    No way.

NO! I would subscribe with AT&T if I wanted AT&T. Had AT&T and HATED them! I have been with TMobile for several years and have always been very happy with my service. If AT&T buys TMobile, I will have to find a new carrier.

NO! I love my Tmobile but ATT was terrible – my calls dropped, my phones bricked, my bills were never right and my rates were awful!

    Leave T-Mobile alone we don’t want AT&T

  • AT&T is the debil!

I WILL LEAVE T Mobile if the merger goes through. Worst customer service ever with AT & T. I would rather get the service with the two Indian guys doing the commercials.

I agree with Doyoureallycare… Had AT&T when it was Cingular… High cost, lousy coverage in So. Calif. and really poor customer service. If the buy out goes through I’ll jump ship. I’d rather deal with Verizon (even with the higher price) and get decent coverage than deal with AT&T high price and lousy coverage. I’ve been really happy with T-mobile… Too bad this buy out is even on the table.

AT&T has a horrible customer service and in my opinion, nickels and dimes you. I have been their customer and would not want to go back to them. Contract or no contract, I will explore ways of switching to another carrier, even if it may cost more. If customers are willing to pay not to be with AT&T, what does that say about this merger, TMobile?

In case my thinking is not obvious, I’m opposed to the merger. I hope it fails and TMobile keeps the $3B to improve service and pushes down the prices even more. Look at what Virgin Mobile is doing. They offer an Android phone plan for as little as $25, without contract, and their phones are about the same price as the “high end” TMobile phones.

TMobile, if you can operate at similar price points as Virgin Mobile, you will not have any problems with new customer acquisition or customer retention. Improve signal quality and reduce costs. Why would we want to switch and go anywhere else? On the contrary, when we love the service, we do the selling for you. I can’t remember how many times I recommended TMobile.

it already shows…. tmobiles service sucks . their coverage is crap and they are not loyal to anyone who has made good on service for years and years. They will still use the portability clause to rip off a customer leaving just because they couldnt get coverage to where they needed. I know it cost me and the company I moved to was kind of surprised I made payments on time for eight years and then had them steal 70 bucks from me with that clause. what made it worse is they said they would charged if they waited until the end of the cycle to port but they did it 22 days earlier when my contract with them expired and still charged me. I say Tmobile will get what it deserves in the end. It is either that or now we will have two terrible companies that backstab anyone for a buck.
