Japan Softbank  to acquire Sprint

Son Masayoshi , president of Softbank Corp. announces it will buy Sprind Nextel Corp. during a joint news conference in Tokyo on Oct. 15, 2012. Japanese mobile company Softbank has reached to an agreement that it acquired a 70 pecrent stake in the U.S. cellullar phone company Sprint Nextel by paying $ 20.1 billion US dollars, the laregest foreign acqisition.
