myTouch 4G Slide Review Roundup

Just available for pre-order yesterday, the myTouch 4G Slide is starting to get the review treatment.  A few different reviews, some of our favorites too, have started to pop up and all of them agree, this phone is a serious contender in the premium handset market.  Give them a look and decide for yourself

I’m so glad that its getting good reviews and some attention. As a former owner of the original version, I always felt that it was under appreciated.

How the hell this phone got the ability to have Netflix on it is pretty cool, but my sensation can’t do that, smh. Oh well, looks like a solid phone.

I have the stock Sensation and I have Netflix running on mine since day one. Go to XDA and get the APK from that site.

      • RAWshadTX

Really? I’ll check it out now!

I’m totally happy with my Sensation but am happy to see T-Mobile finally have a lineup of great phones. Hopefully they realize they’ve got something going here and not sell to Hell-T&T

It’s so rare that a top of the line phone has a keyboard, i can do the touchscreen for texting but man does it suck for gaming

  • Hippiesblow

OMG thanks Bob the cellphone professor for pointing out how the slide is thicker than the original 4G!!
I mean gosh Bob I figured by adding a keyboard it would be thinner!!
    WTF?!?!

Wwhat’s the non-2G deal with this thing? Does it have support for AT&T’s 3G/”4G” bands or will it become yet another glorified 2G device when (and if) AT&T finally eats up T-Mobile?
