Rob Gronkowski, Brandon Marshall and Patrick Peterson all star in latest “Switch to T-Mobile” promo

T-Mobile may have made use of Tim Tebow’s relatively free schedule to create its epic Superbowl ads last week, but, he’s not the only football player being hired to promote Magenta. While Tebow was all about no-contract plans, the latest three, short video spots are plugging the “Switch to T-Mobile” side of Uncarrier 4.0.

From this, we’re supposed to believe they’ve all switched from their respective carriers for faster, better coverage. I’ve embedded the playlist above for your viewing pleasure. In the ads, they’re all sat in T-Mobile retail stores, with their break-up letters. Although AT&T maybe the usual target for abuse, seems like Sprint’s getting the brunt of it this time around.

        Eh, T-Mobile’s 2G is better than that awful and overtaxed EV-DO. My EDGE routinely smokes my Sprint friends’ “3G.”

        Amen to that, had Sprint for a year and it was pathetic, T-Mobile’s 2G seemed like an upgrade to their crappy 3G

    Wow surprised to see them finally going at Sprint. They were already taking tons of customers from them when they were ignoring them, but now this could be particularly damaging to Sprint. Signs that there will be no merger? I hope so.

    I think I am switching from sprint. We have had way too many issues in Wilmington, Nc lately with sprint. Dropped calls, slow data, missed text messages and the issues keep on going. Tmobile, here we come!
