Damn michael scott just moved from scranton

    • sino8r

Lol! You beat me to it :) good call! The Office rocks…

  • http://gardenwife.com GWNewark

We would love to have ** 3G ** in Newark, Ohio. We don’t have anything but Edge here, and in many places we have no coverage at all. C’mon T-Mobile…We’ve been so patient!

    • Hurlamania

I don’t know why they haven’t filled that hole for so long…

    • @sidekicker89

where is Newark near? I’m in Dayton and we have 3G and 4G, not bad at alll

      • GWNewark

We are about 30 miles east of Columbus. When my husband was at Appletree Auction center one Saturday last month, he had a few momentary connections to a 3G signal. They might have been testing it at the tower on Cherry Valley Road. We sure hope so! We hate missing calls when data is running. We have to use wifi whenever possible.

        • brad162

Seriously just move out of newark, that little place im surprised that anything works there :p i moved out of Ohio long ago and dont ever plan on moving back

once you see how unorganized things are in Columbus and around it you just cant ever go back

  • Anonymous

I would like to have 3g here in Harrisonburg Virginia

    • Mac

Im also n harrisonburg, va never been on 3g always on edge, please tmobile fix the coverage

  • Rb3679

How about here in Bartow Florida?

  • Anonymous

Good to see they are still working hard to improve their coverage.

    • sidekicker89

Very True :) I wish they would change their coverage map online so we could actually see 3G and 4G without being zoomed in so far.

      • Anonymous

I think it would have a good impact on the company, I agree with you.

    • Patmvaldez

I was impressed how good coverage was between El Paso, TX and Phoenix, AZ. Granted the data was EDGE out in the boonies but I only lost the signal in some canyons outside Tucson and I never left the native T-mobile network. On the other hand, going northeast or east……yeah, needs some work! I was lucky to get one to two bars of GPRS on AT&T in some places.

  • Anonymous

My area didn’t get 3G until late 2009, so I’m betting it’ll be a while before we’re hooked up. That will not stop me from getting the Sensation, though.

  • Rvaldez0781

i’ll be happy with just plain old 3g in my area. it’d keep from jumping ship this summer when my contract expires. Casa Grande, AZ 85122

    • Rvaldez0781

i’m only 15 miles south of current 4g coverage… the a 2gen skip here near phoenix

  • Anonymous

Still waiting on 3G here in Mobile, AL… Good that T-Mo is still rolling 4G.

    • TMOTECH

3G and 4G will come at the same time in Mobile/Pensacola when they launch. You can thank the government for not releasing the frequencies T-Mobile bought for no 3G/4G

      • Anonymous

My complaining must have been heard, because Mobile has 3G!!! Although it’s a lil flakey at the moment…

        • 850 on edge

          Seriously?

        • Anonymous

3G was lit up around 3/4pm yesterday for about 12-18 hours, disappeared this morning, then came back on around 4 this afternoon.

        • 850onedge

So I wonder if eglin actually released the band then?

        • Nick

I take it back, I had intermittent 4g for the first time ever tonight. Maybe they’re testing…

        • Nick

by “a lil flakey” you mean non-existent

  • IamtherealDavid

Yeah, I cant wait for that blazing 3M down on a good day! For those of us that travel the state, we know that we better not have car trouble outside a major city or we are hosed.

Bring on ATT so David can rock his iphone. Gotta love the G2! Good for at least 2 battery pulls a week. Should have stayed on the BB. At least it was stable.

  • Meagan

In some areas in the center of Los Angeles, I get E(Edge) and sometime G(GPRS). 4G is shotty most of the time. Thank goodness for 3G.

  • Tatdude806

Once again cities smaller than Lubbock Texas get 4G… TMO HAVE YOU FORSAKEN WEST TEXAS>>>

    • http://twitter.com/DrBaconator Dr.Prof.Baconator

Agreed! I did go Saturday and was suprised to see I got 3mbps, I usually get 400-700 mbps their. I was by Texas Tech University.

      • http://profiles.google.com/alansalaz2 Alan Salazar

        you mean 400-700 kbps

        • http://twitter.com/DrBaconator Dr.Prof.Baconator

          Ya haha sorry.

      • LiterallyLogan

        I WISH i could get 400-700 mbps…

  • IamtherealDavid

Notice one thing. I rec’d a personal email touting fort meyers and 21M. What a joke. They can barely manage 3! Call a csr and they will tell you that is all you get. 2-3 down and 1 up is considered normal for a phone or webstick, Even the new ones. I say what! She says whowee! I say alright. Whip out my mifi at 14 Down everywhere and I am on my way. Pairing to the G2 and skyping for free. Oh yeah!

    C’mon ATT!!!

I am starting to think that those apple freakazoids are smarter than I am. One phone a year. None of this arguing. When LTE comes to the iphone its gonna get fugly. At least with the iphone you are state of the art for a year. AND I HATE APPLE.

    • DatNizzle

Stae of the art for a year? No phone is giving you that. The iphone 4 is surpassed already, has been for a while.
I hate the iphone, I like to download music and vids directly to my phone. Go to a blog, download, unzip, play. The iphone can’t handle that simple task.
Now if you want a phone people will recognize get an iphone. It makes you cool.

  • Petey

Yet, I still receive EDGE in half of the place that I go in the bay area… smh. Shouldn’t they try to focus on converting all edge to 3g which is easily replaced for 4g?

  • AdrianMT4G

Ever since they lit these places up, my upload speed has dropped here in Cincinnati, Oh. I usually get around 1.3 -1.7mbps upload but now I barely get 800kbps. Damn it T-Mo! Still love ya doe!

  • Jonathon

Funny, I just got back from Ft Meyers on Saturday and I picked up 4G almost the whole time on my G2 except Sanibel Island of course. Barely any service there

  • Ben

They really need to focus on getting their act together on 3G first. The 3G coverage on tmo is, quite frankly, crap. I’m sure it’s great for people living in the city, but for those of us who don’t live in a major city, or leave the city…ever – 3G is often a very uncommon thing. It is for me. I’m on edge 80% of the time, even though my home is on their coverage map as full 3G. Count me as one of those jumping ship at the end of their contract – in another year. =/

  • ManOfThunda

I have a MT4G and I can’t lie, I got 6-9 mbps regularly. I’m in Deltona, FL. BUT its not consistent though…. they really should work on the network stability.

  • G2x Dude

I get an average of 9 MB (G2x) in New Jersey :)

    • Byounngg

jersey here too , sensation should get that , or more . cant wait

  • Blahbot90

I live in an area where EDGE is the best I get. I really wish T-Mo would invest in bringing their infrastructure up to 3G at least….I feel like they’ve stopped upgrading 3G at all…

  • Guest

They have stopped. Lighting up “4g” is an icremental expense. I dont for a second believe that anyone is getting over 9 on a spot basis. The G2 barely breaks 9 on my FIOS 30 line. C’mon. The phone is not capable of it.

I have not tested the MT4G in a while but when i did it was comparable. Bring on the ATT. This is just whack.
Like someone said, cs at tmo has dropped big time. Try and get through to a tech, see ya in an hour hold.

ATT can rock my world. Pawnage!

    • AdrianMT4G

Funny how I’m NEVER on hold for longer than 2 minutes.. Hmmm… Makes me wonder…

  • Nick

    Finally 4G coverage in Scranton!

    • Tom A.

      It’s because Michael Scott left.

  • Anonymous

Pueblo, CO but not Albuquerque! WTF, Magenta?! My 22% employer discount from Verizon is actually starting to sound a lot more attractive as the Death Star moves in for its kill next year.

    • Anon

There is 4G in Albuquerque, just not wide spread. I get 3-6Mbps downloads in certain areas as well as Los Lunas.

      • Man

I wish i had a 4g phone they sold me a 3g phone a mon th stupd sales woman didnt know wtf she was talking about =( and they said the shortages of service we had last week they been working on 4g towers

  • Anonymous

I live in Washington, DC and I get 8Mbps – 9Mbps down and 1Mbps – 2Mbps up and I have the Samsung Galaxy S 4G. Please make sure that yous guys have both a 4G phone AND a 4G SIM card :)

I hope this helps yous guys out =D

    • eddie

ft. myers!!!!! What about orlandooooooo!!!!!!! 4g is crap here!!!

  • CMC

Sad this will all be torn down if ATT eliminates TMO.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_WEDSCIWTYML5HNH7DXD52PEUSE AMERICA_FIRST

I see people saying they wish they had 800 to 900 mbs Hell I can’t even get a steady 20 mps. T-mobile is full of it and they are just robbing us blind and because we have BS contract we are stuck. T-MOBILE IS CRAP. AND SINCE ATT BOUGHT THEM I AM GOING TO VERIZON OR MAYBE BETTER YET BOOST FOR UNDER $50

    • servantofjc

You must be very ignorant or a spoiled little #$#$# head. 800 to 900 mbs is used for very large corporation such as Google with bonded fiber internet costing thousands and thousands of dollars a month. I work for a school district all our schools connect to our office for internet with thousands and thousands of students using just a 100 mbs with no slow down. I get about 1 meg with my cell phone and that is very fast compared to what it was last year for all the cell phone carriers.

  • Kevinholley84

well for those who dont know t mob just went 4g in most of pensacola fl. i get 5-10 mbps.ive been very pleased. so jump on the bandwagon.

  • Kevinholley84

and one more thing they havent even announced the rollout in pensacola yet.but we both have the sensation and the higest we got is 11000 kbps 11.00 mbps. i wonder if any other non announced  area is experiencing this. ps i love the htc sensation except for the low volume. if th volume wasnt like that it would be the best phone out so far!
