With Android, Blackberry and the iPhone getting all the attention lately it’s easy to forget Windows Mobile who paved the way for most of what we see today in the smartphone world. Originally our sources had pointed to a January 6^th release date for Windows Mobile 6.5 for both the Touch Pro2 and Dash 3G. An email this afternoon indicates that we could be looking at a 2-3 week release date delay. Unfortunately our source can’t nail it down so at this point; we’re going back to square one until we can get some concrete info on a drop date. Sorry Windows Mobile fans, we’re not forgetting about you as the HTC HD2 looms large and frankly, I can’t wait to get my hands on that sucker. Can’t wait indeed.
