I've put up with bad reception here in DC for a while and was held off on moving to Verizon because of Tmo's great customer service. But this is just crazy. How can you NOT have 3G in a town where everyone has a bberry? They may pick up new users down the road when they finally roll it out here, but I know they are going to lose a lot of their long time customers right now.
