Huawei Mediapad, Samsung “Ancora” Pass Through FCC On The Way To T-Mobile

At this point it’s hardly a secret that the Huawei MediaPad is coming to T-Mobile as the T-Mobile Springboard and the T679 is coming as the Samsung Exhibit II 4G. Still, the passing through the FCC of both devices is notable because it confirms our suspicions and evidence that both devices are on track to launch very soon.

The FCC confirms exactly what T-Mobile told us for the Springboard with a 7″ 1280×800 IPS display, Honeycomb 3.2 and of course T-Mobile’s 4G HSPA+ network. The Samsung Ancora FCC document is less exciting without any actual specs being listed. However, if you’ve been waiting to read all about the frequency tests performed on the T679 model, the FCC link awaits you below.

How can you conclude anything about the MediaPad’s cellular bands when this is only the FCC report for the wi-fi version?
