There are places that At&T don't work but T-Mobile does. For a lot of people the plans will work in lowering their bill and without the hassle of a contract for 1 to 2 year? To pay $35 each for the first two lines is pretty good. Considering that T-Mobile already had lower prices that AT&T, lowering it even more is great. I would rather pay $70 to keep my phone out of contract than $400 to get out of a contract. Yes there is a price but life ain't free and like AT&T, T-Mobile is a business. Can't wait for the day when AT&T becomes the only option and listen to the same people whine and complain.

I don't think it's about the lack of towers. In the building next door to my work there is a TMo tower and i still don't get good coverage (sometimes NO SIGNAL at all).

i thought that project dark was going to be some mouth dropping changes, but it was not. i
ve only been with this carrier for 8 month and I'm not happy at all. I get no service from my office i miss a lot of important phone calls because of this. i called c.s they told me that i should be getting 5 bars my response was well let me know when i get the 41/2 bars let me know. they tried everything nothing worked. finally he came with a brilliant reason for why my service was so bad . he told me its the materials in the wall of your office. i responded so whats AT&T's excuse they have full bar in my office all i heard was crickets. he told me to hold for 2 weeks because they will be making some big changes if im still not satisfy with the service to call and canceled

I have 300 anytime minutes, MyFaves and unlimited text for a better rate than any of that garbage. It's basically unlimited voice for me. All I need is those 5 people.

Tmobile has disappointed me. Unfortunate.

So if you look at my calling, and text.. the 59.99 plan is for me.. which is about 7 dollars more than what I pay. I pay after taxes and all about 63 bucks...

WTF TMO

I thought that this was not the way to go! Especially if you think that what makes T-Mobile good/great is their MyFav's! W/o it it's weak! Because the unlimited plan only give's you 2 line, where your 3 and so on lines will cost you $30 extra! Really??? Dumb I think! My plan right now will actually be cheaper for me to stay with their old myFav's Family Plan 400 mins cause I only use features of mobile to mobile and myFav's. By taking out the myFav's feature it's not a strong marketing deal no more. The only thing they can argue about is that the whole family can get unlimited texting for 10 more now! That's great! But I still would rather have the myFav's! This project Black was nothing, but a wannabe of Sprint! That's what I think!

I was so excited with the new unlimated even more plus family plan for 139.99 with Talk-Text-Web, but it wasn't what I expected to be! I mean the customer service rep was trying to help me understand how it all works, but I was too busy getting upset about certain information. For instance if your already a customer and you want to change to a non-contract even more plus plan, you need to pay 35.99 to each line on your bill as a one time fee because its like closing an account and reopening a new non-contract account! I have been a tmobile customer for a very long time and I think this wrong!

I really don't feel I need to cough up extra money when I am actually trying to save money. I really thought this was what the doctor ordered. That's not all, if you happen to want a upgrade or a new phone you are not eligible for the dicount price. You have to buy the phone at full price! And let say a better plan comes along and you want to change to that, it's not possible! You can't change to any other plan other than the even more plus and the even more plans!

I am furious! I thought this was a good group of plans, but if I have to lose more to gain more, I rather go to AT&T and get the iPhone that I wanted all along or go to sprint and get the palm pre and still have unlimated everything. I am very unhappy with this project dark stuff! I understand this is a business, but do you have to be so greedy! This whole thing is too much and too complicated! It's ridiculous!I hope some of you find this comment helpful!

I lef tmobile sunday and joined sprint. I am so happy with the service that I get, plus the full 3g service. I think Tmobile has just sealed their fate and r going 2 lose alot of customers by the summer of 2010.
