T-Mobile Software disables the Radio from working without their Internet services. Also GPS will not provide location position only works with Internet data services.

if this phone is like the tm506 …. which it looks nearly identical to … it will come without the fm radio or google maps which se includes in their standard load but which tmo disables. likely the pdf and office document reader will be scraped from the tmo os as well. maps, fmradio, pdf & office reader will require a flash.

Has there been any indication the xperia android phone would be coming to tmo? There’s a lot of speculation on the part of tmo customers, but I haven’t seen anything that would imply it will be released on tmo or even work on their network.

I hope the next SE phone comes much more quickly and it is the X3/X10/Infinity, whatever you want to call it, the SE with Android, Snapdragon and a 4.1 inch screen. That would definitely shut up anyone who says T-Mo doesn’t get the high powered phones.
