for me but the first order had the wrong address and
they are not able to change it although it was already changed on my account. I
was just told that it’s nearly impossible to cancel orders once submitted even
if it’s in a backorder status. Sounds like they need to get some system
enhancements that can handle the volume as well as issues. I’ve been told
one story after another regarding this order and the replacement order that got
cancelled because I the EIP was not signed in 48 hours even thought it had not
been 48 hours since the order was placed and I received via email right after
signing the EIP my signed copy in which they requested that I take to the store
so they could see it to confirm it was not from the first order, did that and
the store rep and csr she was speaking with were both puzzled because the
system still showed it was not signed.

        • Dodgee

Same thing happened to me. Over the phone “Josh” canceled my first orderwith the wrong address but never placed the second order. He even gave me a confirmation number, which we double checked before hanging up. Turns out that order number doesn’t exist on my account. I’m pulling my hair out. I just re-placed the order and I’m in the back of the line. Grrrr.

    • Bilbo

I might be forced to cancel, as I have another phone on my order that I need as a Christmas gift. The rep on the phone told me both would be here in time to wrap and put under the tree. My confidence in that is extremely low.
Let me know how your cancellation goes.
I’m worried that cancelling the order might put a stain on my account, and really screw me over on future EIPs/orders. :(

      • thepanttherlady

I literally just hung up the phone with them. Asked the rep if there was any shipping information and received the standard script answer (someone from overseas). I simply asked her to cancel my order. She put me on hold for a minute or two and came back with a cancellation #. I confirmed the EIP had been cancelled.

I don’t think cancelling your order should “stain” your account. It’s really no different than returning a phone you decided you don’t want. :)

Confirmed before I cancel that my “regular” T-Mobile store still has the 32GB in stock. They do. Stopping there on my way home to pick it up.

    • Darwinski

I would do the same. 32 GB is just fine IMO. learn to love and embrace cloud storage ;-)

Thete is an option within “Photos” that you can enable and all of your Google Drive pictures will appear locally. They really did a nice job on this phone and 5.0. Very smooth and intuitive UI.

  • tramaria

I feel as if there system is a mess. I’ve called over several times and receive no definitive answer. They skipped over people who ordered the first day, but give the 64GB to people who ordered after, with no resolution to the problem. Terrible!! Highly disappointed in the way they’re treating their customers!

  • Bori

I truly feel for you all. Hope all this mess clears up soon. I know I couldn’t be as patient.

  • Bori

I truly feel for you all. Hope all this mess clears up soon. I know I couldn’t be as patient. Seems like this device has been plagued with delays since day one.

    • JLamar

My chat session with Gilbert at T-Mobile.

      • In my experience the people manning chat provide the worst service by far. It sucks, but getting on the phone is the only way I’ve had any luck with them.

        • JLamar

I used chat to cancel my order last night. Note 4 already shipped today.

  • JLamar

Downloaded the Hangouts Dialer on my GN4. When I call someone it appears as “unknown” on their end. My number is verified in settings. Anyone know how to resolve?

    • skittle

Use the Hangouts dialer to turn on voice calling in the Hangouts app on Android … Then dial the phone number you’d like to call, and touch the phone icon . … If you don’t have a Google Voice number, the caller ID will show as “unknown.” …

Okay, just a cut and past from Google Product Forums. Do you have a Google Voice number?

      • JLamar

I do not. Was hoping it would use my cell number. I can get a number. Used to have one. A long time ago. Early adopter but never used it.

        • mack10

Hey id1ot, you can’t be an early adopter of something you don’t use dumbarse. But if you have the need to label your self something try “fad tool” or “number squatter”. lol at your idea of what an an early adopter means… “never used it” buahahaha

        • JLamar

Google voice came out years ago. I was one of the first to sign up. I had a number, tried it a few times, but never used it.

It is never a good idea to type something you wouldn’t say to a persons face. You will learn that the hard way.

  • Jordan Sexton

I ordered my 64gb around 3pm EST and I got it on Black Friday. I really didn’t want to cut line!
Hopefully tmo will get them out soon!

  • s10shane

Finally got a tracking number today.

      64 Gb?

      • s10shane

Yep 64GB. I should have it Thursday finally. Lol

      • Interesting, our order and backorder times are almost exactly the same… I wonder if everyone who’s gotten screwed on this were put on backorder at the same time?

Back Ordered 11/20/2014 at 02:56:10 AM
Order Placed 11/19/2014 at 06:50:05 AM

  • joshua p.

Yeah I think I cut too. This 64 GB is awesome though

  • tomnewtn

It’s Friday night. Just received an email from Motorola that my order has shipped. My Moto X that is. The one I just ordered. Sounds like a good model for TMO to follow.

  • Rob

Well I got my 32GB… And I suffer from the WiFi bug. As in, will connect off and on but mostly useless.

Luckily T-Mobile gave me a month of unlimited free… Oh except that there are radio issues so I’m getting 5 on my 6 but get 21 on my m8.

Early adoptoer woes. And yes, the screen is a huge disappointment… Its AMOLED though not S AMOLED… It shows. Screen has a yellow tint… Compared to the M8 with its amazing screen… The rest of the experience will have to make up a lot.

Oh and voice quality is the best I’ve ever had. Spencer at T-Mobile rated it a 10 and I have to say… Its a 10. No more what did you day stuff… But,always a but, volume is lacking. Its great unless someone is screaming or you’re at a party but in a loud situation you will get drowned out.

Also… Viewing angles….flip phone from top to bottom… Blue hues… Weirdly though not left and right which is fantastic.

And yes. 100% brightness is quite bright. And not as yellow. But remember that besides battery, higher the brightness the faster the burn in which unfortunately will be worse on the N6 versus the Note 4 by default because of the S AMOLED.

Let’s just say… First Nexus phone… And I’m considering the hassle of going to the Note 4 and paying more just to dump it and run aosp on it… But maybe I’m just pissed about the WiFi bug…

    • Rob

Speakers just won it. My m8 didn’t match… It actually crackled and distorted on the highest volume a mix I didn’t realize was being distorted until hearing it on the N6. Audio volume maybe SLIGHTYLY higher on the HTC… Its that close… But the quality of the speakers is night and day. Yes HTC has the bass. Barely. Again Motorola did a good job… The screen though… :/

    • tomnewtn

The Android 5.0.1 update is about to roll out with bug fixes. Maybe it will fix the wifi.

      • Rob

So I’m embarrassed to say… It was Comcast. Since unplugging the modem and the router, I’ve been on WiFi. Issue does not affect N6 that I can tell.

Speed? I’m annoyed at the encryption and will be removing it asap. That said, antutu puts it below the Note 4… Especially on ram speed. I’m assuming that’s due to encryption cuz it’s less than half…

In practical use? Only lag I’ve seen at all was making that earlier post. It zips otherwise.

9/10 for me. And how fast it charges!!!

Ambient light sensor was a bug misstep but the new menu makes it easy enough to change with a slide of the finger.

Ambient display is flat out cool. Pick up your phone and all notifications are right there.

I think I’m gonna love this thing when I get my laptop back and can copy my M8 Titanium Backup to the N6.

        • Bilbo

I thought encryption couldn’t be disabled?

        • Jason Crumbley

It can if you root and change the kernel.

        • tomnewtn

I think we’ve all been there. Nice to have it resolved all the same.

  • TS50

Ordered online 12:30AM PST on release day. Nothing. My brother who ordered in store at 10AM same day has been using his all weekend.

    • Jason Crumbley

In store orders get processed before web orders.

  • LC

I’m an employee and was affected by the order processing out of sequence issue with my iPhone 6 Plus orders. I placed two separate upgrade orders on two different days, one after the other. Identical phones, 6 Plus, 64gb in gold. First order originally shows expected ship date on or before 11/26 and the second order on or before 11/27. The second order ships and is delivered on 11/17 while the first order keeps getting pushed further and further back. I just received shipping notification for my order yesterday, with an expected delivery date of 12/11 even though I paid extra for 2nd day air shipping.

Care credited me back for my upgraded shipping, but still. From a customer experience standpoint, this is absolutely unacceptable. I love working for T-Mobile but we should be beyond this at this point. Very frustrating.

    • Bilbo

Hey–find out why your company can’t ship me the IN STOCK PHONE (LG G3) on my order NOW while I wait for this Nexus to come into stock. They tricked me into putting it on one order, and now tell me nothing can be done. I need this phone wrapped & under my Christmas tree, or it isn’t going to be a very happy Christmas morning.

  • Wayren

Ordered mine on 11/21. Still “Being Processed” as of now. Considering how many 11/19 appear to be ahead of me I’m beginning to doubt I’ll see it soon.

  • Hilton GoWahoos Redskins

Ordered mine on 11/19 about 3:45 am. Changed to back ordered on 11/25. No update since. Tempted to cancel and get the 32 GB but there is a reason I wanted 64 GB. I download podcasts on my Galaxy S4 and stream them to my tv via Chromecast. That phone only has 16 GB so I have to download the low quality videos made for small screens and I still have constant warnings that the phone is out of memory and I have to delete things.

I just reached this breaking point last month when I added a few more podcasts, but me being me I said to myself, “I’ll get my new phone in a few days and I can set it up to get the high quality feeds and have plenty of space to spare.” I could fiddle with the podcast client and get it to possibly save everything to SD card, but I don’t want to spend time configuring a phone I’m hopefully going to encrypt and wipe in a few days.

I just wish there was some sort of heads up that T-mo and Moto could give you. If they could do something as simple as tell you, you are number 500 in the queue and we have 50 units coming Saturday. Then I’d know, ok, it will be 2015 before I get this phone, I’ll stop refreshing this stupid order status page multiple times per day and just wait for it.

    Instead they tell us nothing.

    • leslie cruz

be patient i ordered on 11/19 and its shippped already. should be here tuesday. so yours its coming this week for sure.

      • AnthonyRyan89

I ordered mine on the 11/19 at 12:54am it still says processing. Even though the rep said the order has gone through, last time it was updated was 11/25 at 2:00am… This is taking forever I just hope it comes before X-Mas.

        • Hilton GoWahoos Redskins

At this rate it MIGHT be here for black history month. :)

        • If it’s any consolation:
Back Ordered 11/20/2014 at 02:56:10 AM
Order Placed 11/19/2014 at 06:50:05 AM

          Still waiting. :)

    • ramon

I ordered on the 18th at 10:30 pacific time.no update yet.

    • Brad

Ordered mine around the same times and it came Friday… Did you get expedited shipping?

  • ramon

So I talked to a supervisor yesterday after not getting the promised email that csr said I sill get. Now the manager said I will get am Email within 24-48 hours. I even pointed out this website and the other thread. He checked them out and said its just social networks mot to believe anything on here. I told him I know more than you because of this website and that all the info on this website is legit

    • Brad

They never know what’s going on… The cyber Monday thing was all over the site but people had zero clue when I mentioned it.

  • Ed

Been back ordered since 11/19 like everyone. Fed up, I canceled my order on Friday 12/5. Went to my local TMO store to pick up a Note 4 but saw they actually had a 32gb N6 in stock. Bought it immediately. Yes, really would have preferred the 64gb version but I desperately needed a new phone. I’m already rooted, unlocked and decrypted. Love this thing! Nexus fanboy for life! Tip for those that grabbed the 32gb variant, stick mount works perfect. Don’t sweat the not landing the 64gb.

  • tomnewtn

Excerpt from Android Central for those thinking of bailing on their order and looking at options (I canceled and ordered the Moto X with Walnut)- Phil Nickinson: I’ve used the Moto X extensively. I’ve used the Nexus 6 extensively. And I can easily say that Motorola’s just made those features feel more natural. Google’s stock ambient screen feels half-baked compared to Moto Display. Almost as if they didn’t want to completely copy the feature. Trusted devices are well done, and the addition of trusted places with geolocation is a good one, but we need to remember that it’s not nearly as secure. A 100-meter radius is a big circle. And Google flat-out messed up notifications and do-not-disturb with its mess of “interruptions” and “downtime.” At least the Moto X with Android 5.0 can choose whether to observe the “Downtime” rules. But still, it (and the lack of a simple volume-button-enabled mute function) is an over-engineered step in the wrong direction. End of excerpt. After using Lollipop on my Nexus 5, I think I will find the Moto X OS a better fit for me, as will I the size. I know some haven’t used Lollipop yet and will find the muting of notifications new and even disconcerting. So if you cancel the N6, there is a great option. Mine was priced like a Nexus 5 because of Cyber Monday so it was much less money too. It’s being delivered Tuesday. For those who scored their Nexus 6, enjoy that beautiful beast.

    • Brad

Really the only issue I’ve had with lollipop is the no silent mode at work… I work 9 hours so I can’t set the timer on it. I’ve adjusted though. Loving my N6…. Had it since Friday (finally!)

      • tomnewtn

I set it with no priority notifications, set it to priority mode, turn the volume all the way down. This way no messages, emails, etc make it vibrate or light up. Alarm clock always works in priority mode. If you put it in silent mode, it silences alarm clock too. dumb.

        • Brad

eh, I just deal with it as is… at 1:30, I usually just add 4 hours to the timer haha

      • tomnewtn

Give it time though. Some widgets will be updated to make this more convenient.

      • Darrell

Go to the Play Store and get a program called “Shush!”; it is a small and useful app that, once you drop the volume all the way down, kicks open a wheel that lets you “shush” your phone up to 12 hours, or leave it off indefinitely. I’ve been using it for ages, and all appears to be OK under Lollipop, the exception being that silent is “silent with vibrate”; that may be a Lollipop thing that I haven’t looked at, myself, but it’s not enough to worry about/write the program off, etc. Good luck! :)

        • Brad

eh, silent with vibrate is what I’m trying to avoid. I keep it on vibrate at home, but my office is just quiet enough that a vibrate on the desk (or tylt) is annoying.

  • tomnewtn

Love it when they tell me its being delivered tomorrow and then I see they tried today. Good grief.

  • daRav

I’m waiting on 2 64gb gold/gray, 1 plus 64gb gold and nexus 6 since Nov. 24. Nexus is for me!

  • tomnewtn

New Moto X arrived today and the build quality is exceptional. The gun metal gray with Walnut and black front is pretty amazing. The size is really perfect for me. I should think folks will really enjoy the quality build of their Nexus. After signing into Google, the Android Lollipop update popped up on the screen within a couple of minutes. Not bad Moto. I wonder if the Nexus will have it when they arrive or if the update will appear as quickly.

    • Alix8821

It comes with Lollipop…….. So….. Yes?

      • tomnewtn

The upgrade notification popped onto the screen after logging into google and setup. Even before all my apps were updated or downloaded. So it came with kitkat but upgraded almost immediately after initial setup.

        • Alix8821

No man. Each nexus launches with newest software…. There’s been 2-3 updates to Lollipop. That’s what was being updated.

I have nexus 9, same deal.

        • tomnewtn

Yeah, now I need the next update.

  • Bust

Ordered on the 23rd, still backordered… tempted to cancel and pick one up in store, but none of the stores have them yet either… see which comes first, in store or my 64gb ordered weeks ago…

  • Ordered on 11/19 at 3:48a…canceled about an hour ago (12/9 at 10 pm). I’ll try my luck with the note 4. If I still hate touch wiz, I have some time to return it.

  • Torrez Toro

Order mine on Dec 7 just got message from T-Mobile about device being shipped and gave me a tracking number from ups.

I dont think tmobile will get there act together anytime soon. Ordered on the 18th last month and nothing.

    • Bilbo

Seriously? Wow. New device or upgrade? 32 or 64 GB?

      • Torrez Toro

        Upgrade, original jump and 32gb

  • steve-0

So…. Any further word as far as to, when are they going to get their system error situated?….

  • Sam

I ordered my 64GB Nexus 6 on the 19th of Nov. around 2 AM. Right now, it’s still showing to be on backordered. I called customer service rep and the lady doesn’t seem to know anything about when T-Mobile will get any shipment. She keep telling me that people that ordered IPhone 6 are still waiting on their phone after 2 months of backorder. I guess to her since another phone is still on backorder after 2 months of waiting, our situation is not considered to be that bad…lol

  • JLamar

I canceled my 64gb and ordered the note 4 last night. After reading reviews I decided the note was a much better device….. And I didn’t want to wait weeks for the phone.

  • Hardworking American

I just saw that my Nexus 6 is back ordered to JAN 5- JAN 19!!!!!
I called TMobile and they admitted to having NO IDEA when the phone is coming in!!!!!

Even the iPhony’s are coming in sooner at this point.
How can TMobile, Google and Motorola mess this launch up so bad?
If I messed up this bad at my job I would be out on my a$$…

  • AnthonyRyan89

My friends mom works at T-Mobile and she told me she’s going to look into it for me, but also to cancel it and reorder it in store.

  • ramon

This coming week might be my last week i wait for this phone. I ordered on thr 11/18/2014 and i havent had a update on my order since 11/24/2014. I have a opo and love it but i wonr wait that long especially since im one of the first I’ve ordered and haven’t got it yet.

  • Mikhail

I see that Nexus 6 is now on sale ($48 off), so i called tmo and asked for discount as mine still on back order and they gave me the discount, it took like 15-20 min on phone (they were not sure if they can apply the discount), but after consultation with management gave it with no questions.

    • AnthonyRyan89

I’m calling bow to ask for the $48 off.

  • Bust

Been 3 weeks as of yesterday, i think i might go into a store and see if they get me the credit, and i might just cancel my 64gb and get the 32gb… Not waiting another 3-5 MORE weeks… Thanks for the update Mikhail!

  • World_1

I ordered mine on 11/19/14 at 3:40am and still haven’t heard a word on estimate shipping dates. I am calling it quits and cancelling my order if there is no movement this week.

    • ramon

Same here. Not one email and my order has not updated since the 24th.

  • Hardworking American

    Got this last night…
    UPDATE

    Item: Google Nexus 6 – Midnight Blue – 64GB
Status: Awaiting more Nexus 6 shipments. Expected to ship between 12/22/2014 and 12/29/2014

    Finally!! Let’s hope it sticks…

    • thepanttherlady

What’s funny is, I got the same email last night. I canceled my order on 12/5. LOL I’m very interested in seeing if they still ship it out though because I’d rather have the 64GB than the 32GB. ;)

    • Hardworking American

      It’s shipped!!!!

  • Rob

Mine was ordered on the 5th and won’t ship til between 1/19 and 2/05.

Thank God they screwed up and sent me a 32GB version and have the 64GB on order or I’d be furious. Didn’t realize just how much I disliked about my M8 until I got the N6.

Now if I can find a third party app that supports HDR+ because Google leaves a lot to be desired there.

  • Derek Rose

Ordered on 11/19 in the AM. Backordered on 11/25. Not a word since.

  • ramon

So i went to my tmobile.com and my order is no longer there!

  • tomnewtn

I canceled my order for the 64gb some time ago but I see that TMO has just debited my bank account anyway. Good grief again. So I guess the only way to get one of these is to tell them you don’t want it.

    • thepanttherlady

Same here. Canceled with Christina on 12/5, have the confirmation # sitting right here. Just checked my credit card, I was charged. :/

      • tomnewtn

Yes, same same. Well, I paid off my iPad so I have only the one on EIP now. Nuts.

  • Bust

HOLY SH!T BALLZ, it shows a shipped status! 4 weeks later… Best xmas present ever! if i get it before xmas

    • tomnewtn

Congrats! You’ll be enjoying that just in time.

  • AnthonyRyan89

Same here it shows shipped on the status.

    • tomnewtn

Mine still shows backordered but they debited my account again. Hilarious.

      • AnthonyRyan89

Same thing I called Tmo and got the tracking number, just got an email from Tmo at 10:44 est showing the tracking number. I get the phone on Saturday Wohoo!

        • tomnewtn

Well I just got the email from TMO. Get this. The delivery date is indicated as Carrier estimated delivery date: 11/27/2014.

          WTH?

        • AnthonyRyan89

I’m getting mine today its on the UPS truck.

        • tomnewtn

          Mine shows Monday the 29th.

  • Alex

Ordered on the 24th of November, finally got a text from T-Mobile that my Nexus 64gb has shipped (December 19) can’t wait!!

  • Rick

Ordered on 11/19. Backorder on 11/20. Called almost daily for status updates and got the same run around as everyone else. Finally got a call from tmo on Tuesday telling me they were sorry but my phone would be back ordered another month. I almost cancelled the and there. Today, Friday, I get an email saying my phone has shipped and it’s out for delivery right now! Joy!!! Now I just have to hope I get home from work before they try to deliver it!

    • tomnewtn

It appears mine comes Monday. I can return it to the store which will make someone’s day locally.

      • thepanttherlady

Received my email last night about mine shipping. Called T-Mobile this morning to pitch a bitch. Rep tried to say even though I canceled 2 weeks ago, it wasn’t in time to stop the order from processing. Say what? They called UPS and were supposedly able to intercept the package from actually going out (tracking # only shows that the label had been created) and is being returned to them. We’ll see. =|

        • tomnewtn

Good thing I didn’t order overnight ship. I have time to reign it in maybe.

  • Nathan S.

Talked with a lady supposedly from the office of John Ledger regarding an email I sent him. The story is that this whole backordered Nexus 6 64GB thing is due to Moto not being prepared for such a high profile launch and that they are basically making them as fast as they can. The rep claimed that last Thursday they had received an order of 3000 N6 64GB phones and that another order would be here this week with similar numbers. She told me that likely my Order placed on Dec 1st would be fulfilled with the order they receive this week. We’ll see.

  • Hardworking American

This is horse$π°t. Two tracking numbers. I NOW THEY WOULD MESS THIS UP & I called them in advance something was wrong!!!One inactive, they don’t know where my phones are. Mom’s iphony came on active tracking number, no one else’s. Where my NEXUS 6 T-MOBILE??!?!?!
