Wow, must you include the Sensation 4G in every post?  You’re either Taiwanese or paid by HTC.

On Topic : Atleast people can get a decent phone for free.

Off Topic : T-Mobile starting to charge a $20 handset exchange fee as of today June 15, 2011.

$5 if you have the insurance on your line.

The 5.00 is a processing fee for an insurance claim. The handset Exchange fee is 25.00 for feature phones and 50.00 for smart phones. This is to curtail people from thinking they can just buy a phone to “try it out” and then do multiple exchanges until they settle on a phone. T-Mobile can’t resell phones that have been used as new so those have to be returned and costs the company millions…..that’s why there are live handsets in the store that you can try before you buy.

your talking about a restocking fee for buyers remorse returns….LC is talking about, IF YOU DONT HAVE $7.99 PHP BUNDLE OR $3.99 PHP WARRANTY…you pay $20 warranty service processing fee..if you have either of those features you pay $5 processing fee and get ups expedited next day air

        • CRT24

I have seen nothing about a 20.00 warranty Exchange few…..unless you ate having it express shipped

Yeah but it shits on customers whose really needs a replacement. My husbands phone he got 6 months ago calibration is way off and he’s underwarranty all we are asking is to replace with the EXACT same model because they gave us a shit phone and we have to pay for a defective phone they told us was good. Family has the same phone as well and the same issues. If they did to supposedly stop people from switching phones change their return policy this one suck of a company

The “Dart” as people who call my store reffer to it as is actually known by stores and the REST of T-Mobile as the T-Mobile/ Samsung Exhibit 4g

Bascially, this phone sucks…horrible reception…drops calls like crazy…not even worth the “free” T-Mobile sells it for…especially when there is an $20 – $30 per month data fee…This one will cost T-Mobile loyal customers…Samsung dropped a boom on T-mobile…and it is blowing up…
