else get iphone (pretty sure iphone upgrade should be around the corner)

Yeah, I know the specs - but neither the writer of the blog or I mentioned battery size, we said battery life. As I'm sure you're aware these are not the same.

@camusa

Don't let sorandkairi bring you down. Anyone who talks and spells like he does should not be taken seriously. There are so many u's, ur's, tho's and other retardisms in there i can't even function. Ugh, so annoying and pathetic. If he wants to be taken seriously as an adult, then write like one.

Come on, I doubt T-Mobile is browsing tmonews commenst to determine how much to sell the HD2 for. They have likely set the price already. And if you are not willing to pay such a price you can either wait for it to come down or ultimately vote with your wallet and not buy it at all. The number of customers buying it at full retail will be small compared to new contract signup's and upgraders so you really dont have anything to worry about.

@ Camusa

"Can any Android device sync up my contacts, email, and appointments from MS Outlook without my having to sync Outlook to Google/Gmail and then that android device to Google/Gmail?"

The answer is no. Well not where i have been able to find/do it...easily anyway! In that regards, u are indeed correct and never did i have a "grip" about ur needs and wishes of an OS, but...

"I need to sync my work computer to my home computer and currently my Dell Axim. I will replace the Axim with this phone."

Oh okay, so u can and u know how to do so!

"Android wants me to put all of the sensitive information in a cloud? Hello…calling HIPAA violations HELLO!"

Not at all a volation of HIPAA! U have also explained urself why it would not be! If the data that one would syncs with a company is commpromised by said company then said company can only be held liable! But to be completely honest, neither party would have been in any violation of HIPAA. Unless Google used that information themselves for whatever reason, which of course is against the law.

"You want a gadget phone then get an iphone or an Android phone because thus far WinMo is the only full featured Business phone I see coming out aside from what RIM and some Symbian OS’s have proposed and they are totally antiquated at this point needing an overhaul."

I agree again. My N900 is great but still i have 4 windows phones!

"This phone will do fabulously running WinMo and for me, if it were running any other OS, I wouldn’t buy it at this point because it could not do what I need it to do. Bring it WinMo (Better be 7"

Cool.....I'm waiting for it too!

"I personally like the idea of Android and all that it does I simply stated that it will not work for me…it does not sync up with Outlook and I need it to do that WITHOUT hooking my information into Gmail which is against our company policy."

If it's against ur companies policy to do than that's fine but again that's ur company. Dont downplay and criple an OS because of policies that have nothing to do with the OS!

It can be done! Its not a serious security issue and ppl should stop, in my opinion, acting like it is! Most ppl, again in my opinion, wouldnt have to worry about such things as that. U and I could be viewed as exemptions to this rule because my IT job with fed. wont allow me to do so either! So I understand because I'm in the same boat! But saying that u arent allowed to do something is much different than saying that IT CANT do something!

That being said, most of the points I brought up were not truly directed at you or any individual at all, reread my 1st post. They were directed at the masses that think that "cloud commputing" is evil or "suspect". The fact that you, I, or anyone else not being able to use a certain software or an OS for their phones in relation to their jobs is a no brainer. Dont use it! But like a said thats not for the majority of ppl.

And
"So thank you very much for the bile and vitriol, but save it.
Such a puerile response. Really…unnecessary."

was really childish and unnecessary! But nice use of imagery tho.... 1 point for u!
