      • http://tmonews.com David

Haha no no I typed that in the post, he’s completely right!

        • Triton03

          lol!!!

Love the Manchester, NH add, but agree on those day of work the speeds are off, I have dropped 3 Mbps.  Hope the rest of you gets the love soon!

        • sino8r

That what happens when you work with phones all day… I can relate.
That pretty funny though, lol! You should leave it as Mount Verizon, its funnier that way

Why does TMobile HATE New Jersey. We have yet to receive 4G. Huge market being left out for a bunch of hick towns.

    • Guest

at  least you have 3G…i dont even have 3G in my area…

      • http://twitter.com/GinUwiNLady Moira Washington

I second that, such bs! who’s in charge of this op!

    • Liqwidzero

Just to be assured, they hate Alabama much more than Jersey. Not even 3G coverage in most places, just 2G coverage.

      • Tanya

Definitely know what you mean. Though at least along the Gulf Coast they are starting to test 3G. You can pick it up along I-65.

        • Afterabme

Florida has 3G all around the state

        • Brians Android

Why do they need to test an out dated 3G? While they are blitzing with TV ads promoting 4G speeds. What is the hold T-Mobile? Give us something before at&t takes us back to communism please.

    • TMOTECH

New Jersey has 4G. Where do you live?

      • whosaidwhat

Where in NJ do they have 4G?

        • jay_max

Half of the state has it.  Look at a map.

        • Titi

We get 4G from philly and nyc…there is no 4G tower in Jersey.

        • whosaidwhat

Stop pulling my leg. I actually laughed when I looked at the map. When did Trenton become half of NJ? I will just guess that you didn’t look at the map yourself.

        • Jabombardier

North Jersey has it. Trenton along most of the NJ Turnpike from what I experienced, also Camden has it.

        • whosaidwhat

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me but when someone tells me there’s wifi in Barnes and Noble, I expect to walk into BN and use wifi anywhere I sit or stand in BN. Saying NJ has 4G but only in Trenton, most of NJ Turnpike (really?) and Camden (probably getting signal from Philly), doesn’t help a lot of us. I’m closer to Atlantic City and I don’t get 4G. I’m lucky to get 3G most of the time.

It took a very long time for my area to get 3G so I’m not counting on 4G to show up anytime soon but it will be nice since my next phone will be 4G compatible.

  • Triton03

I live in puerto rico and there are a couple of cities with 4g but most of the island is left out in the dark with edge.. :s

  • Peter fitzenwell

That’s probably my only real issue with tmo …I live right outside of Orlando and still on edge …luckily I’m on wifi when I’m at home though…expand ur data footprint TMO!!!!

    • TMOTECH

Coming your way soon brother. By years end practically the whole state will be covered. We are working on it.

    • White Gryphon

Right there with you! I live east of Orlando near Kennedy Space Center. I guess T-Mo figures that not too many people around here would use anything more than edge.

  • http://profiles.google.com/masterzoth Zoth ….

At least there is 4g within two hours of where i live now……..

  • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=1339612527 Adrian Parks

Every time they light up new areas, my speed gets slower. Sighs.

    • tecjunkie

      I have noticed that too!

  • J. Williams

If they keep this up, they will be doing great. Should get some new people signed on.

  • Brians Android

Still waiting on 3G in Mobile Alabama!

    • Swoosh

Mobile is in the process out rolling out 3g…. and the 4g… Just ride down airport/university you will see the big 3g or maybe even a H

      • The Truth

Why are you guys still believing the whole “they testing 3g and 4g here” b.s.? I switched to verizon over a month ago because I was promised by the T-Mobile store in Saraland that HSPA will be here by mid april. Now its June and still Edge. Hell, even Verizon has LTE in Mobile, Al. I’m willing to bet it TMo won’t get HSPA here till they merge with ATT

        • Nick

I believe it because I see the H on my phone all around town.  Speeds are EDGE-like, so it’s obvious they’re testing, but it’s still connected to an HSPA network.  That’s why.

        • The Truth

Nick, no offense. But don’t be pissed when you only have HSPA on airport blvd and some parts of west mobile. I went to montgomery before I switched and the HSPA was very spotty. But to each his own

  • http://twitter.com/eb101 mynameseli

waiting for edge at my home

  • Metalcharms

South GA only has 3G/4G in Savannah. Any news on when it will come to other cities?

  • Jabombardier

The list of places with 4G makes it look vast even though it is in pockets. Yes they should just roll this out all over where they have coverage, kill edge, and use that frequency for LTE if that is possible. Finally work on actually starting services where they don’t have any. I.E Vermont and in western portions of the U.S.

  • person

YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY RIVERSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY THIS CITY IS GETTING SOME 4G MMMM YEAH! This city kinda sucks so if your reading here don’t move here.

  • http://twitter.com/tpettyrox Jonathan Stein

Would T-Mobile please bother putting HSPA+ (hell, screw the +, just roll out 3G) in New Smyrna Beach, FL.  It’s a whopping 10 minutes south of Daytona Beach where the 4G is SCREAMING FAST!

  • Anonymous

I feel like I’m begging for sex when all I have to do is find a slumpbuster… Maybe it is time to jump to Verizon and let them nickel dime me.

Santa Fe before Albuquerque?!  Are we basing this on the age of the city?  Magenta, you’re seriously pissing me off… we only have two cities of note in this state and you just picked the one with fewer customers.  Props!

    • Shakarak

You do realize albuquerque has 21 mbps 4g right?   Do a spped test you’ll get speeds at night of 5-10 mbps

      • Anonymous

I heard that it was in certain areas of town like the NE Heights but not widespread.  Still, T-Mob’s site is saying we have it which I had never read here, prior to yours and someone else’s responses.  Mea culpa.

    • Turdnugget0420

ABQ has had 4G for some time now buddy, maybe you don’t have a 4G phone…is that why you are not getting the speeds? LOL

      • Anonymous

Yeah, I realized my folly when I went to the T-Mob website to see.  Prior to that, I had not come across anything that said we had it.

    • Kiteman

T-Mobile’s 4G network reaches 184 markets and more than 200 million people. Markets include:

      4.            Albuquerque, NM

This was from T-Mobile web-site. Do not know what part of the city you are in but 4G is there…Hope this helps. I got this from the Link David posted above. :)

  • 3gplease!!!

What about Saint George Utah? Reps have been telling me for three years that we would have 3g. Still rocking edge ……what gives? I mean there are so many markets that use tmobile and still no 3g? Its getting annoying but its better then the death star or the evil big red empire.

  • MIKEEEEE

    no big sandy, tennessee? WTF?

  • Tatdude806

And here we go again… Towns smaller than Lubbock, Texas get 4G HSPA+ before we do… Sheesh, we still have large pockets of EDGE around here… C’MON TMO SHOW WEST TEXAS SOME LOVE!

    • Romo38

really? that sucks, I will be attending texas tech university in the fall adn they have good coverage there except when you enter a building it goes into roaming or no service.

  • Rob Duval

I may be a bit crazy but hasn’t Worcester had hspa+ since like spring? I never really bother to do a speed test but I’ve always thought of it as “4G” Speeds. I guess when i’m back in worcester and in a few other places i’ll have to do actual tests. Hopefully since Manchester was also turned on we’ll have “4g” all the way from Worcester to Manchester

  • Jim

This is cool, but why do they keep releasing new 3G phones that won’t work with this new technology?

  • Haywood Jablomee

so i gan get 4g on the corner of my home streets, but no signal in my house.
how about adding strength to the existing network as well??
